The hotel

Ocean views, central location and a relaxed island-style atmosphere awaits you at the Park Shore Waikiki. Cross the road and you'll be on the beach in seconds, where you can rent fun inflatables from Beach Candy Waikiki, or try your hand at a spot of surfing (it has to be done in Hawaii doesn't it?!). We recommend choosing a Diamond Head Ocean View room for the best combination when you look out from your private balcony, but you'll also find these great views from the pool deck. You can indulge in your cravings no matter what time of day at Lulu's - there's flavours for everyone to enjoy alongside live music, local draft beers and big screens for sports viewing. This is a great base to explore, with Honolulu Zoo right next door, and Kuhio Beach on the other side, with a whole host of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance too.

The Hotel was great including location and amenities. Free access to surf boards and paddle boards etc. We Loved the complimentary yoga class with Julia on the beach. Even in the rain she made it great 😊

The location is as good as it gets. Right on the beach and across from the zoo! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. My favorite part though was the guest services. The staff was extremely friendly and communicative. They made my wife and I feel genuinely welcomed and at home for our honeymoon. They run a great operation. Try them out!

I had a wonderful time, as usual. Clean. Nice rooms with views available. Very friendly, responsive and professional staff. Staff is the best part of the visit! Guests have access to hotel computer and to print out flight tickets. Nice 3rd floor patio with nice pool. QR on patio for food purchase. I recommend Parkshore.

While I value providing positive feedback, I must highlight a significant issue I encountered: the unreliable Internet connection. From day one, I experienced frequent disruptions and poor connectivity, severely impacting my work and communication ability. Despite promptly reporting these issues and consistently following up for three days, there was no improvement. To find a solution, I even suggested changing my room to be nearer to a router, but this did not alleviate the problem. Eventually, I resorted to paying for an external Internet service, an additional expense I had not anticipated. This experience starkly contrasted my stays at hotels like The Twin Fin, The Imperial Hawaii Resort, and the Royal Grove Hotel, where the Internet was stable and robust enough to support my work needs. It's fair to request that the hotel management addresses this issue promptly. Reliable Internet is a fundamental service for many travellers, and its absence can significantly mar the overall experience. I hope my feedback will encourage the hotel to improve its services for future guests Read less
