These were replenished also. The only issue I have is that there is no safe box in the room, but you can use one in the hotel reception office, but there are not many & it's first come first served basis, apart from that everything was great, lovely friendly staff who cannot do enough for you, oh & free coffee in reception every morning.😁 I would definitely stay here again 100%. Its also only a 10 minute walk to Beale St with loads of bars & restaurants, live music & a great atmosphere. 👍👌🎶🎶 Read less

Although the hotel has good localization and the room is big with essential facilities it lacks as many expensive hotels, holders to wet towels, stands to suitcases (travellers always carrie them...) and even a safe. There's no hygienic shower what would save a lot of water. And why don't architects and interior designers think first about… Read more

There's no hygienic shower what would save a lot of water. And why don't architects and interior designers think first about guests? I would not recommend this kind of place and next time I will choose carefully. It's amazing how this kind of project doesn't think first about the target public. Read less

Visiting Beale Street the Holiday Inn is a great location and wonderful place. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and our room was great! The bed was so comfortable! Within walking distance of Beale Street and right across from the Peabody Hotel. Would recommend!

The Hotels location is great as it is close to Beale street! It’s easy to just use one of the electric scooters and explore downtown. Staff was friendly as well! The biggest con to this hotel is the heating and cooling has to be adjusted by the maintenance staff. When we first arrived, the room (1065) was ice cold. We set the thermostat to 90 and 2 hours later, the room was still 60 degrees! Called to the front desk and they sent maintenance who said he “fixed” the problem. Next day, the room is too hot so we informed the front desk clerk who tells us you can either have heating or cooling. They have to come in the bathroom and turn on one or the other by going through the ceiling. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at had thermostats that could be adjusted to heat or cool without the aid of maintenance staff! Completely ridiculous. Especially since the lows were in the 30’s. This made my experience of the hotel poor! Read less

When we checked in the ladies name was T checked us in, and from the time we were picked up until the time they dropped us off , I’ve never met so many nice people. Jeremiah would help us and drive us around, helped us move our luggage… Then Sedreck Took us to Graceland and picked us up… Wow… The buffet breakfast served daily was excellent and the service was even better, sweet Donna was always there with a smile! this is a great place to come in for the weekend and stay in for the price and the service you can’t beat it! Will be back just because the great service soon and the great accommodations! Read less
