Standard Rooms have city views, and 2 double beds, sleping maximum 4 persons. 

River View rooms have either 1 king size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 persons. 

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with city views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons. 

Corner Rooms have oversized windows with river or city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons.

I enjoyed my stay at the Caption very clean modern rooms. And the staff were great. Well situated also attached to the Hyatt Centric

Great stay! Clean! Comfortable! However, Valet stole the show!! The shining star was Aaron aka Junior!! He worked almost my entire stay! His Customer Service was through the roof! It was very busy and he gave each customer his undivided attention! I know he was tired and never displayed it. He definitely needs to be in management!

This guy is hands down quick, works well under pressure, and courteous. There were times he was the ONLY valet employee. People were talking crazy to him and not being understanding. He smiled and kept doing his job. There were times he wouldn’t even take a tip. What made the experience great with him is he learned his customers names. This employee deserves recognition! While the hotel was clearly new, and very nice, there were a couple issues. The pillows were flat flat flat, so my neck hurt after 1 night. I asked for my room to be clean before I left for work one morning, but when I got back at 6p, it still wasn't done. However, when I told them this, they handled it right away! I really appreciated this. Also, the housekeepers were VERY good! You could tell they did their job efficiently! Also, I was given a hand towel thrice instead of a bathmat. So that was...interesting. The amenities are great! One of the BEST gyms I have seen at a hotel. Three bikes, three bikes (one of them a peloton!), and a rower. Free weights, KBs, DBs, mats, a workout studio, and two benches. Very nice! The pool was really nice as well. However, The gym never had towels readily available, and even after telling them this, it wasn't take care of. Small details like that matter for road warriors! Besides those things, the staff were kind and excellent. I was recognized as a member of World of Hyatt, and I don't even have status yet, so that was a nice touch. The hotel is very nice, as are the rooms. The morning breakfast staff amazing, the coffee and food very fresh and delicious, and they even remembered my order after the first day! As for the parking attendants, most of the time they were ok, but I had to wait way more than 10 minutes a couple times, even after having ordered my car by phone well in advance. I even saw the parking attendant take my keys and then stop and have a conversation for about 5 minutes with someone before going to grab my car. While I know they use a third party service for parking, if I were them, I would relay this to PMG. However, the parking attendants Tim and G; they were fantastic! The app didn't work for the key, so that was annoying. And while I had to reset the TV to make the Chromecast work a couple times, that is a GREAT offering. Neither Hilton nor Marriott offer that, so that's awesome. Keep that feature, for sure! I would stay again for sure, but if these small issues are fixed, my stay would go from good to excellent! Had to wait until almost 6 to get into my room, but the bed was comfy and the view was great. The valet, Cody, was especially helpful in helping me in sorting my bags, car, and finding a quick place for a zoom call since a room wasn’t available. The hospitality was greatly appreciated!
