Staying here is so convenient to everything. The beach is steps away, the pool is fantastic and there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is a little expensive if you book through Outrigger but they always have specials if you book in advance. Some people also rent them out on airbnb and vrbo. Read less

We loved it so much the first time it’s where we wanted to stay when we came back. The positives: big spacious beautiful condos with full kitchen, laundry which is needed with kids. The pool is amazing especially for kids-it has slides, lazy river, caves, waterfalls, hot tubs, something for everyone. It is a great location-east side of island about halfway between the north and south sides of the island-it’s only about 10 minutes from the airport. Right across the street is a Safeway grocery store, Subway, McDonald’s, Starbucks. It is right on the beach-although it is not advisable to swim in it but is beautiful to sit and watch the ocean. It has a nice restaurant on site, pricey for a family but beautiful views. The few negatives are $25 daily resort fee and a $250 cleaning fee added to your bill at checkout-it can take awhile to get out of the resort-there is a light there but doesn’t change too often. Not all condos have great views as well. Don’t let those few negatives outweigh the overwhelming positives-staff is very friendly and checking in is easy. Read less

Our family stayed in 2 condos at this resort, one an ocean front unit and one in another section. Both were roomy and nicely decorated. The pool area had water slides, 3 hot tubs and a lazy river with waterfalls, which were especially enjoyed by our grandchildren. There are 2 grocery stores right across the street. The grounds are beautiful and… Read more

This property was perfect for four adults and two children ages 5 and 11. We rented a two bedroom/three bath royal oceanfront room. We were in room G406. Perfect ocean views from any window. There was a large balcony off the master suite with an additional entrance from the living room and a much smaller balcony in the second bedroom. The main living area also had doors that opened all the way but no balcony. The rooms were clean and in good condition. There was your usual wear and tear but that is to be expected in a rental. If you are looking to stay at a full service property, this is not the place for you. This is our first time renting a condo vs staying at a timeshare property. The only thing I missed was housekeeping and a good concierge service. You could have housekeeping for an extra charge and I did not think it was worth the money. But the washer/dryer in the unit was helpful for cleaning towels. The property does have a concierge service, however, I did not find them willing to help or very knowledgeable of their island. In addition, they did not offer good dining recommendations. I had to make reservations and book things on my own. I did much of that before I even left home, however, there were things that popped up that we wanted to add on during our stay. The pool area was nice and never crowded. There is a wristband policy but the bands do not stay on in the water. They were constantly giving us new bands. My kids loved the water slide. The beach was a bit rocky but we saw plenty of people snorkeling and swimming. We did not swim there. There are prettier beaches on the island and we did not mind getting out and exploring. Renting a car is a must, everything is so spread out and there is so much to do. I recommend the Community College Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, private tour of the Napali Coast with the Napali Experience, and the property is close to great hiking. We did Sleeping Giant and Ho'Opi'i Falls. Both took a good 2-3 hours. Overall this property exceeded our expectations and upon our return to Kauai, would stay there again. Read less

The resort very good clean, newer rooms. I knew going into it there was no daily housekeeping and the daily charge to add were too expensive. But the pool and the massage was GREAT. The Oasis restaurant was a bit overpriced on drinks, even for Hawaii but the staff was Excellent! I also booked 9 months in advance and asked for 1 of 2 specific buildings and I was not accommodated. The pool lounge chairs could use a few more umbrellas. Traffic in that area is BUSY and congested although it has nothing to do with the resort is it a bit of a turn off. Read less
