The front staff was very friendly. However our room had a musty smell and the bathroom was very small. My bed was rather lumpy. We never ate in their restaurant so can't comment on that. The Inn is close to the Grand Ole Opry & the Opry Mills shopping center.

We visited the hotel with a gathering of my husband’s Marine Corps friends. The good: the staff at reception desk was friendly and helpful. The bad: we ate one meal at the hotel grill, two sandwiches, and both orders were served wrong. The bad: we ate one meal at the hotel grill, two sandwiches, and both orders were served wrong. My side was quickly corrected but my husband’s medium-well burger was raw, the lower bun pink with blood. The Server had the burger replaced, a 15-minute delay, so we could not eat together. The restaurant was nearly empty so there was no excuse. The ugly: the room! Small, dark, opening onto the parking lot, with a tiny bathroom and minimal amenities. We had one tiny bar of soap for our entire stay; used coffee cups were not replaced. We battled flies that must have flown while the room was being cleaned. After my shower the first morning, I stretched out on the bed and noticed the bottoms of my feet were dirty. I took a washcloth and lightly rubbed the carpet near the bathroom. The cloth turned grey with very little pressure. My husband wore black socks the rest of our visit while I wore sandals in the room since my spirt socks were white. Read less

I arrived at the Inn at Opryland on June 24th, 2019 excited to be in Nashville for the first time and to celebrate my 7th wedding anniversary for 6 days and to attend a leadership seminar with my sorority. First of all, the outside appearance did not look like the picture online. As we checked in the clerk kept saying "You're staying for six days". I should have known something wasn't right. The main shocker was that we were given an exterior room. I would have never knowingly gone outside. If my husband would not have been with me I would have felt unsafe. The first room had a musty smell when we opened the door. I went back to the desk and got a new room. The bathroom was small, entrance door to the room did not close on its own, refrigerator didn't work and no microwave. I felt that it was very pricey with less amenities than we expected. I wanted to cry but I just decided that we weren't going to spend much time in our room anyway and as long as we had somewhere to sleep and bathe we would survive this. The best thing is that this location was right where I needed to be to go to my seminar at the Gaylord across the street. It was close to the Opry Mills mall. With some renovations, I think this place will be better. It had a nice indoor pool, too. I liked the Gray Line shuttle services too! We checked out on June 30th. We survived the week. Read less

They were very nice about letting us check in early, and they had an indoor pool. The room had a musty smell as soon as we walked in. Image of the Tripadvisor rating Nice resort, but no housekeeping

We’ve been at the Gaylord for two days and have yet to receive any housekeeping services. I’ve tried to call numerous times, but have spent almost an hour on hold in total. This is disappointing and unacceptable.
