We visited the DT for a concert weekend in Nashville. When we arrived the City was doing construction in front of the hotel so we were not clear on how to get to the hotel. I called the front desk and Tilly was super friendly and tried to guide us into the valet. She was not aware, but the city had blocked the entire drive. Instantly, she asked me what kind of car I had and she would get me in the hotel. She came downstairs from the lobby to personally guide us in the valet. She worked with the Valet mgr (all the Valet staff were excellent) and even got the city to move over to let us in the hotel! Talk about going that extra mile!!! She was wonderful!
She led us up to the lobby and check in was a breeze! Everyone else working at the hotel was super welcoming and had a smile on their face! The hotel itself was recently renovated with a lovely and modern feeling. The rooms were the same and very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and the shower was great! The AC also worked nicely in the TN summer heat.
We did not go to the Starbucks, bar or restaurant, but there was a good crowd with live music.
We defiantly will be back!

Very friendly service. Helped string together multiple reservations without issue. Diamond upgrade was to a corner room which was lovely. Diamond members can also use their credit for tuck shop which worked great for me. They had RxBars which was all I needed. Room was bed was very pleasant. No noise issues.

Nice location and friendly service but they said there was water in the room (which there was for 3$) and no refill station anywhere to be found. I would rather pay a little more than be treated like that nickel and dimed. I didn’t hear the construction people talk of although you’d be hard pressed to find any hotel in Nashville that doesn’t…

CONSTRUCTION!! So angry!
Jul 29, 2024katieclark83Albany, Oregon
This was a terrible visit. They have construction going on and it starts at 6am. Was impossible to sleep through. No warning, and the front desk staff didn’t even know about it. We got no response when we complained. DO NOT stay here. Our stay was July 25/26 2024.
CONSTRUCTION NOISES
Jul 27, 2024Matt S
Late July 2024: Literal construction going on right above our room. We are on the 8th out of 9 floors. This is ridiculous. There was no warning given to us about construction before our stay. If you are looking to stay here, BE WARNED that construction starts at 6AM and goes until 7PM EVEN ON A SATURDAY.
