My room was comfortable and everything felt fresh and new. It was perfectly clean. Once in my room, it was quiet and I couldn’t hear noise from the hallway or other rooms. It was easy to get to the Graceland complex — a shuttle leaves every half hour. It’s also a quick walk, which is how I got back. The breakfast buffet is no better than what you’d get at a Hampton Inn and it costs $25 with taxes. Also, it appeared there were only three or four sets of salt and pepper shakers to share among all the tables so management, if you are reading this, you might consider an investment in salt and pepper for every table. I’d plan to eat elsewhere if I had it to do again. Overall, it’s a good lodging choice and extends your Graceland fun. Read less

That being said, I enjoyed my two-night stay. I came in to see the Disney Archives traveling exhibit, so wanted to stay close to the Graceland complex. The room was great! Comfortable and clean. Was disappointed that the mini-fridge was inoperable (I didn’t make a complaint about it), and that the television service lost a handful of cable channels that prevented me from watching playoff baseball (don’t judge…I did what I wanted on this trip!). Was disappointed that self-parking had a fee (understand paying for valet, but for me to find a spot?), and that all the same taxes applied to that charge seemed a little more like gouging than offering a seevice. Had varying experiences with the two restaurants (reviewed separately). But those MINOR issues didn’t impact my overall stay. I found the resort to be clean and well-maintained overall, but staying only a couple of nights, I didn’t look too hard to find things wrong. Would stay again, at the right price! Read less

Pricey but best place to stay in area. The decor is upscale but does need updates. The food at the restaurants is good. Don't need to leave resort if you don't want to. All about Elvis but done with class. Bar is good and has live music.. Resort plays nightly an Elvis movie, beautiful gardens and pool. Some staff members were friendly, helpful and kind for example Keith. Overall staff, from airport shuttle drivers. Restaurant, cleaners, front desk need to prioritize customer service and be more welcoming to guests. Would love to be back in near future. Definitely recommend! Read less

I was so excited about this trip, however, if I am being honest, it was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever seen, most employees had attitudes (Except a young woman named Keisha, and the young woman who works the coffee bar early in the morning, they were both wonderful ladies!). The remainder of the staff I am not quite certain how they obtained their jobs. They were all always hiding on their phones, giving you dirty looks when you would ask for something, or have their mouths full just standing around leaning over the counters. The room was filthy, there was a soaking wet spot on the floor upon beginning our stay for my mothers birthday weekend, and it didn't appear that the room had really been cleaned thoroughly at all. Needless to say we cut our 4 night stay to a day and a half. We left as quickly as possible. This facility would do well to find new employees or at least put the individuals they have through some serious customer service training as well as more closely monitor them. We drove all the way from Florida for that 4.5 star hotel rating we saw online, but all I can say is I will never be back to stay at this hotel, and more than likely I would recommend against it to any of my friends considering a stay there to spare them the horror of it all. Trust me people it is not worth the money to stay at this hotel. Read less

Arrived Sunday and was very impressed with hotel. Friendly staff, covid conscious (masks required), excellent food at EP, and then Elvis movie at 7 pm. Next morning, grabbed breakfast at Rock n Roll inside hotel. Extremely rude staff. Fruit cup has massive mold growing in it (was dated 10 days previous. When I returned, the worker gave no apology and handed me a new one. She said she knew they were old and was throwing away. Then Monday night the other restaurant was closed (we heard due to low staff) but there was no sign on door. Then we waited with 25 other people outside movie theatre at 7 pm as doors were locked. About half hour later, my husband went to front desk. Said they had no clue and would send the manager down. About 15 mins he finally showed up. Didn’t have key so had to go get one. Finally got inside theatre. He gave absolutely no apology. Tried to start the movie several times and finally came out and said there were technical difficulties. We finally asked if there was going to be a movie and he said no. Again no apology given. So while we really liked the hotel, they need to ramp up their customer service as a 4-diamond rated hotel. Put up signage when things are closed, track and throw away moldy food especially when you know about it, and train staff to issue proper apologies for less than stellar service. Read less
