Harrah's Hotel and Casino

The Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

Harrah’s is the ultimate day and night party destination. Its nightclub, Carnaval Court, is an open-air street party along The Strip, with live bands, DJs and flair bartenders keeping you entertained under the sun and stars. If you need a change of scene, Numb serves up frozen cocktails while The Piano Bar serves up duelling pianos and karaoke. True to its location, Harrah’s also delivers an award-winning Elvis act, The Righteous Brothers: Bill Medley & Bucky Heard and longtime Vegas magician Mac King. And, alongside fine dining and casual eats, it brings you Fulton Street Food Hall, a 24-hour food court with a difference – all about quality food created by expert chefs, from sushi to create-your-own pizza, frozen yoghurt, and ‘comfort food’ stations.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Vegas this was the worst. Customer service is terrible here! We put in requests for a fridge, we waited hours for the fridge to come and it never came. When we called to see what was going on the next morning they said they ran out. We put in a request for more blankets and a iron, and room service. they again never came. When we again had to follow up ourselves they said our requests were being deleted. We put in the request AGAIN and they never came. The people at the front desk were rude and seemed to not care. The check in process is all on a computer that was giving us an issue. When we arrived they said our room wasn’t available and they switched us to another room type. Our room was next to a parking garage that was LOUD all night. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone or will I ever go back again. Go spend your money somewhere else. Read less

It’s not a luxury hotel, everyone knows that, so you get what you pay for. I stayed here many times before and the experience was always similar: middle class quality with some flaws attached. This time it was the horrible smell of weed in my room. Calling anyone to address the problem? Forget it, they simply don’t care. Take it or leave it. Food… Read more

Food options are pretty good again but Toby Keith is still closed. Don’t waste your money by dining at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, try Barry’s Prime at CIRCA or The Steakhouse at Circus Circus instead, you’ll not gonna regret it. Read less

My wife and I stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas for two nights. The standard room was very clean. My wife called for an extra pillow and extra towels when we got to the room. It took 1-1/2 hours for them to be delivered. No fridge, no alarm clock, dispensers for shampoo, conditioner on the shower wall like a Motel 6. Small room (that we expected), good selections on the TV, good internet, fun pool, great location, fun casino. They need to get rid of the sliding frosted door between the closet and the bathroom. Very annoying. The light bleeds in when you are trying to sleep. I would guess the designer of this room never actually slept in one. It might look good on a drawing board, but try sleeping in one. The gym has short hours, dining options are limited, but there are many places nearby. Extremely friendly staff. I will return, but I prefer Bally's or Paris. Many photos added. Read less
