Rude staff, dirty hallways, expensive rooms, and low quality. The room had an odd smell when the AC was not turned on. Food was expensive and not particularly good. $50 corkage fee at the restaurant. The front desk hung up on my husband when he called for a late room cleaning, 15 minutes after the cleaning time ended.

Perfect location. Beautiful property. Lots of options for kids and parents. Splurge on the patio room if with kids, easy access to the pools makes life much easier. Room a bit small but with so many options you won’t notice.

This resort is beautiful and has everything you could need! Pools, beach, 2 beach bars, fire pit, excellent restaurants…beds were very comfortable and shower was great. I used a suite night reward without issue. I do think the prices of $800+ you sometimes see are way too high for a standard room, so I used pointe. Lots of good breakfast options,… Read more

Even though the hotel seemed busy, I never had any issues with noise. I’ll definitely be back! Read less

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. We came to enjoy the area but also to attend a wedding at the resort on Saturday night. The wedding was very beautiful and I am sure the bride and groom must have been thrilled by the beautiful setting, on site reception and the wonderful service and quality that the resort provided. We came last year and played in the casino. We did receive a players discount but the rate was still rather expensive. Last time it was very hard to win anything in the casino and it was very tight and hard to win anything this trip also. We did enjoy a couple of the restaurants during our stay but was disappoint that the cafe closed at 11:30am the day of our check out as we had hoped to have breakfast after checking out and prior to our departure. We had our electric bikes with us and chose to pay for valet so that the bikes would be watched and safe from theft and valet parked up right up front so that the bikes would be safe. All employees were very helpful and friendly. The pool area and spas are very nice and we enjoyed them. The entire grounds are well kept up and very beautiful. Even though the rates are quite high I would still recommend and we will return again. Read less
