So this resort is amazing. It’s beautiful and it stands tall against the desert and mountainous landscape of Las Vegas. This hotel is definitely luxurious, do about that. We landed early so we were able to keep our luggage at luggage check in and go enjoy some of the city. When we returned our room was ready [about 2 hours before our check in] which was nice because I had been traveling all day. I was on the 56th floor…..so I took a nap around 3:30PM as I had been up for over 30 hours and just needed a quick shut eye…..apparently across from my room was some sort of conference room or guest suite that had a party over 20 people - on the 56th floor! So sadly I was not able to get much of a nap in due to all the people talking in the room and out in the hallway. Not sure why this room was there rather than in the lobby or on the top floor, but it was . The rooftop is nice however. Get there early to get a good spot AND you have to dress accordingly. It’s definitely a little bit more upscale but it is a pleasant space. It is on the 66th floor and it does bring in a lot of people because the view is amazing - especially to watch the sunset! Between the three hotels on the property there is definitely plenty to do….between the casino, the restaurants, the shopping and the POOLS! I would definitely stay here again….keep in mind it is at the top of the strip next to Circus Circus…but you can always catch a Lyft or a taxi easily Read less

No chairs to sit in the lobby WHY? Understaffed at the lobby bar during cocktail hour. WHY? Front desk personnel acting like they are doing me a favor as I arranged honors points for colleagues. All food venues way overpriced. I won't return. Read less

Stayed here on at least 5 different occasions and have always enjoyed my stay. As a gold Member, they usually upgrade me at no charge. Crystal at check-in was very friendly efficient and represented the Conrad brand really well she made me feel welcome. Thank you. As a gold Member, I am awarded a $50 food and beverage credit at the Doghaus restaurant bar. Only minor complaint is that that is the only restaurant you can use the credit. On 9/9 the computer system went down at the entire hotel. Doghaus was unable to let me use the $50 credit as were “unable to post the charge to the room.” Doghaus staff instructed me to the front desk but unfortunately their computer system was down as well. Front desk staff was forced to check in guests manually. Line was a mile long. I waited and waited and finally was able to flag down a manager and she instructed me to go back to Doghaus the following morning to see if they could try and post the charge to my room. I was given no choice but to put $100 plus bill on my own credit card. Next morning i went to Doghaus and spoke to the manager Anthony. He took my information and assured he would get back to me before 4:00 pm. Anyhony was extremely professional and customer service oriented. He called me at 10:30 and stated he would be able to post bill to my room so i could get the credit. He even called me back about 1 hour later stating that transaction went through . Well done. So many times in business companies fail to “follow up” but Anthony did a great job and should be recognized. Thank you William Read less

We love the location of the hotel, it's nice not being in the centre of the strip. The gambling is great. If you want a quality Vegas experience stay here! We did NOT want to leave! Thanks again. This trip was on the whim and spontaneous that we booked our room the same night that we arrived. We were here 24 months ago and booked 2 queens, this time we booked 1 king. The rooms are identical and we got the same pool view. However, last time we received plush robes and disposable slippers. This time we did not get disposable slippers. Glad I always pack a pair with me when I’m out of town. By being a Gold member we were able to do digital check in and offered $25 food credit each night to dine at Dawg House. There’s a kiddy pool that goes up to 4ft, the only hot tub is on the opposite side that adults and children could join. An infinity adult pool in the very back. The circular pool is only for cabana and chair rental guests. We were here last time and it felt like your own private pool. The two other main pools are out in the open with no shade. There’s a bar/snack restaurant called Bites. Their towels are super duper thin and light weight that the wind was blowing it to the ground. You’re talking about a folded towel and the wind knocked it off the seats. They need to invest in better quality towels that actually soak up water. I don’t remember this being the case last time because we were in the cabanas and no wind in the forecast. You need to use your room key to access the elevator and it’s to your floor only. The food hall is great and many vendors have rotate out. Plenty of restaurant choices. It’s a great resort, however I’m disappointed in the towels and the disposable slippers. Read less
