The room was comfy we had 2 nights there staff were friendly we had an excellent breakfast the service from Temeria Nichols and the chef Rico Cook was excellent I would come back again also to mention the shuttle driver who helped us to get a taxi to Graceland thank you for a lovely warm stay.

Room really comfortable a few issues however once reported all fixed. Breakfast really good server was Temeria Nichols who was fantastic very welcoming and friendly who provided excellent service. And kitchen cook Rico nothing was a problem to make what we requested. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is nice and clean Tamara was fantastic service for breakfast each day. Warm friendly and attentive. Everyone at the hotel was friendly I have stayed at this hotel in the past and will again when in Memphis. Great location and good value for the stay.

Arrived late at night. Night reception man wasn't too efficient and busy eyeing up the "talent". Good location hotel though. Shame hotel bar doesn't open till 5pm and closed at 10.30pm.. never known this in a hotel. Room cleanliness left much to be desired, and in room fans need a clean as smelling. $22 for overnight parking excessive!!!
