I put in a load of wash thinking my credit card would work but the app wouldn't download so I have a load of wash with tide washing detergent in them and had to shake them out, still some soap in them; As I was unable to get the washer to work. Why complicate things? How much can they gouge money out of guests. 2 dollars for a box of tide. don't mind paying this, but I didn't get to use it. I ended up shaking it out of my dirty wash. Why make it so difficult?

An average place to stay
Aug 31, 2024elishalynn89Lihue, Hawaii
It’s an average room for a decent price. If you’re looking for fancy and upscale, this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s not horrible, this will fit your needs.

Having no AC in a bedroom in Hawai'i while paying $320 a night is just unacceptable. We would not have stayed here had we known. There is an AC unit in the living room and a vent "connecting" the living room to the bedroom, but it did not cool the bedroom effectively. My friends and I stayed in this hotel for one night before embarking on an…

There is an AC unit in the living room and a vent "connecting" the living room to the bedroom, but it did not cool the bedroom effectively. My friends and I stayed in this hotel for one night before embarking on an overnight hiking trip. We expected a good night’s sleep but did not get it due to the hot sleeping environment. I have requested a refund for our night as it severely impacted our trip. Also the bed was warped. I do NOT recommend this place.
