This is a very nice hotel. It feels a touch crowded in the lobby as the layout is different than you'd get in most hotels, but it's unique (like the Virgin brand). I really enjoyed my room - clean, comfortable, with nice amenities. We also had a wonderful dinner at Miss Ricky's downstairs. Say hi to Franco - whether he's your server or your… Read more

Our check in was seamless and so friendly (Danny), the room is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is spectacular!!! The vibe here is stylish and quirky, all the staff have been really friendly. We’ll definitely come back here next time we’re in Chicago and recommend it.

Awesome stay. From Danny at front desk to Omar in Miss Vicky, friendly service. I upgraded myself to a grand suite and it was the best. Bright and huge on a corner. Was able to host two friends for a movie and pizza night w the living room. Having the extra space made it feel perfectly fine staying in while on vacation and not needing to go out and spend a fortune when we really wanted to chill. Super clean, awesome bed you’ll never want to get out of. Gym was excellent and even has a little outdoor space to cool off. The roof bar has spectacular views (though the wine is terrible and $$$). I didn’t eat at Miss Vicky but we enjoyed our drinks. And the location is walkable to everything. Waterfront is right there, the train is 2 min walk, and fun neighborhoods are walking or quick train or Lyft bike rental (which we did). Will just book at this hotel next time. Read less

Uniquely designed hotel and I appreciated the bottle of water available when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. Although I didn't go on the outdoor patio due to the weather, the inside of the rooftop bar was nice. I purchased an iced latte at the coffee shop it was okay. Overall, I would certainly… Read more

Everything was great, but we are a large group that travels to Chicago twice a year. If the common club could stay open or at least allow us to access the area to stay up and chat past 10, that would be much better as there is literally no sitting area/ lobby.
