Standard Rooms have city views, and 2 double beds, sleping maximum 4 persons. 

River View rooms have either 1 king size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 persons. 

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with city views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons. 

Corner Rooms have oversized windows with river or city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons. 

Talk Shop (all-day hangout for dining and drinks, with outdoor beer garden area).

Very clean hotel within walking distance of several attractions. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The Caption was amazing and all the staff was very helpful. They kept our luggage and our after we checked out so we could go to a festival.

Booked 2 stays for 2 rooms both ADA, Kings @$197 each. On the first date's check-in, we were advised our rooms were not ready and we'd have to wait 60-90 minutes for them to be cleaned. We were offered instead 1 "view" room (nice) and 1 "luxury' room - supposedly larger but actually, no different. I tried to use the phone to call down to the desk… Read more
Booked 2 stays for 2 rooms both ADA, Kings @$197 each. On the first date's check-in, we were advised our rooms were not ready and we'd have to wait 60-90 minutes for them to be cleaned. We were offered instead 1 "view" room (nice) and 1 "luxury' room - supposedly larger but actually, no different. I tried to use the phone to call down to the desk with a question. There was white sticky stuff (toothpaste?) all over the keypad and the phone didn't work. I used my own phone and reported the room phone. The desk clerk said someone would come to replace it - no one ever showed. I also called back about a problem with the lights. Again they said someone would come but they never did. On the second date's check in, the desk clerk told me that I only had 1 room. I insisted that I had booked and gotten confirmation for 2 rooms and showed her the confirmations. SIX TIMES. she insisted that it was only one room. Only after I got angry, did she finally say "Oh, I see that they look the same but it really is for 2 different rooms." The ice/water machine on the 8th floor did not work - I had to go back down to the lobby and wait until the bartender paused her personal conversation to give me ice. The roll-in shower has no lip and no way to contain the water. The entire bathroom floor and 5 feet into the bedroom was wet - not just damp, sloshy wet. We used the one-per-person bath set of towels to soak up some of the water. The floor was treacherous - not great particularly for an ADA room. Additionally the grab bar was on the opposite wall and couldn't be used when entering or exiting the shower - truly a tragedy (and lawsuit) waiting to happen. Wish I had seen the other reviews before I booked this well-located, but unsatisfactory hotel. SHAME ON YOU HYATT! Read less

Everything about this property is top notch except THE PARKING! Literal nightmare. Expensive, inconvenient, and far. Expect to spend $27-35 a day to park and if you don’t choose to use the valet (we opted not to based on reviews) be prepared to be across the street or a block away behind the hotel. Everything about this property is top notch except THE PARKING! Literal nightmare. Expensive, inconvenient, and far. Expect to spend $27-35 a day to park and if you don’t choose to use the valet (we opted not to based on reviews) be prepared to be across the street or a block away behind the hotel. The pros were literally everything else. Cozy beds, great shower with awesome water pressure, close to everything, nice staff, etc. One fun and unexpected thing was the sister property next door hosted 2 NBA teams in town to play the Grizzlies (the 76ers and the Pistons) and we saw them coming in and out of the hotel at different times. So very very cool!! Also a perfect spot to stay if you’re there for an event at the FedEx forum or the orpheum theater. We did both while in town and was super easy to get to and from both. Read less
