This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are excellent. Willie and other staff members were friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended hotel to stay . Location is right next to Graceland. Easy to get to Sun Studios Beale Street and Martin Luther King sites.

Landon made our stay. I wish all the workers were as friendly as him. He greeted us everytime we walked by the front desk and I’ve never seen someone smile as much as him. He told me he was humbled to have this job and i look forward to coming back to see him. He truly has made our vacation the best ever. What an amazing, kind young man!!

All in all it was a very nice hotel. My only complaint was with the EP grill, I found the servers to be rude and uninformed. One of our party has Celiac Disease and inquired about gluten free options, and the server had no idea. She kept saying she would ask the chef, however the chef never came to speak with us. One of our party has Celiac Disease and inquired about gluten free options, and the server had no idea. She kept saying she would ask the chef, however the chef never came to speak with us. That person decided not to eat because she couldn't be sure the food served to her would be safe. I think if they should definitely train the staff regarding all allergies etc. Read less

The resort has great potential. The property and rooms are beautiful. The theater is great. I enjoyed the property and the room. Landon was very nice while checking us in. There was an issue with the room not being ready and he apologized and tried to correct the issue. This was really appreciated. The lady who drove the shuttle to Beale Street was very nice and even told us about Memphis. I didn’t get the name of the gentlemen who helped us with our bags at checkout, but he was very nice and helpful as well. · The staff with the exception of a few were very rude. The room was not ready when we arrived even though check in time was 4:00pm and we arrived around 6:30pm and had a reservation for a king room. When checking in, Danielle told us that we could take a room with two double beds or wait, when we told them this was unacceptable. She then proceeded to loudly tell other customers that when she traveled and her room was not ready she was understanding and didn’t cause problems. Later that evening, the lady working the information desk wouldn’t get off the phone to answer questions and once she did, she acted like we inconvienced her. The next day when we arrived for breakfast, the waitress told the hostess not to sit us in her section because she was too busy as we were being taken to a table. I called the hotel two different times to ask questions about the shuttles provided by the hotel. Once to ask about picking up the Beale Street shuttle from Beale Street and another to ask where to pick up the Graceland Shuttle. I was hung up on both times before I could get all my questions out. I really felt like an inconvenience to the staff at this hotel. I feel like maybe more staff and better training would help these issues, but I won’t be back to find out. I was very disappointed in this “resort”. We actually stayed an extra night in Memphis, but went to a different hotel and had a better experience. Read less
