Great hotel and very very clean. pool is nice but do not have casino. You can get to walk everywhere you need with no problem. I will defiantly come here again. You can walk straight to the mall. I didn't get the vest view other than parking but the hotel was amazing

Most amazing hotel - in every way! Awesome rooms. Smoke free. Super quiet and safe. Right on the mall. Amazing customer service! Loved the pool! I can’t say enough about this hotel! Special thanks to the front desk people, the Hilton Vacation Club staff and the security staff at the elevators.

This is a truly spectacular hotel but the very poor experience with the check-in staff and the marketing push to buy a timeshare made the stay overall bad. Be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen vs “owners” that get freebies and special spots at the pool etc etc

The Elara was terrible. I made a reservation months ago for a 4 bedroom unit. It cost almost 9000 points. No where on the reservation did I select a handicap option. Upon arrival to the Elara for check-in the staff told me they were sold out of my requested room and put me in a ADA room. I asked for a manager and she came out and said she couldn’t… Read more
The Elara was terrible. I made a reservation months ago for a 4 bedroom unit. It cost almost 9000 points. No where on the reservation did I select a handicap option. Upon arrival to the Elara for check-in the staff told me they were sold out of my requested room and put me in a ADA room. I asked for a manager and she came out and said she couldn’t do anything to compensate me for the room. There was no offer of any sorts to make the situation right. They were so disconnected to the situation that they actually asked if I wanted to attend an owner meeting. Now why would I want to possibly upgrade my timeshare if when I go to use it I just get sent to a ADA room. To top it off Once we got in the room there was major engineering issues that was never fixed when identified on the first day. Read less
