I am an Elara timeshare owner. Have a reservation for check in today. Knowing that I was arriving around 7:30 AM on a trans-Pacific red eye, I called ahead and asked for an 11 AM early check in. Arriving at 7:30 AM to check in, my wife and I received the unsympathetic and robotic "check in is at 4 PM,we'll text you when your room is ready." 10 minutes later I received a BS text that "as an owner you'll get top priority" to get into your room. I checked back at the lobby desk at 11 AM and got the same robotic response as earlier. At noon I responded to the your top priority text saying "I'm not feeling the owner top priority love. The response to my text was almost immediate and the response was "we truly apologize...we will text you". I get that it's all driven by availability BUT it is now a couple of hours after checkout time, others in the lobby have been given rooms, and as an owner who was told by Elara I'm on their self proclaimed "top priority" list just not feeling the love. Jet lagged and stranded in the lobby. Read less

For what the hotel is, I think it's economical for the price, whether traveling for business or personally. Front staff is great and Felicia did a wonderful job checking me in. Hotel is connected to a mall with shopping and decent restaurants, so no need to venture far in a pinch. Attached garage is convenient and easy to get in and get out of. … Read more

Good experience overall staying here during Super Bowl weekend. The building exterior and lobby look really nice. No casino and non smoking so only people that are staying here are here. It’s only one big block from the strip and connected to the miracle mile shops so you don’t have to step outside. There’s a Starbucks at the lobby. There’s also an ABC store and Walgreens close by for the little things we forget at home. Our room had a kitchenette, a decent bathroom, king bed, and a sofa with pull out bed. The elevators are really fast. I like that the security guards don’t let you up unless your card key works thus preventing unauthorized people from being on hotel floors. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing they need to fix is the Lyft ride share doesn’t work at this hotel. You can only do Uber. Hotel management need to figure this out. Read less

Not a bad spot, but this place is getting old. It is a timeshare and and old one. They need to clean it up as it is showing age and neglect. Front desk service is just bad, and they save the best rooms for people they are trying to trick into buying in. Run away fast!!

Worst customer service. I travel all the time with my family and have never experienced anything like this. I made our reservation through Expedia for a 2 bedroom suite that we upgraded on Expedia to a corner suite. Upon arrival they gave us a regular 2 bedroom suite on a lower floor. I spent over one hour with Expedia and they were trying to call the hotel but the manager would not talk to Expedia. Meanwhile, my husband spent 3 hours trying to talk to the supervisor Christa who by the way was really understanding and helpful but finally she called us and informed that the she can only offer $100 hotel gift certificate, she apologized and said her boss didn’t authorize refunding $400 upgrade cost because all the corner suites are all sold out and mysteriously a standard 2 bedroom suite on a lower level is more expensive than a Premium 2 bedroom corner suite. So in a nutshell, the claimed that they had upgraded us by giving us this rundown one bedroom suite that connects to a small studio apartment as opposed to a premium corner suite. I called Expedia and again after one hour, they could not get a hold of someone from the hotel to try to resolve the issue. So, they are emailing the hotel to see if they will respond to the email. This is absolutely not acceptable. Hilton is a leader in the hospitality field but their irresponsible practices and unacceptable customer service will forever keep me away. Read less
