There’s also a 464-seat theatre for live performances and movies, so keep an eye on the billing, as there’s sure to be some great performances going on! I had a one night reservation planned and the day before my mother passed away. This hotel was contacted by myself AND Priceline and refused to do anything to help me. They would not refund any part of my stay. What a way to do business!! I had never stayed here before so this was the first impression I got. I come through Memphis often on the way to Florida with my family. We will NEVER stay here. If you can’t have any compassion For your customers when awful things like this happen then I don’t want to do business with you. Not impressed. This is not Elvis style hospitality. Read less

Excellent all around. Bonus is live music every night, PB & J station every night and each day they play a different elvis movie at 7!! Super cool. Also, it is very well kept & clean. I am definitely recommending to others! (one thing I want to say though is that Elvis’s Graceland should stay open later!)

Recently stayed at The Guest House at Graceland in Memphis and of all the hotels I've stayed at round the world this is possibly one of the worst I've stayed in. Not enough towels in the to so asked for another one. Half an hour later had to ask again. Two restaurants but the only coffee available is black unless you buy before 2 pm which is when the coffee shop closes. The only hotel I've stayed at that isn't capable of serving coffee other than basic black! My wife ordered drinks at the bar then had to remind the bar tender to give her the change. He glared at her, clearly angry that she had asked then after a while have in and have her the change. The staff ( bar one or two) are rude. It's as though guests are a nuisance. I've seen that other complaints get the standard 'thank you for bringing it to our attention and hope that your next visit will be better'. I have an idea. Listen to your guests and do a better job! Maybe change the management becouse they clearly don't listen or care about guests. Read less

We had the privilege of meeting the hotel manager, Chuck Wilson, during the complimentary wine reception. He was extremely friendly and did not hesitate to take the time to speak with us. He definitely cares for the guests at his hotel. We would, without a doubt, stay here again and highly recommend it. Read less
