The rooms are very comfortable and standard to Sheraton level. The restaurant on the roof our team used for a team event and was lovely with views of the city. The hotel. is situated only a few blocks from Broadway where all the music and restaurants can be found. The hotel lobby bar was nice appointed and had a very good vibe. Enjoyed a very good old-fashion there a few nights My only negative was the elevators which should be on the next renovation list. They are super slow and you can be waiting for sometimes 10 minutes during peak hours. Overall if in town again I would stay. Read less

The stay, the lounge, the property were all fine. What I would expect from a full service Marriott. Where this property REALLY stood out was the concierge. Mr Andrew Atkins III knows EVERYONE in Nashville and he knows hospitality. He made excellent recommendations, made changes when we needed them and even checked up on us while we were at a… Read more

Andrew was amazing and he was the reason why we had an outstanding stay on this property!! Read less

Hotel bar is very nice and well decorated. Rooms are nicely appointed. Close to and easy to access downtown. Good business hotel and also good if using for home base on a Nashville… Read more

Hotel bar is very nice and well decorated. Rooms are nicely appointed. Close to and easy to access downtown. Good business hotel and also good if using for home base on a Nashville vacation. Some of the meeting rooms for business seem to be interior offering no windows so can be plain if looking for something fresh/inspiring. Read less

This hotel is like a lot of the others in the area. Nicely updated and conveniently located. Almost directly across the street from TPAC and a short walk to all the good restaurants. We had no complaints about our stay. The bathrooms are a little small but that's a minor inconvenience. Definitely would stay again.

We went to Music City for New Year's and it did not disappoint. From the minute we walked into the Sheraton Grand to the minute we left, we had nothing but stellar treatment. What an amazing staff, beautiful and clean hotel. Close to where the action is, but far enough for peace and quiet...). They even had a shuttle bus that took us in the… Read more

What an amazing staff, beautiful and clean hotel. Close to where the action is, but far enough for peace and quiet...). They even had a shuttle bus that took us in the perimeters of the honky tonks, driven by Bryson. Such a nice southernly gentleman. Read less
