They have a water filling station and apples for their guests every morning. They offer you vouchers for bottle water, or soft drinks, 24 hour restaurant. Meals are large and really good. They sent us champagne and chocolates to our room for our anniversary. Always a guest service available to tell you where the best places to go to. They offer shuttle services to the airport for a small cost. Laundromat just across the road. Loved my stay here, will be back. Thanks Hilton Wakiki Read less

Hilton Grand Vacations promised me a Hawaiian village and gave me what seemed like the equivalent of Venice beach. Not “resort-close” to beach e.g. beach access on hotel property, but you must walk blocks through crowds and retail areas to get to the beach. Rooms are small. Beds are full size and you can only double up small children. Does not comfortably fit 4 adults as Hilton grand vacations promised. Hotel said they’d provide blankets and pillows for sleeping on the floor. Really???? Not a great view unless you upgrade for around $70 per night. Parking is rough getting out. Extremely High slope on exit so risky to lower sitting cars. No vending machines for water on floors. You must go to lobby restaurant to get water. No spa services. The luau and boat ride offered were not at convenient times and I wasn’t able to use it, which was disappointing and added to my cost to make up for all of the other disappointments I had with this package. Whenever I called Hilton grand vacations I received a recorded message and they did not call back unless they were calling to schedule the sales presentation. Because of the utterly underwhelming package I received I said no to their sales pitch. Not taking no as an answer, the high pressure sales pitch kicked into higher gear and I went through 3 levels of personnel trying to sell a multi thousand dollar package for a future hotel room which in the presentation looks like paradise, but given their bait and switch tactics, I fear will be less than acceptable for the investment made. Staff at hotel is nice but Hilton grand vacations lacks credibility and made for a stressful vacation. Read less

I’ve never received a room upgrade for the year that I’ve been a Gold member. The room had a reused welcome pamphlet on the bed that had scribbling on it, the glass to the bedroom had a hand print that was not cleaned prior to arrival, the desk chair was broken, and breakfast was mediocre.

But the room had the good soft bedding, and modern furnishings, and worked fine for us. The hotel is a great location to walk to Waikiki beach and all of the great shopping and restaurants. I was very pleased with my choice to stay here for the convenience of the location. We liked the pool , also on the 10th floor. Nice quiet spot to rest for a couple of hours. We are diamond members and yes, the executive lounge is in the bottom of the hotel but I thought the breakfast offered was very good. Good selection and hot foods, etc. This hotel is a good spot if you plan on traveling to other parts of Oahu, as well. Read less

Good location but bad sewer smell at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast choices were limited and limited tables at the dining rooms. Parking fee is high and entrance is steep and curved. In addition the elevator was broken several times during our 5-day stay.
