Image of the Tripadvisor rating Very tired hotel in need of an upgrade

While the staff were really friendly and helpful, this hotel really needs an upgrade. The carpets in the hall on my floor were filthy. The wardrobe could do with repair. The hotel is situated away from the town centre with no food outlets nearby, yet breakfast costs $20. The pool is unusable. Was advised not to walk alone in this area and use the… Read more

Don’t stay here. Room safe, coffee machine in room didn’t work. Room was dirty, plug in sink didn’t work so water would not drain. Swimming pool area was closed despite 85 degree temperature. Rubbish littered in outside area. Bad experience

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. There is nothing near this hotel at all. It's about 20/30 minute walk to Beale Street but the area is very run down and as 2 females we did not feel safe. Lots of homeless people as there is a soup kitchen right in front of the hotel. Rooms felt and smelt damp. Carpet felt damp. Staff were nice but hotel is… Read more

Stayed here as part of a tour, it's located about a 20-minute walk from Beale Street in a business area of town. Room was nice enough, pool outside looked a bit ordinary, staff were friendly, except service in the bar which was very slow. Biggest downside for me was that we stayed for three nights & my room wasn't cleaned once! Very disappointing

Hotel rooms very dated. Safe wouldn't work... apparently required new battery but they wouldn't do it when we weren't in the room yet they clean the room when we're not in it. We were on a tight schedule tour so this was not possible. Toilet kept blocking. No hand soap or shower gel in containers. Drinks at bar extremely expensive. Positive… Read more
