The staff were amazingly accommodating from check in to check out! We appreciated every moment of our time at the resort and at the restaurants. It was clear to us, (hyper-allergy peeps) that the room and bedding was laundered with high-quality, non-chemical cleaners. The only surprise was that the hot water in our room did not get hot for a… Read more

Yes the cost is expensive but the value you get back in customer service alone makes it well worth it in my eyes. Truly felt cared for. There was help in every corner. The staff really deserves their flowers for all the work they put in because they made our experience relaxing, romantic, and blissful.

Stayed here for five amazing days in October with my family as part of a company organised retreat. From the welcome to the checkout the experience was one of the finest we have had anywhere in the world. We got a suite which had a separate living area, king bed, large bathroom with tub, large balcony and a closet. As we checked in there was a welcome sign for my toddler with her name near the bathtub along with bath amenities. and there were very cute bathrobe and bath slippers waiting for my toddler in the room. These were absolutely beautiful personal touches we were so happy to check in to. The room was great and was overlooking the garden side of the hotel which also overlook some mountains at a distance. Also you could see the Aulani hotel through your balcony. The hotel has several pools including an adult pool, kids pool with sand, hot jacuzzi etc. all the pools were great. The beach front views are to die for. Ko Olina beach line connects many hotels and you could walk that stretch from this hotel and enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Poop bad menu was pretty awesome and my toddler who was very picky was enjoying the food here. Breakfast was very American but it’s understood as this is common across US. staff at the front desk and concierge were always helpful. We took a shuttle bus to Waikiki and that beach was very crowded and busy. So if you love serene peaceful beaches, then this is definitely the area and the right hotel for you. At the time of checkout, we used their departure lounge in the lobby area itself to freshen up. This will be given on first come first serve basis. Overall, loved this hotel and highly recommend for business or family vacation alike. Read less
