Where is it

Right next to Bridgestone Arena, home of sporting events and concerts, this hotel fronts Walk of Fame Park, which leads straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum. In the other direction, it’s just a block from live music venues and Ryman Auditorium, which was given National Historic Landmark status for its importance in country music. It’s also just two blocks from the 2nd Avenue district and offers easy access to the downtown zone’s dining, shopping, and honky tonk bars. Catherine was very sweet and professional at check-in, and Will M. was extremely helpful and very kind at check-out. Thank you both for making our stay so pleasant. Also, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and located right in the heart of downtown Nashville, such a perfect location for enjoying the fun.

We discovered the Hilton Nashville Downtown through a company event, where we needed both a meeting space and guest accommodations. Amanda Fulk assisted us, and the event was a success thanks to her excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and quick responsiveness before, during, and after the event. The hotel is in a prime location and offers great comfort. While some of our guests found it a bit pricey, the level of service made it worth it. I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel because we host our annual medical conference here! We have been coming here for four years in a row and have already booked for 2025. From the event planning process to the execution of our event, everything went great! Amanda (Mandi), who was our CSM, was accommodating and easy to work with. The banquet team, including Kenny, Rod and Camerino, was attentive and easily reachable throughout our event. As for the sleeping rooms, all the rooms are suites, meaning they have a living room area separate from the sleeping area. This is great when traveling in groups. Oh, and the location is ideal if you are planning on going out on Broadway! I will say that because it's right behind Broadway, you can hear the music if you are a light sleeper. Read less
