THE 2 NIGHTS I STAYED AT SOFITEL WERE SO RELAXING. ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND BED AND LINEN WERE PERFECT. FRONT AND BAR STAFF WERE ALL NICE AND ENGAGING .GETTING A LATE CHECK OUT WAS NICE.OUTDOOR STAFF REALLY ACCOMADATING IN HELPING WITH TAXI SERVICE. THIS HOTEL DOES A NICE JOB IN ALL AREAS

The stay at Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile really brightened my days in Chicago！Its location is great, making it very convenient to shop at nearby stores. And the entire hotel is elegantly decorated and its fragrance smells wonderful. I also love the spacious and bright room with super comfortable bedding, which allowed me to sleep quite well. The housekeeping staff did a great job with keeping the room clean and tidy. Found the hotel to be centrally located for sightseeing and eating out. Many locations were within walking distance. Room with a view of the city view, but it was on a lower floor so it was obstructed. Encountered maintenance and housekeeping issues during our stay, but staff addresses them.

Very nice experience again in this luxury establishment, the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. the bedding is very comfortable and therefore allows for optimal rest. The gym is very well equipped, with new and very efficient equipment.
