Where is it

In downtown Chicago, 1 block away from Michigan Avenue with great shopping and restaurants. Close to Chicago Theatre, Millennium Park, Chicago Cultural Center, Theater District, Chicago River and Navy Pier. Transfer time from O'Hare International Airport: 1 hour.

Hotel information

250 rooms. All of which are two-chambered with a dressing room and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door. Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer and iron and board. Chamber Rooms are divided into two separate areas by sliding privacy doors - a dressing room and bedroom - with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Grand Chamber Suites are slightly larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

  • Virgin Atlantic Holidays Exclusive: Book between 14th Oct – 10th Nov and receive waived resort fee & $25 food and beverage credit per room per day when staying between 2-3 nights or stay 4 nights or more and receive a $150 food and beverage credit per room per stay. Plus receive a complimentary room upgrade to the next available room and priority early check-in (subject to availability on arrival). Terms & conditions apply. Virgin Hotels Chicago is TOP TIER!!! Clean hotel with great staff and hospitality. Valet staff & hostess were very helpful . Front desk rep Chad was amazing . Chad was extremely informative with the hotel and making sure our stay was great..

Loved the recently updated rooms with wood floors, the high-tech and cozy amenities, and the cool historic bank building. The location is very convenient for business and we loved the on-site coffee shop. Nice rooftop deck as well. Darryl at the front desk was so welcoming.

Overall a nice experience. But booking from Europe and expecting to have full transparency of cost it is a real slap in the face to be changed USD 25 for amenities which basically is WiFi and a gym. For a brand that boasts about transparency and no hidden costs it is simply poor form and bad style. Especially when finding out about it at check-out.

Had an amazing experience during our stay with Virgin. HUGE shout out to DeAndre for helping to find us a taxi on Friday night. What seemed like an impossible task was done with ease - DeAndre hustled unlike anyone I’ve ever seen. So impressed, it’s hard for me to put into words. Not enough stars to give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
