An unusual hotel/motel. Rooms open out on to walkways overlooking an internal area with pool and cafe. Rooms plain but comfy. Good staff. No included breakfast but there's a Cracker Barrel across the car park. Free shuttle bus to the resort and mall and town centre.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff The Hotel is near wonderful restaurants, shops, movies and the Grand Ole Opry. I would highly recommend anyone looking to visit and explore Nashville to stay here. I plan on coming back for a much longer stay.

Very Disappointing! I though it would be a nicer place because it's a Marriott Brand. It's an old, worn out hotel. Mismanaged reservations. We booked a room two months in advance. But when we checked in they didn't have the room I booked. They forced us into a crappy exterior room facing the street. (Very loud all night long.) Loud outside noise and people smoking right outside our room was annoying. For our purpose it was good. 10 minute walk to the Gaylord was nice and easy (we even had a baby stroller). Loud outside noise and people smoking right outside our room was annoying. For our purpose it was good. 10 minute walk to the Gaylord was nice and easy (we even had a baby stroller). Staff was not real quick to help us but we managed. If you want ice you have to go upstairs to the inside floor cooridors and if you want filtered water (for your water bottle) you have to go in the gym. We only stayed two nights...price was as expected Read less

Very Disappointing Stay! Is an understatement, the room was not clean, stains on the sheets, towels were old and worn. A cup of coffee in the lobby was $3.00, it did have coffee in the room. Just simply an old hotel, not at all what you expect5 from the Gaylord Brand or Marriot Brand.
