My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Crockfords in September 2024 and we were lost for words. We were completely overwhelmed from when we arrived to the moment we left! We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff so we knew we were off to a great start! When we entered our room, we didn't know where to look first! The view was breathtaking, the marble table, the drapes that opened by themselves, the Japanese toilet which was an experience in itself, the chocolates on arrival, the mini bar, bar area in our room, free standing bath which we could watch TV from! The bed which I wanted to bring home (we had the best 2 nights sleep of our lives), the fluffiest pillows, slippers (which I brought home to Ireland), the AMAZING hand wash and shampoo and conditioner, I never smelled so good! We didn't want to leave the room!! The casinos with helpful dealers, who were teaching us rookies! We explored ALL of the pools, my favourite was the infinity pool but our pale skin didn't last too long. The location, staff, service, rooms, facilities, food, drinks and vibe cannot be faulted. Thank you Crockfords, for the trip of a lifetime and creating memories we will still be talking about in 20 years (we have not stopped talking about the room since we left). Read less

I have stayed at Caesar's, Bellagio, Wynn, and the Palazzo Tower at the Venetian. This recent stay at Crockfords was one of the finest I have experienced in Las Vegas. The quality of my experience began even before we arrived. Linni Matsuo, the concierge at the hotel, provided stellar service—the kind you would find in luxury international properties. Before our arrival, I asked for a few things to assist with our stay, and she stayed on top of all the details before and during our visit, right up to our departure. Linni reminded me of how this level of hospitality can elevate the guest experience. In fact, Linni is a member of Le Clefs D'or, an international organization of Concierges. This is a very difficult designation to achieve. It signifies a deep understanding of all that is available in the local area and an ability to make complex requests possible. Concierges are becoming an underutilized service that can go far beyond what a Google or Yelp search can achieve. Linni's expertise transformed a pleasant stay into an exceptional one. Everyone we encountered at the hotel, from the front desk agents on the overnight shift to the housekeepers and room service attendants, was universally friendly. Though the complimentary breakfast offered to Diamond guests at Dawg House was underwhelming, with marginal food quality, the pastries and coffee provided in the lobby of Crockfords more than made up for it. The pastries were fantastic. The Alle Lounge on the top floor has great bartenders- Benjamin Leonzon and Luis Preciado. We went two nights in a row, and on the second night, Benjamin remembered us and welcomed us back as though we were regulars. Both of them worked a busy bar and noticed and took care of us with great attentiveness. Emilio at Agave Cafe by the pool rounded out our fantastic experience. While we had lunch, Emilio engaged with us beautifully without losing sight of his other tables before we had to return to the airport. These days, as all the other luxury hotels become increasingly crowded and noisy in their scramble to appeal to younger guests, Crockfords maintains a refined, elegant, and peaceful environment. This is unlike anything I have seen anywhere else in Las Vegas. Don't worry; the rest of ResortsWorld is still jumping with energy, creating a perfect blend for a fun, luxurious, and restful visit. First stay here; had avoided it due to poor reviews of all of the three hotels on this property, and wow what a mistake. Crockfords was absolutely fabulous. They may not do enough to let people know that this is a "hotel within a hotel" experience, very much like the Tower Suites at Wynn or Four Seasons at Mandalay. From arrival to leaving, my experience was five stars all the way. Outreach prior to the stay started this off right. Superstar Concierge Christina was friendly, engaging, and endlessly helpful; helped be sure I got exactly the room I wanted. Arrival (free valet BTW) was excellent. Sunday eve, so not crowded, did not get offered an upgrade, but received precisely the room I reserved. Strip View room facing south, and except for some villas, all Crockfords rooms are on the top floors of Resorts World, so the views are incredible. The room was very spacious, classy and comfortable. A minifridge apparently is in all rooms, which I love and which is decidedly not standard in LV. Big room, table and chair, small chaise-type seat (could be a tad more seating if I was forced to almost complain about something) but the room was great. Big bathroom, huge shower, fantastic all around. Pool open til eight in summer, so raced down and it was also fantastic. Huge area, many pools, well maintained, and the infinity edge pool overlooking Encore to Venetian at sunset was pretty awesome. Was late so tried in-room dining, which was excellent. And without a delivery fee which was a nice touch. I always go for a long morning walk and request early housekeeping, which was enthusiastically done by a friendly young lady each morning. Coming back to the room at 11 ready to chill, with a clean refreshed room and iced cold beverages in the fridge was a great start to this way too short trip. Met friends for dinner that night and saw Santa Fe Horns--a great local funk band. Worth checking out. Every Monday night at the Copa at the Bootlegger. Coming back to the beautiful Crockfords lobby bar for a late drink was also fantastic. Second day much like first; sadly did not have time for fitness center and their spa, which gets raves; next time for sure. But did do the Allee66 Lounge--top floor bar with snacks; beautiful room with astounding views--especially from the outdoor area. Great drinks and Christina my Crockfords hero got us a fantastic table and we were treated like VIPs. Then went to Bazaar Mar at Crystals--new Jose Andres seafood place--review coming but it was beyond amazing. Must go. Had to leave after barely 60 hours, but this stay was shockingly good. I usually stay at Wynn/Bellagio with Waldorf/Four Seasons mixed in and now have a new one in my rotation. From pre-arrival outreach to arrival at valet to checking in, to my room, the pool, housekeeping, bars--everything Crockfords was five stars all the way. Highly recommended fabulous hotel. Read less

Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are thoughtful and luxurious. I appreciated the bath caviar and hydrating face masks. Turn down service was appreciated. I chose Crockfords for their private pool, which was worth it. Food at Resorts World left a lot to be desired. I will definitely return, just not to eat. Read less
