Spanning 22-acres of oceanfront, adjacent to Keauhou Bay, this truly special resort offers a perfect location for an authentic Hawaiian experience. Most of the resort overlooks the ocean and feature beautiful colours and prints created by renowned Hawaii designer, Sig Zane. Another highlight is the fantasy pool, set on several different levels and dramatically nestled along the ocean’s lava cliffs — it really is unequalled in all of Hawaii, something we don’t say lightly! Kids will love the 200-foot winding waterslide at the oceanfront lagoon pool.

509 rooms and suites on 7 floors, across 4 buildings. All with private balcony or terrace, air conditioning satellite TV, telephone, WiFi access, mini refrigerator, bottled water, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, bathrobe, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board. 

Resort View rooms have either 1 king-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Mountain View rooms feature views of Mauna Loa and tropical resort grounds, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Partial Ocean View rooms feature partial views of the Pacific Ocean, and have either 1 king-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean View rooms feature breathtaking views of Keauhou Bay and the Pacific Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Oceanfront rooms feature captivating views of the Kona coast, as well as the beautiful lawn and gardens, and have either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Partial Ocean View, Ocean View, and Oceanfront rooms can all also be booked as Club rooms, which includes access to Voyager 47 Club Lounge, offering complimentary breakfast, as well as evening drinks and appetizers.

Club Oceanfront Deluxe Suites feature a separate living area with sofa bed, wet bar, and oversized balcony, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 


Holua Poolside Bar & Lounge (serving island-inspired cuisine and a range of tropical drinks). Wailele Cafe (casual oceanfront restaurant serving Hawaiian and American cuisine, open for breakfast and dinner daily, with live music Thursday-Saturday evenings.)

Daily cultural activities and regular evening entertainment. 

Multi-level system of swimming pools with waterslide and children's section. 2 whirlpools. 24-hour fitness centre. Daily activities including lei making, yoga, ukulele lessons, hula lessons, and cultural tours. Water sports including snorkelling, paddle boarding, diving* and deep-sea fishing*. I’ve seen other reviews mention construction but I hardly saw any.. they must be almost completed with the renovation? We had an ocean view suite that faced the bay/coast - beautiful view but was disappointed we didn’t get a real ocean view like we were expecting. This would have been a 4 star review but the AMAZING service from Lori and Sharlaine in the Voyager bumped it up a star. Those two were soooo good to us and especially our daughter. They really made us feel cared for and welcome. I can’t say enough good things about them. Loved our time on the big island and would recommend this hotel. Read less

5 stars. Love this property. Theres two different pools one adult and other family with a slide. There are little walk trails that you get to see beautiful flowers and the rugged volcanic flows to walk and enjoy the scenic views.
