The hotel

Harrah’s is the ultimate day and night party destination. Its nightclub, Carnaval Court, is an open-air street party along The Strip, with live bands, DJs and flair bartenders keeping you entertained under the sun and stars. If you need a change of scene, Numb serves up frozen cocktails while The Piano Bar serves up duelling pianos and karaoke. True to its location, Harrah’s also delivers an award-winning Elvis act, The Righteous Brothers: Bill Medley & Bucky Heard and longtime Vegas magician Mac King. And, alongside fine dining and casual eats, it brings you Fulton Street Food Hall, a 24-hour food court with a difference – all about quality food created by expert chefs, from sushi to create-your-own pizza, frozen yoghurt, and ‘comfort food’ stations.

The shower leaked on to the floor in the room walkway every day, When I mentioned it to the lady that cleaned the room she said everyone says that. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I had to put a towel down in my walkway every time I took a shower. They do not have basic room items that are nice to have such as a pen and a notepad. The room was not the quietest , that could be because it is Vegas and folks get loud. Check in was very good and they made it easy to check out. All in all, it was fine for just me but I would never stay there with my wife , there are too many nicer options available at similar prices Read less

Harrah's is now clearly the worst hotel of the Caesars brands and it shows in just about every aspect. There were three elevators that serviced our floors but only one was operational so it took forever to get either up or down. One guest said it has been that way for months. The AC in the room didn't work and was never fixed after it was reported. TV service was out for 2 days during my stay. The Fulton Street restaurant is now closed and was directed to Walk Ons for breakfast but they didn't open until 8 a.m. Attempted to eat at Walk Ons for dinner but it was closed for a private party in the evening. Would not recommend. Read less

Reconnect customer service of quick intro to new Vegas vacationers. They may have it, but the check-in Kiosk does not talk yet. Read less

Friendly staff, room was clean and had all the amenities. Loved the sit down makeup mirror!! The king size pillows were a bit big & too fluffy so we asked for some queen size pillows and they worked out perfect. Checkin & checkout was easy and fast. Our overall stay was great!

I've stayed at a number of hotels on the strip (Bellagio, Venetian, NYNY, MGM Grand), and Harrah's is definitely last of the group. We decided to stay here as my mom was paying for three rooms for a family reunion, so I wanted to keep the costs reasonable. What a mistake. 1. The room decor is drab and dated. For a casino where purple is the main theme, why don't the rooms have some color? You could have told me that I was staying at a Motel 6 and I would have believed you. 2. The bathroom design is horrific. There's a solid piece of shower glass that only covers ~40% of the opening so you are *always*, and I mean *always*, turning the bathroom into a water park. I moved the shower head towards the wall to keep the water from directly spraying onto the floor, but it did no good. We had to use all our towels to keep the bathroom floor dry and my mom and uncle (in the other two rooms) had to be careful as they are both not solid on their feet. 4. We opted for housekeeping and only received it ONCE during our three-night stay. On the second day we called the front desk *and* used the mobile chat feature as our room hadn't been cleaned as of 4pm, and we were promised that it would be cleaned that day. We came back from dinner later that night and the room hadn't been touched. I called the front desk and the best they could do was come with towels. The casino is pretty decent and we had a great meal at Ramsay's Kitchen, but the rooms brought our overall opinion down to two stars. Read less
