Overpriced for what it is! Old hotel, staff weren’t that great either for a 4 stars hotel. Not sure how this hotel falls under the 4 stars hotel category. The only great thing is the convenient location. But there are plenty of other hotels downtown just as convenient at the same rate. Not recommended.

We paid over $500 per night (after taxes & valet) and expected a much nicer hotel. While the hotel was nice, it was not a $500 level. It was within easy walking distance to Broadway and the downtown Nashville activities which is obviously what we paid for. We just expected a higher level of maintenance. We did appreciate the excellent valet service (easy to use & friendly) especially since we used our car a couple times during our stay. Read less

While the staff is very nice and its location fantastic, those things cannot make up for the fact that this hotel is old, musty, very dark and in need of an urgent remodel. The upper floor suites are specially old and in need of an upgrade. They are cavernous, super dark and have furniture that would be perfectly at home at a flea market. The doors creek and do not seal properly, the AC is noisy and musky and, in general, these large rooms are so creepy, that i ended up requesting a lower grade room which ended up being slightly better than "the upgrade". While the new room I received was clean, it was just old and smelly as the larger one. In short, I would consider staying at a newer hotel on my next visit to Nashville. Read less

This hotel was excellent but comes up short when expecting value for price paid. No complimentary breakfast and the pool was not in service for some reason despite seeing it on their website. The location is great and away from the noise and commotion of Broadway. The room was clean and I loved the shower head.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Everything in the room worked properly. The hotel had a bar and lounge area that was very comfortable. The valet also held our bags for us which was an easy process. Close to downtown Broadway via the Ryman building
