This is NOT a luxury property as advertised. The bad reviews are right, this place is truly awful and it’s incredible that Hilton allows this property to hold the Conrad brand. Dirty, worn, beat up room with a stinky bathroom and housekeeping never even emptied the trash. As a diamond HH I was allocated a low floor room overlooking the aircon units. Zero assistance with luggage offered on arrival or departure and front desk staff indifferent and un-empowered and clearly management couldn’t care less too. There’s a reason the rooms are cheap and the casino was never busy on a holiday weekend. Best avoided. Read less

The hotel is nice. Clean but uninspired it kind of looks like a nice mall, however do note expect any sort of service or help if something goes wrong. Have a suite which is quite large with only minor issues (light bulbs out - coffee not refilled) - small things. The location is at top end of the strip so plan on driving if you want to go anywhere else besides here - it does feel isolated. The thing I take the most issue is with the service. At best it's just impersonal. Having my 50th birthday here and I normally I stay at MGM properties as I status but wanted to mix it up a bit and my friends chose this place thinking it was a "luxury" property. It is not. I booked all the rooms through booking.com. For a couple of us check-in was smooth. However, for one friend we were told her room was "cancelled" and to contact Booking.com - the hotel could do nothing. Without too much detail I spent TWO HOURS at the front desk going back and forth and there was still no resolution. We even missed dinner reservation trying to sort this out. Essentially each party blamed each out but would simply not talk to each other. It was elevated to a manager at the hotel who did not have the courtesy even to come out to talk to me - just sent a front desk person back and forth. I would expect better service and to be treated better. Even after showing them my confirmation, my credit card statement showing payment, literally everything it seemed people just through their hands up in the air. I come to vegas three or four times a year. I shall be avoiding this place and cannot recommend it. With all the options you have on the strip there is not much going for it and you will pay a premium to be treated badly. I will power through my birthday celebrations with the only regret that my friends chose this hotel. Read less

Attempted upsell at check-in, then refused (!) to accommodate request for refrigerator for medication upon check-in multiple times. Front desk mgr (Rick Mata) referred to my “condition” as a “liability” for the hotel; then when challenged said he wasn’t able to provide fridge for meds only for food; then threatened to check me out of the hotel immediately. Didn’t seem to care when I clarified that he was violating the ADA. Didn’t respond when I tried to suggest we circle back to the reservation and find a mutually beneficial accommodation. He said I could leave or accept it. Spoke to guest services and filed an ADA complaint against Rick Mata; they finally got me a fridge but I’d been informed by Rick Mata that the property has “no accommodation available” for freezing two 4x6 icepacks.) Never mind that there is a bar in the lobby as well as a Concierge desk. I followed up on the open case (add #) on Monday 2/19 was told that Guest Relations Manager Christena Brown would follow up with me ASAP. Ms. Brown contacts me late Wednesday after I had to follow up again. Excuses and supercilious language about how the hotel “doesn’t provide freezer space for ice packs as a service to guests” and after some discussion and q&a (including my asking her if she understands that her hotel and manager are in violation of the ADA) she tells me that it is apparent that “Resorts World Hilton, Conrad and Crockfords may not be the right place for me to stay.” I asked her whether she clearly heard/understood what she just said, because she just told me that as a person with a disability I was not welcome at Resorts World. She also offered me ONE NIGHT off my bill (they charged me in full) for being treated with abuse by her staff. Read less

We stayed at the Conrad (at Resorts World) for the first time for several nights in February 2024. We had a room on the 7th Floor. We thought overall the service from most people was very nice. The elevators were fast, the casino was great, the room was nice and the restaurants we ate at were great (Viva and Brezza). The room was quite large and adequate with a nice King bed (although I wish they had better pillows) a nice table, large windows, a bench at the end of the bed, a personal cooler/refrigerator and a nice large bathroom and shower. We had a room on the 7th Floor, which is the 1st floor of rooms and we overlooked a nice roof. This is why my review is 3 stars and not 5. When we checked-in the check-in rep thanked me for being a Diamond member and then proceeded to try to sell me an upgrade to a "larger room on a high floor facing the strip". I then asked if I could have any complimentary upgrades for Diamond and she said "no". All of a sudden, there were not even any high floor rooms and she proceeds to assign me to Floor 7. The rudeness and contradictory things that they are not supposed to do, is exactly what they did. This should not be allowed and Hilton should not allow a local property to do this. Otherwise, the stay was great. One check-in person caused a 5 star experience to go to a 3 star experience. Read less

This review is long overdue. We had a fabulous time at Conrad’s Las Vegas last year. It is a hotel with some quirks - some have mentioned the lack of adequate elevators for a hotel this size and problems with customer service. But, we didn’t have any trouble with these issues. Vegas has a lot of places to stay and I’m sure there are more luxurious places out there. We looked the sum of its parts and for us, Conrad’s fit the bill. We liked the combination of restaurants, pool, entertainment and accommodations and were well pleased - so much in fact that we have booked another stay this year. We originally came for Carrie Underwood which was amazing in itself but we came away with having eaten as “Viva!” Which was unbelievably good and relaxing by the pool which was just what we needed at that time. This year we will be staying a bit longer but after having considered all the options - and believe me I looked hard, we chose Conrad’s once again. Looking forward to it! Read less
