Where is it

In downtown Chicago, 1 block away from Michigan Avenue with great shopping and restaurants. Close to Chicago Theatre, Millennium Park, Chicago Cultural Center, Theater District, Chicago River and Navy Pier. Transfer time from O'Hare International Airport: 1 hour.

Hotel information

250 rooms. All of which are two-chambered with a dressing room and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door. Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer and iron and board. Chamber Rooms are divided into two separate areas by sliding privacy doors - a dressing room and bedroom - with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Grand Chamber Suites are slightly larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Valet parking $75 plus tax for 24 hours (payable locally, fee subject to change).

Miss Ricky’s (lunch, brunch and happy hour daily both indoors and al fresco). Cerise (rooftop bar offering cocktails and light bites). Two Zero Three (Euro-style coffee bar by day, wine bar by night).

Live music nights at Cerise rooftop bar. DJ sets on Miss Ricky's patio on Fridays and Saturdays.

Enjoyed my stay here in June. The location is central and convenient I really enjoyed the rooftop bar too. The room was clean and comfy room and the staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for much more on a business trip stay.

I was blown away with our experience at the Virgin Hotels Chicago. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated so special. Danny helped us check-in and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was quiet, clean, and felt really upscale yet cozy. We were so appreciative of the all you can drink happy hour and complimentary bottle of birthday champagne and chocolates for my fiancé's birthday. We self-parked next to the hotel and received 50% off the $60 parking fee. While we didn't bring our dogs this time, I love how pet-friendly they are. We will definitely be staying at the Virgin Hotels Chicago again in the future. Read less

I had an excellent stay at the hotel, the room is great equipped with everything you need and the location couldn't be better for a stay in the city! I had a great experience checking in with Danny - thank you for making it a smooth and great experience!

As an occasional visitor to Chicago, and the organizer of a trip with people who have never stayed in the city before, I prayed that at the very least our accommodations would be near the quintessential city-life, safe, and clean. From the very beginning, the Virgin Hotels Chicago staff put me at ease with every question prior to and during our stay. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and conveniently located. If there was something we wanted, after the asking, shortly after it was provided. We were greeted at every occasion expeditiously and cordially. There was a sense of nearly every person liking what they do and projecting a positive image for the hotel and the site restaurant, Miss Ricky's. Where I was a fan of the food at Miss Ricky's the convenience and the sincerity of the waitstaff made us visit a couple of times during our stay. For the cost and location Virgin Hotels Chicago would be a top consideration; but the staff have made it a favorite for this organizer, so far.
