Hilton Nashville Downtown

Nashville, Tennessee

The hotel

Rubbing shoulders with America’s biggest country music attractions, Hilton Nashville Downtown guarantees you’ll make the most of every moment you’re in town. With Walk of Fame Park as your front garden, leading you straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame, it’s also just a block from Ryman Auditorium and near Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars. You can kick off your day with breakfast at the hotel’s MarketStreet, before hitting the gym or taking in Nashville’s sights – or more importantly its sounds. And, whether you’re back for lunch, dinner, or just evening cocktails, you’ve got the striking atrium’s Symphony Café, The Palm Steakhouse, and the authentic Abruzzi tastes of its Italian restaurant, Il Mulino Trattoria, to pick from. Although, as this is an all-suite hotel, you may be tempted to just order room service instead.

Normal check in ahead of time, got digital key and bypassed the desk on arrival. Opened door to find someone in our room. Front desk said someone must have snuck in and only had an inside room to give us, so no fault of ours we couldn’t get the room type we reserved. Someone snuck in??? Security issue?? Front desk said someone must have snuck in and only had an inside room to give us, so no fault of ours we couldn’t get the room type we reserved. Someone snuck in??? Security issue?? We were allowed to move to the room type we booked for our last two nights. When we checked out, found we got charged almost $200 more than our confirmed rate. Another call to get this corrected. The first night should have been comped because of their screw up, but adjustment only gave us the lower room rate for the room we had to take. Sad, I won’t right off Hilton’s because of this, but won’t go back to a $500 a night hotel that doesn’t take care of their error. Read less

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, the showers are beautiful, the location is idea, but the service was unsatisfactory especially for the high price tag. A restaurant should never be closed to certain guests. We are all your guests and you should accomodate all guests at all times. This close for private party or event is garbage. We also asked about room service and were told that it would be "easier for the person doing the deliveries for us to order at the restaurant." With all due respect, it is not our job to make your lives as workers easier. It is your job to make our stay easier. So, a change in attitude or added staff may be needed. We may not be celebrities but we are guests at your hotel and deserve the same service as any other guest. Lastly, $40 for parking is a crime. Include everything in the price of the hotel. For $300 plus dollars per night I expect more. Read less

Great hotel we use for “staycation”. It’s always clean. The rooms are comfortable and good views and the staff is always friendly. Love the executive lounge we get with diamond status where you can go for water, soda, coffe & some snacks. The location is great for Broadway, going to shows at the Ryman and other downtown attractions.

You ane only a block away from the convention center, and also only a block away from famous Broadway street with its honkytonks, shops, and restaurants. The historic Ryman Auditorium is only about two blocks. The only real drawback is that the parking is very expensive. It is $45 per night for valet parking, which is ridiculous. Read less
