Very least minute, 1 night stay. Room was very clean, comfy bed, bathroom was super clean. Don't forget, even through parking is free there's still a $30 per day resort fee. Check in was smooth. Check out on the TV was easy. Hotel isn't right on the strip but super close.

I really enjoy this hotel, especially for business trips to Vegas. The hotel is new, modern, and SO WELL DECORATED. The benefit of this hotel for business travel is that it is not on the strip. The strip is busy and chaotic, which is not what I am looking for when working. Though with that said, it is close enough to the strip and all convention centers to make it convenient. The staff has always been nice but never in a rush. Check in and check out have always taken me longer than expected, even when the lines are short. There are multiple restaurant options, though I have never been overly excited about any of the food I have had. It is pricey too, though what in Vegas isn't? There is a small casino, but it almost feels like a novelty vs the heart of the hotel like many other Vegas options. I have gone back multiple times and I will continue to stay at this Virgin Hotel. It is part of the Hilton Honors program so you get to accumulate Hilton points as well. Read less

The hotel itself was very nice. As with all Vegas hotels, the front desk is not the most convenient thing to find when you enter from the garage...you always have to walk through the casino and shops to find them. That said, check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Nice decor. Two issues I had: One...and not something the hotel has any control over but it still made the first night miserable and short...LAS flight path. Wind from the north = planes taking off towards the north, roaring past the hotel room until well after midnight and starting up again at 5 or so. So, unless you're a really sound sleeper, pray the wind isn't from the north. Fortunately, the wind shifted for the second two nights but, between the short night and the time change, I was dragging all day Tuesday. For this reason and this reason alone, I wouldn't stay here again. Not a gambler anyway so I'm not gonna bet on the wind direction. Second is something that seems obvious to me...a hotel in a location 'remote' from the main drag should have on site dining available later. Specifically, the pizza place needs to be open at least until midnight. Not only did they close at 11 but it was obvious they stopped cooking pizza much earlier because, when I went down at 10:50 p.m., there were exactly 5 pieces left. The two dudes in front of me took 3 and I was lucky enough to get the last 2...the line behind me was SOL. Odd that they don't stay operational at least until the people getting out of the show on site can grab a bite. And neither room service nor the one restaurant that is open late offers pizza as an option. So, if you stay here, have ear plugs or assure you get a room on the west side of the hotel and don't get the late night munchies for pizza. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Quiet rooms?! Not the case!

Upon checking in I said to the lady at check in that I would like to have a quiet room. She responded:" all out rooms are quiet!' I am right now in that room. I feel like I am in a world war II movie. Plane noise non stop. I am in the canyon tower. Perhaps the rooms in other towers are better, but certainly not this one! 😭😔

Out of all of the hotels and resorts, I’ve stayed at in Vegas for business, the Virgin hotel had the most comfortable bed. Usually, I’m waking up with a crick in my neck a sore back or didn’t sleep well, but not at the Virgin. There were some booking issues that were a third-party’s fault, but the staff at the front desk were so kind, helpful, and accommodating while ensuring myself and 13 others were able to get checked in as quickly and easily as possible. They were lifesavers! The restaurant and food options were great. I frequented The Kitchen each day where the food and service were both top-notch. The staff on the casino floor was also extremely kind and personable will definitely be returning here for a personal visit sometime in the future! Read less
