Wonderful experience from check-in at Security gate, to Valet, to Check-In, dinner at EP Grill, Movie Theater, and peanut butter sandwiches and chocolate milk at 9:00. The entire property was wonderful, clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Our valet driver was amazing (can't recall his name, but he was working 10/18 evening). The room… Read more

The entire property was wonderful, clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Our valet driver was amazing (can't recall his name, but he was working 10/18 evening). The room was immaculate, great artwork, and the bathroom and shower was top notch! I wish we had two nights at the property. It has such a fun vibe from all the guests to the staff. Wonderful stay! A lot of fun. The hotel is large, yet didn't feel crowded or impersonal. The range of extras on offer is fantastic - such as the free films at the cinema every night, and the bedtime snacks afterward. Beautifully and glamorously decorated throughout, though a few rough edges to be found (the glass base of the pedestal table in our room was… Read more

Beautifully and glamorously decorated throughout, though a few rough edges to be found (the glass base of the pedestal table in our room was dangerously broken and could have caused a nasty injury if I hadn't spotted it first). Very much enjoyed my time here. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but great value and service in the bar. Read less

The staff has always been friendly and helpful...love the decor and everything Elvis atmosphere..love that it's within walking distance to Graceland...a must for Elvis fans at least once...I just wish it wasn't so expensive...had to split our stay between there and another place during our last visit

This is the obvious hotel to stay at if visiting Graceland as it is located just across the road. It was also the pick up for our cruise down the Mississippi. It is a very busy hotel, obviously set up to cater for the many tourists visiting Graceland. You have to be an Elvis fan!! There is memorabilia and Elvis music everywhere; this was the start of the “Elvis Experience”! Our room was a very standard hotel room. Surprisingly, the hotel did not provide any laundry service. We found the staff always very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast provided good range of food, with on request cooked eggs or omelets. The restaurant meals met the standard. The main attraction is the proximity to Graceland and the very convenient shuttle bus to and from Graceland but also to and from the airport. We stayed for two nights before being picked up for our Mississippi cruise. This hotel is was well set up to cater for visitors and it served its purpose for us. Recommend you stay here if visiting Graceland. Read less

I am sure this hotel gets a lot of business, but it is mostly mature adults and not abusive youngsters. The wall paper in the hallway (4 th floor ) was gauged throughout the floor. The light in our bathroom blinked, toilet was rocking and not properly seated and hot water was spotty. TV options were limited. Beds were soft. Pillows were terrible. The chairs in the room were warn and tattered. Same with the bed frames. No fridge in the room. Microwave in the snack room with an ice machine. Coffee maker in the room. Stairwell was... almost scary. Elevators worked fine but were tired looking. Grounds were nice. Outdoor seating and firepits. Can't even see the chapel... all overgrown. Food choices were OK. Breakfast buffet was expensive. Room service did not have much of an upcharge. They list a free shuttle to Beale St on the services available on the TV info screen, but this was not available... since 2020. That's 4 years outdated. If you want to visit Graceland, this is part of the experience. The buildings between the hotel and mansion are... decrepit. I'm guessing they will be stores or developed. Read less
