Image of the Tripadvisor rating Lamaria, Anthony and Amanda were incredible. They treated us like family and really took care of us.

Room was great. The highlight was the attitude of the employees especially Lamaria, Anthony and Amanda.. Fun, smiles, help,...they were a blast. From the time we walked in the door unsure of the area...they made sure we knew where to go and why. They were also willing to arrange travel and van service as needed. I travel every week for… Read more

I travel every week for business and rarely write a review. In this instance..it's a pleasure to recommend to our traveling friends to come here when in the Memphis area. The hotel is near the river and right off the I-40 bridge connecting Memphis to points west. Do it! Read less

The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful but the guy at the front desk, maybe a manager was not the most pleasant person. Read less

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are spacious and bathroom facilities are clean. The lighting in the bathroom is good however the lighting in the bedroom is on the darker side. Hotel staff were very friendly and I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were pleased with it. The staff on check in were a delight and so friendly. The room was large and clean with the only downside being that the bathroom needs refurbishing. The air con worked well and there’s a safe and decent sized fridge. The shuttle bus was useful and the drivers very accommodating. We found the… Read more

Um, hmm, I’ll just be blunt and be done with it. YUK. This hotel is just one big problem. Upon first entering the lobby it’s hard to ignore the overwhelming scent of old. Very musty, very almost disgusting. So once you’ve overlooked or gotten used to the lobby stench then expect the same in your room. My room on the 9th floor was a handicapped… Read more
Um, hmm, I’ll just be blunt and be done with it. YUK. This hotel is just one big problem. Upon first entering the lobby it’s hard to ignore the overwhelming scent of old. Very musty, very almost disgusting. So once you’ve overlooked or gotten used to the lobby stench then expect the same in your room. My room on the 9th floor was a handicapped accessible room which may have very well been smoked in and housekeeping was merely trying to cover up the smoke smell as the room was very perfume/air freshener saturated. It also could very well be found in one of many adult films around the nation, it just had that feel about it. The interior is brown, as in to cover up brown. The carpet, the curtains, the bed skirt, just gross. I’d be very afraid to break out a black light in this room. Pictures on the wall remind me of slides of miscellaneous brain matter one looks at during an autopsy, pic attached. So parking is 22.00, two mixed drinks and a club sandwich ( a sorry club it was ), 46.00. They couldn’t fulfill my initial order as they had no pasta. How does one run out of pasta? Shrimp? Ok, lamb chops, ok. But pasta? Apparently the ice maker had been broken on this floor for quite sometime as an apology letter was taped to the wall by the elevator and it had a response on it “ fix it then”! So, given these issues, had I known, I’d have skipped this stay and opted for somewhere else. But I’m in it now, I hope nothing scurries across me in the middle of the night, or I take a case of bedbugs home. Find somewhere else until they gut this place and start over completely. Read less
