Overall experience was great. Few areas needed a bit more cleaning but it’s always great staying here. Thought I was staying in a basic room but got upgraded to a pool view. Shout out to Phil at the front desk for assisting me with my constant changes.

This property is ok. The rooms are outdated. The cleanliness wasn’t great (hair on pillows). There is a giant cement wall blocking the ocean view. It was just ok. I am glad we weren’t there for more then a day. The gentleman checking us in was very nice and helpful. Not sure I would stay here again.

The AC in the bedroom was more than enough because the unit stayed cool with the ceiling fans & keeping the sliding door open. The staff was fabulous, friendly & very… Read more

Good value, room was not fantastic but it did the trick. Was kind of grossed out by the room tbh. We didn’t stay in the room very much. The staff are wonderful and very helpful! I think with a little more TLC and updates this place would be awesome! Great location, walked to the beach in the morning, so beautiful.

The front desk person was such a jerk I canceled my stay. No Aloha. No Hospitality. No extra courtesy. Not a sense of kindness, No consideration that even though this is one of the lower-priced hotels on the island, it is still a lot of money that people spend to stay there. Don't ask for a special request, because as far as they are concerned there is nothing special about you as their guest. Their attitude is that they can easily fill a room with someone else. You are just another credit card. That is how they make you feel. Read less
