I hate staying at this hotel. The pool is in the center of the hotel, an indoor pool, so the rooms circle it. Kids screaming all day long, it’s so loud! And there’s no escaping it, so if you need to sleep during the day when the pool is open, like I did, you won’t be able to sleep. I even had ear plugs and I could still hear the screaming. How is that appropriate? Wear headphones if you need music, like everyone else does. Besides all that noise, none of the rooms have windows to the outdoors, even though they appear to be on the perimeter of the hotel. So the rooms are dark, dingy and feel stifled. The cleaning people in the hallways only add to the noise, shouting to each other down the hall and blasting their music. The front desk staff were really nice but that’s really the only positive I can think of to mention. Read less

This hotel is about 20 minutes away from Nashville, but close to the Grand Old Opry. They have a cafe for breakfast. They have an indoor pool. They also have an onsite restaurant with reasonable prices.

This hotel was perfect! It was very clean even though a little older. It has s huge atrium that is beautiful. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. It’s not Opryland resort but is 1/2 the price! The hotel offers shuttle service (complimentary) that runs to Opryland resort, and mall. We would stay here again!

I spent three days at the hotel for business meetings. They are undergoing major renovations of rooms, furniture and bedding, and public spaces, and are updating of their heating and air conditioning system. The renovations are needed, and will make the property much nicer and more comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, the Opry and other attractions. It is a 20 minute ride to downtown. The staff is very friendly and works hard to make your stay enjoyable. The food is very good and reasonable, and they have entertainment in the evening. All things considered, for the price, it is a reasonable place to stay, and will be better after the improvements are completed. Read less

Arrived on a Friday night and was put into a room I. Their “newly” renovated rooms. This was located out in from of the hotel in the third floor outdoor entrance to room. Horrible. Tiffani did help us out and switch rooms to a better location within the hotel. Unfortunately, they started doing renovation on the third floor directly above our room. Not happy at all. Drilling, sawing, equipment dropping starting around 7 a.m.! Really? Called down to the front desk and was told they weren’t doing any construction. I went upstairs and saw about 7 men all working on removing pipes. Assuming the water pipes. Wasn’t too happy being there from then on. It’s an okay place to stay, minus the construction. There is a shuttle that will take you over to Opryland and the mall free of charge. Don’t expect to stay there again. When we booked it, was under the assumption that it was at the Opryland Hotel, I shouldn’t have assumed! Read less
