The hotel

This stylish, modern resort towers 40 storeys over the spectacular views of Kuhio Beach, the Pacific Ocean and vibrant Waikiki. Every one of the spacious, comfortable rooms has a private balcony from which to enjoy the amazing vistas. Waikiki City View Rooms offer views or the city centre and the Ko'olau Mountain range, with either 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. Rollaway bed and cot available upon request.

Ocean View Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Diamond Head Ocean Front View Rooms offer full views of Diamond Head Crater and the Pacific Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Club Rooms include access to the Regency Club Lounge which offers complimentary continental breakfast, snacks, drinks, evening hors d'oeuvres and desserts daily.

The resort was amazing. It was beautiful and right on the beach and around everything you needed. The staff was exceptional. They were very inviting and made our experience even better. The resort itself had many different activities throughout the day. There wasn’t much more I could ask for

This is a beautiful hotel, well-maintained with gorgeous views of the ocean and Waikiki Beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Lots of shops in the hotel and nearby. Many close restaurant choices. Highly recommend.

Great location if you don’t mind all the people along Waikiki. Older property in need of total renovation in my opinion. They give me same exact room every stay & it would be nice to get better upgraded room as a Hyatt Globalist but they don’t care about me or my Hyatt status. We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are clean, quiet and well maintained. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and willing to share information on local eateries as well as island attractions.

Kathie at Front Desk is helpful and accommodating. Great location and spectacular views from unit 3957. Regency Club staffs are also sweet and helpful. The hotel do need a face lift since it feels and looks “dated”. All and all - 8 out of 10!
