The valet and front desk are very nice and helpful! However, if you are traveling with your dog, I would recommend a different pet friendly hotel. Tae was awesome very helpful and funny. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The food was amazing. The location is perfect- near downtown, Vanderbilt, and other touristy spots. Walkable to a ton of restaurants and ice cream shops. I'd definitely stay here again.
