Front desk & VIP lounge is very rude, did not get upgraded room I paid for
Carpet is black it's so dirty, bed had hair & stains in it. Shower had no water pressure & would stop to a trickle. Room had one small window, room was very dark and felt like a dungeon. View was of Mirage construction that went on 24 hours all day and night.

Left messages 3 times for management to discuss concerns and they never called back . Lower level people tried their best but management doesn’t seem to care.

Checking in was difficult. I had checked in online but the express kiosks did not work and I had to wait on a very long line to check in .
They did not clean the room and the hotel is stingy with its amenities. One very small piece of soap in the bathroom and no way to make coffee or hot water. There was no place to sit at all in the main floor unless you want to go to the bar or a restaurant. There is no concierge or guest services desk. You have to call or text from your room to get any information. The food in the food court was pricey and not very good (however, The bakery was good and had some nice salads and sandwiches).
On the plus side - The bed was very comfortable (but that was the only plus side about the room). We also enjoyed seeing the musical, Menopause, in the theater and they had fun entertainment in the Piano Bar. Best to not to stay at Harrahs but to go there for the entertainment.

Worst stay ever!!! DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS
Called front desk maintenance came first time said the boiler was tuned off and yet we never called and told and it happened again 2more days after so had to shower in ice cold water.
What a horrible way for my husband to spend his birthday trip!

The casino is full of smoke - no effective air system. We could hear Carnival Court music until 2am! Room carpet was filthy- my new slippers were grey after 3 days. And A stranger walked into our room at 1am. Still waiting on a response from management…
