Clean room. Fast elevators. We traveled with a group and had reservations well in advance. Our bus pulls up late afternoon and we were given breakfast vouchers but no keys were ready. We were also told they didn’t know we would need assistance with luggage altho we paid extra for that service! Breakfast is a joke unless all you want is powdered… Read more

We were also told they didn’t know we would need assistance with luggage altho we paid extra for that service! Breakfast is a joke unless all you want is powdered eggs and fruit. Their sign says they cook eggs to order. They take your order but you won’t get them unless you ask for them twice after about 30-45 minutes…..and then the waiter brings them with attitude even though they were not crowded by any means. I am not a “Karen” and rarely complain, but thought travelers should be aware. Read less

Booking in was easy, once past the language barrier. UK and USA English, a shared language divided by an ocean. Surprised by the £300 dollar charge to credit card at reception, for incidental charges to the room, $75 per day. Surprised by the £300 dollar charge to credit card at reception, for incidental charges to the room, $75 per day. Obviously we didn't have any incidentals, so was told upon leaving the money would be returned within 7 to 10 days. Water bottle in the room $3 there's a corner shop around the corner selling water at a fraction of the price. The staff are welcoming, and helpful. And you do get a hot cookie. Upon leaving for the airport we looked for a taxi, one of the door staff said he'd call one for us, upon asking him a guide of price he thought around $34 dollars. When we got to the airport it turned out to be $65 plus tip lesson learned. Overall a good hotel close to the action 10min walk to Broadway 5mins to printers alley. Read less

The service was Stellar!!!! Ann was Amazing! Helpful when our room wasn't ready and sent us a message when it was. Gave us directions to get to many places, all of which we enjoyed! Enjoying our time here in Nashville!!! Happy that our business choose Double Tree!!

Rooms were amazing great views this place was amazing pillows were comfortable rooms were very clean everyone was very nice. I definitely enjoyed my time here even though I was here for work and not luxury, it was a very well maintained place

The beds are comfy, the front desk was good but you need to request housekeeping services daily. The housekeepers are very friendly and professional. The restaurant you should skip. The beds are comfy, the front desk was good but you need to request housekeeping services daily. The housekeepers are very friendly and professional. The restaurant you should skip. Ate breakfast there and the food was cold, the toast was dry and small portions. We tried to support the lounge but The lounge staff is not interested in serving you if you sit in the chairs to the side of the lounge. They prefer you to get up and get your own from the bar tender, even when they have wait staff working the tables. We tried two days in a row to spend our money in the lounge, our third and fourth day here will be spent at a different lounge. Read less
