As always our stay at the Sofitel was amazing! Great bar staff, great food, clean and nice rooms. Osbaldo the concierge knocked it out of the park with every recommendation and he was a gem. Peqoud’s pizza was awesome. Next time in Chicago I would not stay anywhere but the Sofitel

Three TripAdvisor points = average. I feel that’s a fair rating. Nothing stands out, or at least nothing if you call yourself a 5-star hotel. - no slippers - no turndown service - some nice kids are at the valet stand at the street, but no proper doorman who would make you feel welcome - Shower had different types of hair stuck to the wall and… Read more

Crooked basic light switches and no switches to really control anything centrally. Feels somewhat outdated. Staff was very friendly. Location is the only thing 5-stars. Read less

We had an excellent stay this August at the Sofitel-Chicago Magnificent Mile. Each staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to meet our needs. The front desk and concierge were so kind and gracious. The housekeeping and waitstaff were on point. Loved every moment.

Excellent three-night stay in late July 2024 while on a tourist visit to Chicago. Paid a small supplement for a room on the 23rd floor. Very comfortable and quiet. The highlight of the stay was the charming and friendly Kia on reception in the afternoons/evenings. Great location adjacent to Miracle Mile.
