Sherod was the best valet guy and made the experience that much better. I appreciated his hospitality and promptness. He made me feel super welcomed and his professionalism was top tier. I will definitely be returning with the hope that he’s still here!

The valet was really helpful with giving me tips about the surroundings his name is SHEROD. He greeted us with a nice smile and he was not annoyed with all the questions we asked. He deserves five stars for his friendliness and kindness behavior towards us and our family.

Stayed here for CMA Fest. Good hotel, nice location near Vanderbilt University and Children's Hospital. Easy scooter ride or walk to Hillsboro Village neighborhood, highly recommend. 2 mile walk to Broadway honky tonk bars and night life, take a scooter as far as you can. Nice pool on roof. Good happy hour. Nice in room showers.
