We checked in with our family to a dirty room, no toilet paper, stickers on furniture from previous guest, and handprints on the windows. This room was filthy!!! During Covid you expect rooms to be cleaned better than usual....if this was extra clean, then I don’t know what dirty is. The front desk clerk was friendly however the valet was not!! He… Read more

My sister and I stayed a week at the Holiday Inn on Beale Street. The location is nice and close to everything, however, the employees, the driver that picked us up at the airport was just awful. They had no customer service skills at all. Don't bother talking to management either. I am taking my husband to the Civil Rights Museum in a few months… Read more

We stopped so we could visit where my husband use to live many years ago. He took me walking down to the park along the Mississippi River, Beale Street, Elvis statue, and bars he frequented while living there. The room had a great king size bed and a great city view.

Very convenient location and just a short walk from Beale Street. Hotel is modern but offers basic facilities - but then you don't spend much time in the room when in Memphis. Needed to change room because of noisy lift so avoid rooms ending in "50" which back onto lift shaft. The bar has a Happy Hour which is worth a visit.
