Hotel information

262 rooms, all of which are two-chambered and divided in to two separate areas - a dressing room and a bedroom - by sliding privacy doors. With motion activated lighting, iconic lighted make-up mirror with vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and hand-held showerhead and custom bath products, yoga mats, air-conditioning, flat-screen smart HDTV which pairs with your device, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, and iron and board. Chambers have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

 

 

 

Chamber City View are the same as standard Chambers, but boast a view over Nashville's bustling city streets.

Commons Club (bar and lounge, open for dinner and Sunday brunch). The Pool Club (14th floor seasonal pool, with bar and evening live music). Funny Library (coffee shop with light bites). 24-hour fitness centre. Complimentary WiFi.

Excellent hotel Great experience Quality hotel Staff very helpful and welcoming Could use extra help for luggage. Need more porters Great valet service Please extend coffee shop hours of operation. Closing at 2 or 3 pm doesn’t provide customers service if you like to drink coffee in the evening

This is NOT a hotel I will ever visit again. The room was dirty. The extra blanket had hairs on it (did you wash it??) Your feet stick to the floors as you walk on them, the TV get turning off by itself, then resetting, the shower floor was so slick my husband slipped, hit his head and knee, the room was constantly humid due to poor ventilation -… Read more

The room is so small, my husband and I had to take turns walking in front of the beds because it is so narrow (almost like an airplane aisle). The room is STOCKED with tons of alcohol... Thus... This is a party hotel. Drunks everywhere (which is MORE the reason you need security). The waitress at the Commons Club shamelessly flirted with my husband (it was our anniversary trip), wore some Kanye inspired body suit, no pants, no bra, and made it a point to bend over in front of my husband exposing herself for one last shot at a good tip... What's next a lap dance? Virgin used to be synonymous with class... Maybe the definition of class has changed... If you are looking for a loud, dirty, hotel that caters to drunks - THIS IS IT!!! Great place. Lobby and first floor was welcoming. The bedrooms had delightful little refrigerators. Bed wars comfy. I was there for business at the courthouse. I felt very safe walking there and back.

We were in Nashville to get our new puppy. The staff at the Virgin were so helpful and kind. Everything went really well. The rooftop holiday display was so fun and the drinks were fantastic. They made it all so festive.
