The hotel

Breakfast was amazing and the housekeeping was also spectacular. We had a problem with our bathroom but the problem was fixed timely and no further issue. The pool was well maintained and the hot tub was soothing

At the check-in time, host kiana responded kindly. Bellman looked a little off, maybe in a bad mood, but he still brought his luggage in time. The accommodation was kept clean and it was nice to be able to bring water from floor to floor

The reception is amazing!! I’m pregnant. after long flight, I was so tired but receptionist she welcome us lovely smile and check in speedy. She helped us so much. Thank you Kristina!! Your service is the best in Hawaii we got.

The host, Kristina was wonderful. When our initial room was subpar (it faced a large and loud AC unit in the alley with little sunlight) she was able to move us to a great new room. The host, Kristina was wonderful. When our initial room was subpar (it faced a large and loud AC unit in the alley with little sunlight) she was able to move us to a great new room. She provided several options for us to preview and select from. Her efforts really made a difference and we are thankful she was so accommodating. As for the hotel in general, it was nice for our family and centrally located for quick beach, access and activities. every employee we met was overly nice and accommodating. The housekeeping services were friendly and made the room up nicely each day…which seems harder to find these days. My only concern for those with young children is that the hotel can be noisy at night due to live and dj music from the street level restaurant(s). The music was fairly loud till about 11 PM each night. Overall, it was a great place for us. Read less
