I have dined extensively in Nashville. The Virgin was by far my worst experience. Horrible, slow service. I had to find the server twice. The food is mediocre. The music is so loud the space is unbearable. I drank from a plastic solo cup. This laid-back paradigm is the death of service. You know you have a problem when the Manager isn’t called the manager but “The life of the party”. Clearly the employees think the place is a joke, too. NOT RECOMMENDED. Read less

The Virgin Hotel in Nashville is a beautiful and conveniently located property. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful individual at the front desk. After that, the four stars began to grow dim. I was told not to expect any maid service during our two night stay. I was told that if we needed anything, we should simply press the "YES" button on the phone and it would be provided immediately. We needed coffee for the in room coffee service. I pressed "YES", made the request, and we are still waiting for that coffee?? Next is the matter of the motion censored lights in the room. There is no way to turn them off. Imagine the joy on your spouses face when you quietly get up to go to the bathroom at 2am and the lights come on in the room. Further concerning were the convoluted valet parking prices. You cannot self-park, so you must use the valet. I am still trying to understand this one; 6-24 hours is $38, but if you park overnight it's $45. Could someone explain that to me? I will definitely be back to Nashville, but will not be back to the Virgin Hotel. Read less

The rooftop bar was amazing. The food and views were awesome. The manager Shane was extremely helpful and friendly. This need to be a must when in Nashville. The prices were very reasonable for the food and service we received.

My friends and I came in town for New Years… Went up to the rooftop bar and had the best experience! The coziest ambience and a great place for pics! The bar manager, Shane Morgan, really made us feel special as well!
