Great hotel for family to relax and unwind. Very clean and “grand vacation” as listed based on the suite we stayed in. If you’re not into gambling and just relax, this is the place. I would highly recommend and come here again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for a short 3 nite getaway on the 15th floor with a friend July 14-17th. Here is the Bad then the good. #1 expensive.. I paid 250,000 points and over $300 for 3 nights in their most basic room. The room was dated but adequate and spacious but no option for 2 queens. My friend had to sleep on an unimpressive, pull-out couch. #2 No complimentary breakfast. Basic Coffee is available in-room and at the long line Starbucks near the lobby. #3 No Airport shuttle #4 No tram or trolley available from the hotel.. Cabs or Uber will cost approx $50 R/T every time you leave the hotel. I generally felt trapped in this area. (this bothered me the most because it is 106 degrees outside and really not suitable for walking). Now the good: 1) The hotel is clean and the check-in was efficient and polite. 2) The hotel is in a safe area and connected to a miracle mile mall with some decent shows and reasonable restaurants. 3) The rooms were reasonably quiet have large bay windows which overlook some of the city. Unfortunately, mine overlooked the top of a parking garage but I could still see the Eiffel tower which was nice. 4) Cigarette smoke seemed to radiate into my bedroom at night. In all, it was a good hotel but I think there are too many better options available off the strip. Read less

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Well kept. Friendly staff. The full glass shade for the entire window was nice and worked really well when the sun came up as you couldn't tell if it was up. Pool was very nice but a little more depth on one side would have been nice. Very easy mall access. Strange to see a hotel by the strip with no casino or games… Read more

Pool was very nice but a little more depth on one side would have been nice. Very easy mall access. Strange to see a hotel by the strip with no casino or games in it so that was different. Overall very nice but not a 'wow' experience. If you seek a predictable solid stay, you can't go wrong here as it is a Hilton. If you are looking for a major 'wow', look for something more unique on the strip. Read less

The couch in the seating area is cloth and the appearance of stains. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand and being an owner I wouldn’t return to this location. Lobby area very busy and increases by weekend. Check in process at 4pm isn’t the best if traveling from the east coast. We had to triple check for room availability after the promised time of 4pm. Front desk not impressed if you are an HGVC owner. The pool area was a nice area to escape to. Unhappy HGVC owners. Read less
