I’ve stayed at this resort before and was expecting the same level of service I received during previous stays. However, from check in to check out I had a horrible time, and it seems this Four Seasons has sunk to 4 star service at the best. To start- I informed the hotel that I would be celebrating my 30th birthday during my stay, and I even ordered a cake as a welcome amenity. Upon check in, I experienced the most rushed welcome - the front desk agent essentially threw the room keys at me & walked halfway to the elevator. She did not wish me happy birthday, did not tell me if my room was upgraded or not, and even forgot to explain my AMEX FHR benefits & I had to ask for the print out.. If I hadn’t I wouldn’t have known where the breakfast credit was allowed. As for the room/ welcome amenity- the cake was just there, no card no message ( I actually requested a simple birthday card to be included, but I had to remind them to bring it to the room later ) … Also after about 20min. They had housekeeping bring up another welcome amenity- rotten fruit wrapped in ti leaves… very odd. As for the pool, it wasn’t relaxing at all, it’s supposed to be the “Adults Only Serenity Pool,” but it was filled with drunk/ loud older adults who are close to retirement age. Disgusting. The chairs are also dirty & have bird poop on them, but none of the attendants offered to change the towel. As for check out- with the AMEX benefit you’re supposed to have a 4pm late check out noted on your reservation. I also verbally confirmed with the front desk agent that I would be needing the 4pm check out. She forgot to note this. I was locked out of my room around 1pm and had to go down to the lobby to have my keys reissued. . Overall, very disappointed at the state of this resort, it was once my favorite hotel on Oahu but they missed the mark on pretty much everything this time around. Read less

We recently returned from a four night stay at the Four Seasons in Ko Olina. Upon arriving after a long day of travel we were warmly greeted with lei’s, complementary beverages and a very personalized check-in experience from Ryan. We received a room upgrade and other resort credits and amenities through our preferred partner booking. The hotel and grounds were beautiful. It was very nice to have a swimmable beach and the adult infinity pool was perfect! Food and drinks were all great and our waitress Carina went above and beyond to accommodateour requests. Breakfast every morning at LaHiki was excellent with a very wide array of selections and a wonderful buffet offering. Our waiter Cody was exceptionally personable and attentive. We really enjoyed walking along the paved walkway that runs along the beach area and especially going over to “the secret beach” where we actually saw a sea lion! Ko Olina is rather isolated however, so we did have to drive quite a ways anytime we wanted to go see anything else on the island. If you are looking for a beautiful resorts to stay at on Oahu, I would highly recommend Four Seasons! Read less

I stayed here for a couple nights my two children. They had a great time playing at the beach and in the tranquil waters of the bay (where I didn’t have to worry about large waves or undertow). They also loved the kids pool with the sand (or mini-rock bottom). Although the hotel isn’t close to the center of Honolulu is it a good base for you to tour around. For example, it was a short drive to Pearl Harbor. The staff is very nice and well trained and the food is good. There is plenty of seating at breakfast and no waiting (which is great with hungry kids). Our room was very spacious with a separate tub and shower and little robes and slippers for my kids (they love them and want to buy one for home). They also gave us kids toiletries which was much appreciated along with sea turtle stuffed animals and little sponges in the bathroom spelling out my kids names. The property does not have the intimate feel of some of four seasons smaller properties but for a large multistory building the did a good job making feel welcoming. And it is considerably cheaper than some of the more boutique feeling properties. Read less

We just finished a week long stay at the FS in Ko Olina. First, I will say that it is a totally different experience staying on Oahu outside of the Honolulu area. It feels much more like one of the other Hawaiian islands – I would highly recommend it. The hotel was perfect for our family with two younger kids. The kids club was phenomenal, with great staff and exciting programming each day. The kids would get the schedules for kids club and immediately get excited. The room was fabulous – always clean and comfortable. The common areas like the lobby or the restaurants and pool were perfect. The most standout thing, as as usual, with the four seasons, was the absolutely credible service. From the second we checked into the hotel everything was taken care of. The Bellman at the front were fabulous, and the concierge staff constantly went above and beyond to make sure that our visit was perfect. Even when comparing to other Four Seasons properties, I would say that this was a step above in terms of service. I highly recommend this property, especially for those with children. Read less

And for the first time, I’m disappointed by the service. Many things went wrong during our stay this time. Maybe I had too many expectations since we’ve been regulars/VIP over there? But Overall the resort is nice and you will enjoy your stay for sure! I still recommend the hotel. Noe has delicious food even though I didn’t like their tiramisu this time. The taste and texture didn’t look like a tiramisu at all. Mina was so good! Especially the grilled snapper fish / spam fried rice was delicious! For Manalo, I would recommend the Wagyu stone, the gyozas and the steamed bao short rib. It is really good. And I don’t like mochi usually, but I had a lot of strawberry mochis over there. La Hiki has plenty of choices and it is perfect. But beware of the flies. They should put flies fans on some items. Like around charcuterie or salmon. Paddle board is fun, you can use it for 30mn. Pools are fun too! And access to the beach is easy. Read less
