Very convenient location and just a short walk from Beale Street. Hotel is modern but offers basic facilities - but then you don't spend much time in the room when in Memphis. Needed to change room because of noisy lift so avoid rooms ending in "50" which back onto lift shaft. The bar has a Happy Hour which is worth a visit.

It's within walking distance to the FedEx Forum. Parking is a little high but you have to pay no matter where you park. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and everything looked clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was overpriced for what they were serving. The food was dry and they never came back and asked if we needed… Read more

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was overpriced for what they were serving. The food was dry and they never came back and asked if we needed more juice. I would skip it unless you have no other choice. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit to Memphis. I would stay here again. Read less

Relatively easily found with GPS, with on site ( paid ) parking. Great location just across the street from the Peabody and within easy walking distance of Beale Street - the reason for my visit. Denis, the parking valet was great, but I regret to advise that I found the reception staff throughout were disinterested and not partIcularly helpful - they need some coaching from Denis ! The room was clean and large enough with a very comfortable bed, pillow & linen. It has been remodelled - with several problems. The old fashioned air on unit had analogue controls which were not very user friendly. The TV didn’t work - I had no need of this so only mentioned it at check out and received a very disinterested response - ditto with the shower water temperature which was warm at best. I didn’t eat the chargeable breakfast - from the look of it the better option was to visit a diner. Read less
