The hotel

Part of the Outrigger family, this is a premier hotel with well-equipped, spacious guest rooms ensuring a comfortable holiday base. The location is fantastic too, directly overlooking beautiful Waikiki Beach and just a stone's throw from shops, bars and restaurants. Even people who aren't staying here tend to wander into the lobby as it's filled with rare and historic Hawaiian artefacts, including a century-old koa canoe! The Hula Grill Waikiki is another local attraction, serving scrumptious breakfasts and romantic dinners beside the ocean. Duke's Waikiki is also right on the beach and perfect for an evening meal, complete with regular live music and hula performances. The swimming pool is beachside so you can enjoy the views of the sparkling blue waters, wherever you choose to set up camp for the day.

City View Rooms offer views of the Waikiki skyline and mountains, with either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Partial Ocean View rooms have either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean View rooms have either 1 king-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean Front Rooms offer 1 king-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Ocean Front Jacuzzi rooms feature 1 king-size bed, plus an indoor jacuzzi bath tub, sleeping maximum 2 people.

All of the above room types can be booked with the addition of Club level benefits, which includes exclusive access to the Premium Voyager 47 Club Lounge, offering complimentary breakfast, as well as evening appetizers and drinks.

The ocean front suites have the most beautiful views of the Waikiki beach and Diamond head! 2-bedroom suite was perfect! The Outrigger Platinum membership manager, Ricky Kuga, greeted us with leis and chocolates- a great way to start our stay. He and Madeline made our trip so easy and I appreciate their hospitality.

Great location. Walk to everything. Best beach Sand of entire strip in front of this hotel, Dukes is awesome and club lounge access is definitely worth it. Great views and Beds are comfortable. Only opportunity is rooms decor is due for an upgrade which I hear is coming in 2025 Huge shout out to Mikala (thank you again) for her amazing customer… Read more

Everything was great, except, no hot tub and the pool was not heated, if it was they had it turned down. Duke's was great, Hula Grill was just ok. The room was very nice. I was surprised they charged for beach chairs even though you're a guest at the hotel.

Awesome trip. Excellent service and always with a friendly smile. Housekeeping was super. Can’t remember the ladies name on our floor but she always was so welcoming and super nice. Lots of opportunities at the hotel for shopping, eating or just relaxing. Would stay again on future trips

Great location; great staff. Central to everything. Beach is great. Restaurant and entertainment on property is very convenient. Second visit. Very pleased with this property. Valet team is excellent! Housekeeping goes above and beyond. Staff is excellent.
