When spending money on a vacation, you expect certain things, and this resort goes above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the adult pool is the best. However, what sets this hotel apart from all of the others on the island is the service. Nothing was too much to ask, and staff were sincere and wanted to be helpful. (My wife and I were talking with the nicest lady at the spa, and I explained that my wife wasn't feeling well, she then excused herself for a moment and came back with a cup of tea. (Made us feel like family.) A special thank you to Janet for the upgrade for our daughters, and to Cole for checking on us throughout our stay. (You're the best!) If you're considering other properties on the island, don't. Choose the Four Seasons:) Read less

Excellent ocean front room with great amenities and a wonderful dual vanity bathroom with shower and tub. The lanai was very comfortable, large, and very well furnished with a nice chaise lounge, sturdy wooden table and chairs and a excellent reading lamp next to the chaise.
