However, I agree with a previous review that says the hotel is noisy. My husband is a platinum member and his profile on line is for a quiet room, however we always have to ask again on check in, as his profile never seems to checked beforehand. We did ask once again on check in for a quiet room, and was told yes they had one. However, this turned out not to be true. It was at the front of the building overlooking the pool so we had the constant noise of the pump for the pool and early morning and late night you had coaches turning up and the noise of the reversing bleepers and people shouting and talking. The walls are also paper thin, not helped by having an adjoining door in our wall where we even heard their 4.30am early morning call , their TV & their telephone conversation with their Children until they left at 6am. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the fridge in the room was efficient and a nice plus. The bathroom was ok but both the room and the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were thick layers of dust on the ledges and mildew around the bath. Read less

Doesn’t matter which floor or room you are in it is so noisy, aircon units extremely loud, traffic side loud through windows and people by the lifts and ice cooler area. School trips with kids running round in top of that. Would never recommend this hotel for people that prefer a good nights sleep or quiet time in their hotel room. I’ve stayed… Read more

I’ve stayed in over 50 hotels and this is the most noisiest I’ve ever stayed and and can not wait to leave! Read less

This hotel is lovely. The staff are really friendly, especially the receptionist Brittney and Reggie. Reggie (Reginald) was the best person we met in Memphis, he drives the shuttle bus and was so kind to pick us up and drop us off wherever we wanted. He gave us advice on foods and overall was a great laugh. He is a credit to the hotel! The only… Read more

The only downside to the hotel was that in our bathroom we had an old soap bar left with hair on it, and stuff on the drain pipe. This wasn’t a big issue as we didn’t stay for long, but still something to look out for. Read less
