I write this as a HH member using points for each stay. From January to April 2022 I stayed here five times from one night to four nights. I stayed here as it was 60K points a night and I received $18 a day food credit. Great location a block from the beach, where the main strip is including McDonald's for my morning $1 coffee. I stayed here as it was 60K points a night and I received $18 a day food credit. Great location a block from the beach, where the main strip is including McDonald's for my morning $1 coffee. ABC store across the street and a block or so from the Zoo & park. The location is great, under $30 for an Uber from HNL. The pool is small, and a little dated, but the staff is great. The higher the floor facing the beach is the best room as the views are amazing. Valet parking is $45, 24-hour on-site restaurant with friendly staff, and a small shop in the back for gifts and snacks. I thought the value I received was great, just was access to what I wanted and great staff. I will come again Read less

My husband was traveling for work last month and this was the perfect corporate hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Waikiki Beach for 2 amazing weeks. Its in a great location. Close enough to all the action but also wasn’t in the middle of Waikiki and all the noise. The hotel staff, valet team, housekeeping went above and beyond for us. The hotel is clean and the yoga instructor- Justin was amazing and probably one of the best I have ever practiced yoga with and I practice almost daily back home in TX. There’s an ABC Store right across the street which made so convenient if you needed anything. We had an incident after our first week of being there, there was guests on our floor, arguing(drunk, maybe) in the hallway at 2am and woke us up, we understand this isn’t the hotels control to have loud tourists but the next day we mentioned it to the front desk and she went above and beyond and upgraded us from the 6th floor to an ocean view on the 36th floor! We aren’t expecting this but it sure did make our stay that much more enjoyable! The room was way bigger than our first room and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back for a work trip. Only complaint would be the Starbucks staff, they were pretty rude,my husband was grabbing coffee and a father with 2 small kids asked for form and she told him,”I don’t have time for that.” So my husband grabbed one and hoping to find him after she took our order. She was not in the aloha spirit. 😆 Mahalo for a great stay Hilton Waikiki Beach -LS Read less

Highly recommend if you want to be near the beach but not in the craziness of Waikiki and the mall area. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. My daughter had a blast at the hotel pool and walking distance beach. The beach has nice sand, but as soon as you get into the ocean, the floor has some rocks and pebbles and you won’t be able to bare feet it. Get a snug tight water shoes. The hotel really enhanced our first time visit experience to Hawaii. Couldn’t be more happier and will book again if we return to Oahu…Aloha!!! Read less

When you travel to Hilton there is a brand name that you trust and as a diamond member I have trusted them for many years. However Waikiki Hilton does not meet that standard. Around every corner are hidden fees that should be part of your stay. There is no executive lounge which they try to offset with an $18 credit. However there's nothing on the menu that you can legitimately eat and spend less than $18 on. My bathroom was disgusting. I asked for it to be cleaned and had to make an appointment. One of the members in my group asked for a microwave. The staff asked for 50 bucks and would "hook him up". Very shady interactions. The location is pretty nice, however expect a lot of sirens all night. Not Hilton's fault but definitely detracts from a good night sleep. Overall very dissatisfied. As a diamond member don't expect any perks or even a thank you. There are a few Hilton options in Waikiki I would highly recommend to try a different one. Hilton Waikiki Beach is a mess. Read less
