This review is for a trip from the end of June. I had such a great experience, I had to make the time to create this review a month later. First off, to be clear of expectations is that my friends and I have been a long time Aria customer and the guys were hesitant to swap, but I made the push to. (We stay on the Sky Suites side, so we're talking apples to apples.) WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA! I got connected to Jiries (VIP Services) through a buddy and he made life GREAT! He reached out and made sure we checked every box needed (rooms, rides to and from RW, everything). We got rooms when we were promised at the Conrad (this was a wonderful 1100 sq ft room)! Jiries exceeded our expectations and it looks like we'll be making the switch to RW for years to come. Thanks for everything! Read less

Service issues but would stay again

Despite a couple inconsistencies, we overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We had a one bedroom suite and it was wonderful - very large and well designed. One area that could use improvement is housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and 2 of the days the housekeeping came and did almost nothing. For example, they changed wet towels and made 1 bed but not the others (we had a rollaway and a pull-out sofa as well). They did not provide new coffee cups or coffee pods. We were nearly out of toilet paper and fully out of tissues and they just left the vanity without providing more. Didn’t tidy the bathroom vanities (which were not overly messy). It was odd. As far as the amenities, I thought the pools were adequate (middle of summer heat wave maybe they weren’t too busy anyway), and I liked the variety of food choices available at the hotel. A couple of other negatives - when you pick up the phone to ask for service, you are sent to an automated (robo-call) line and it’s frustratingly slow and wrong. For example, one day I asked for slippers for the room (I can’t believe they aren’t already in the room) and the automated line asked what size and then confirmed the wrong size and then hung up. Additionally, the beds are very oddly firm and the bedding isn’t very plush for this level of hotel. One additional strange point is that I don’t know the point of having a special “Diamond and Elite” line. I am not the kind of person who cares about my status but if it’s there, they should honor it or at least not make me wait *longer*. When checking out, I got in the Diamond line at the exact same time as somebody else in the regular line. They called the other person first - ok, fine - but then a couple minutes later as I continued to wait somebody else then got in the regular line and once again she was called first. I would rather have no special line if the staff isn’t trained to make it a better experience. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. Read less

Ok so my wife and I went to resorts world. We don’t get to go on vacation just us very often. Maybe once a year so it has to be perfect. I studied and did the most research I could do on which hotel on the strip would be best for us! I decided on Resorts World because of the price, location, spa and pool. We got a 1 bedroom strip view suite in the Conrad. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The spa was beautiful and amazing. The massages were perfect. The pool was good. I wish there were more opportunities for umbrellas that wasn’t 50 bucks. But that’s Vegas. The only thing I wish was the mulberry pizza place was open. It wasn’t open when we were there. But I ate pizza at Brezza and it was a 10/10. We ate at Fuhu and our knees buckled. It was delicious. The hotel isn’t in the thick of the strip by cosmo or bellagio but we didn’t want the crowd. We wanted sun, spa, and sleep. I think I heard one person say it was the best of Cosmo and Wynn and it was true. We will be back! Read less

Top Notch

This is the third time we stayed at the Conrad Vegas! Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. I love the smell in the lobby! Everyone from the bellmen to the casino staff is top notch. We'll be back before the end of the year and will definitely stay here.

Good Location for Exhibition

Positives Location -if you want to be at the end of the strip near the exhibition centre. Rooms- Well furnished. Negatives Voucher given for F&B which could be only used in one bar/restaurant in the casino, not great quality. Hotel does not have a Conrad theme or service Casino ghostly quiet no atmosphere.
