I am not use to the level of customer service that was at this resort. Starting from the door man when we arrived, to the front desk when we checked out, everyone we interacted with was nice... Not the nice that you are when you know your boss is watching.. the nice like they really are nice people and genuinely care! This is our new go to place… Read more

The hotel is okay – definitely a great location for summer trips to Lake Tahoe considering the close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, we went during winter and there were limited activities for kids even on a holiday weekend. We flew in from Southern California and made the mistake of not renting a car thinking everything is close by. Big mistake! Although there is a shuttle that takes you to Diamond Peak resort, you will need to arrange for cab service to get to other more kid-friendly resorts like Northstar. Also disappointed that the club lounge is not available during our stay – and was informed about it at the very last minute. We “might” consider coming back for a summer trip, but will definitely check out other ski resorts in the area during winter. Read less

Hotel room was very nice and clean. Customer service was good. Food was decent and plenty of variety. Casino small but has enough to enjoy although table limits too high on weekend nights. Would definitely go back. Thank you.
