I will say that hands down Awien was the best host that I have ever had. The check in process was seamless and she fulfilled our special accomodations, making us feel right at home. Came to Chicago for the first time and wanted to stay downtown. It’s a beautiful hotel with great Gatsby vibe. Great customer service! Hetal from the front desk is an absolute sweetheart - she’s very helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations!

Awien was the nicest and made check in extremely efficient and easy! I can’t say enough good things about her! She made our experience truly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! The hotel staff at the front door was also very kind about holding onto our luggage during check in.
