This hotel has serious issues with housekeeping. We stayed for 5 nights and literally had to beg every person we could for the housekeepers to clean our room. Mind you, housekeeping daily is included in the rate, but they do not come! They might knock at the door once and if you are not there they just mark as 'cleaned' and leave when in fact they haven't even opened the door. And no, we do NOT let the 'Do not disturb' sign hanging! We reached out to the housekeeping supervisor, reception/front desk but still they are clueless and quite unhelpful. Once at the front desk, a guy with a bad attitude asked us what exactly we needed in housekeeping, I mean, could this guy be any dumber? We just need the basics - get the beds done, clean the floor, replace towels and take the trash out. We have stayed in hotels all across the world and even in third-world countries this doesn't happen. One day I had to BRIBE a housekeeper to clean the room (yes, this is abribe, coz a tip would be after she has cleaned the room. This was just to get her to come and clean) This was so stressful and spoilt our anniversary - thanks Hilton! Never going to trust you again. You just let me down here completely and no one was taking any responsibility for this - a service that we are charged for that you did not provide! Read less

The hotel it self is nice and it’s an amazing experience to stay there. But the pool closes at 4 p.m and the spa is separate so you have to pay over 100$ more just to go to the spa! I think the room is expensive enough for this to be included!! Otherwise it was good.

Very poor front desk customer service. We booked 2 units for a 10-girls trip. Before making the reservation and after, I called the resort multiple times to request adjacent rooms. Not only didn't they give us the adjacent room, but they gave it to us in 2 separate towers. Instead of being together or united, we were separated. The front desk… Read more

The front desk staff needs some customer service training. It was horrible how they treated me; I had never experienced this before. The manager was not better; when we were talking to her, we already knew she was not going to make the stay any better—of course, it was true. 10 of us being together meant a lot to us on this trip, but these resort front desk people killed it horribly. I didn't want to stay there after all, but we had no choice at that time. Room service was okay; at least they responded right away to my request - I'll not return to this place anymore and do not recommend it to any of my friends. The room was clean, and there were enough utensils in the kitchen. Read less

If you want to be in the middle of the action this is not the place…looking for a nice stay away from action it is great. Only 4 stars because of a few minor issues…the shower/tub drained super slow…it seemed to get worse later in our stay (we were there four nights) and the last morning the toilet backed up. Other odd thing was the convenience store inside the hotel was handy, but there were no prices on anything?? Read less
