This is one of the few properties within the States that provides service on par with what one may expect from luxury properties overseas. The rooms still feel very new, the bathroom is elegant, and the in-room technology is actually helpful. Absolutely loved having the massage gun as well and I wish more hotels offered similar amenities. We hope to be back soon! Read less

I have a love-hate relationship with Resorts World. On the other, it's insanely busy and doesn't quite carry the luxury feel of its contemporaries in town like the Wynn. The Crockfords does feel like an oasis from the madness. The lobby and rooms are blocked off from other areas of the hotel and feels more luxury. Our room was massive and beautiful. The only issue was we had some electrical issues that caused our lights to not turn off properly. Other than that, I was impressed with the level of service. The Wynn is still my go-to, but this property is a fine substitute when it's not available or cash rates are just way too high on the weekends. Read less

The initial impression is a good one- but promises made quickly reveal the true nature. The initial impression is a good one- but promises made quickly reveal the true nature. The digital key they crow about, allowing you to skip the front desk check-in, doesn't materialize- you have to go to the front desk, regardless. The digital key that is then set-up on your smart phone is a great feature- when it works. Two of the five times I used it, it didn't. Which meant going back down to the front desk from the 61st floor. The high-speed internet you paid extra for doesn't materialize- in fact, speeds were less than 1 mbps. This is the service I paid an extra $10 for. Repeated calls to LUXURY SERVICES yield nothing but an assurance that an "IT professional would be by shortly." This started at 7:30a; with no one appearing by 9:30a, my frustration came to a head. Going down to the front desk to seek a solution yielded nothing more. So I told the front desk person that I could not work remotely as I had planned for 3 days so needed to check out early. He nodded and said he understood and that he would take of it, making sure I wasn't charged for the internet or additional nights. Of course, I was charged for the additional nights. Calls to the front desk yielded no change to my charges. They trip over themselves with the word 'apologies', but take no accountability for their inability to provide a service that they said they could and one for which they charged me an additional fee. Digital key never turned to ‘room ready’ so had to go to the front desk. One front desk clerk working at 4:00 PM prime check in time with at least half dozen people waiting in line. 30 minutes later was checked in and headed to room. Had to accept a lower room. Room was not cleaned, broken lamp, drippings on counter, coffee pods punctured and miscellaneous trash left on counters. Needless to say, I will not be back. Read less
