We had another great stay at Opryland Inn. We had the best nights sleep as well The service was exceptional too. Everytime we or our friends and family stay here we always have a great time. Thanks Opryland Inn for always being consistent.

The Inn At Opryland 2401 Music Valley Dr. Nashville, TN 37214 Very disappointed customer! My husband and I were planning a trip to Nashville and decided to stay at the Opryland Hotel. We called to make reservations and found out that there were several charges that were included in the price of the room that we would not be using so the lady that we talked to suggested that we stay at The Inn At Opryland. She went over several things about The Inn including the fact that it was part of the Opryland Hotel and Marriot Bonvoy so needless to say we assumed that this would be a great option and made the reservations for a three day stay. We reserved a room with an inside entrance and a walk-in shower. We were also told that there was free breakfast and coffee 24 hours a day. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a key to an outside room, I did go inside the room the check it out and there was no walk-in shower so we went back to the lobby and told the man at the desk that we reserved an inside room and that’s what we wanted, he wasn’t happy about it but gave us an inside room. Neither rooms had a walk-in shower and were not very clean, the furniture had nicks and chips, the bathroom was so small that you could barely move. There was coffee in the lobby the first day but after that you had to buy it from Starbucks (there was a coffee pot in the room but we didn’t use it because of how unclean the room was). There was also no free breakfast, no maid service so we had to go to the front desk to get towels and soap. We did not demand our money back so we could leave and go somewhere else because we would have to spend several hours trying to find another room and our first day would have been wasted. My husband did tell the person that checked us out how disappointed we were, he said that he would tell the manager and that someone would be in contact with us which never happened. I am writing this review to remind people to never assume anything, make sure that you always check things out yourself. I would also like to say that we have stayed at Marriot Bonvoy several times and they have been very nice, this is why we assumed it would be great. We will NOT be staying there again Read less

We stayed 2 nights to attend an event at the Grand Ole Opry July 4th weekend and didn’t want to stay at the crowded Resort. We still had use of the shuttle to get us around and were able to dine at the resort as well so saving the money/points was so worth it. The Inn was clean and convenient. Yes; the bathrooms are small, but it wasn’t a big deal to us: the bed was comfortable. We requested an exterior room not wanting to be disturbed by kids running around, but were given an interior room upon arrival. They were loud, but by 9pm all was quiet. The restaurant closed early, as did some of the restaurants at the resort. I blame that on the fear of COVID some businesses are still enforcing. We were prepared and brought our own food, as well as extra supplies/toiletries since they didn’t clean the room daily. I travel with work, so those matters don’t bother me like some people who think hotels should cater to their every demand while away from home. I am pleased we chose here, our stay was very enjoyable. Read less

That being said, our room was very small with four people we were a little cramped. It was super clean and updated but the bathroom was so tiny a person couldn't go in and shut the door like there literally was no room to shut the door once you were, ahem, using the facilities. The pool area was great - kids loved it. Too bad they've still got the snack/bar area closed by the pool. Also, the restaurant was only open until 6 pm which I was very disappointed with. There are several restaurants close by like literally across the street but it would have been nicer just to eat in the hotel and not have to get out. Read less
