I was switched around a few times for our room having a foul odor from the toilet and sink every time it was used. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and professional except for a few at the front desk. The pool has a great view and was a chill spot to have drinks or food during the day. I would stay here again and hopefully with all the construction they have going on it will be a much better experience next time. Read less

We stayed here for a week on business. I really felt that staff was super attentive and did a good job supplying the best quality meals I've ever experienced on a business trip. Staff here he seems happy which speaks loads about the management team. I think the Hyatt generally is very well managed and the food and drink is excellent.

If you are traveling to Waikiki Beach, stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and centrally located. The higher level rooms with beach access give you a great view for your stay. Watch the surfers, boats and gorgeous sunsets. We'll stay here again for sure!

We have been returning to this wonderful property for over 30 years. They have always exceeded my expectations, especially being sensitive to the needs of my wife. Great Regency Club. Fun marketplace. Much larger rooms. Highly recommended this property!

Conveniently located hotel with friendly staff over the road from Waikiki Beach. Rooms large and clean. However, there were no warnings or notifications on Hyatt or Expedia websites of building works going on on our tower nor the huge digging facing our room. Both these can be heard from the beach!! Moreover, I explained that the term “Ocean View” is a new term to mislead as we are on the side of the building with an obscured view of the ocean (facing the building works). A room where I can’t see the ocean from my bed, can’t see Diamond Head, never has direct sun but bares the noise all day is a poor room. We paid extra for this room. Shame on you Hyatt!!! Read less
