After leaving my previous hotel during a work trip due to several inconveniences and checking into the Hilton Grand Vacations on the Strip, I was apprehensive when the check-in process at this hotel took longer than expected. However, once I settled in, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the daily notifications asking if I needed turndown service for the following day. **Pros:** The room was beautifully decorated, and I had a decent view from the top floor, facing east. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel overall was outstanding. Room cleaning and turndown service were impeccable, and I was especially impressed when housekeeping even did the dishes I had left in the sink, which I hadn’t expected since the suite had a kitchenette and dishwasher. The hotel staff went above and beyond in maintaining cleanliness; each morning, I noticed them mopping the floors in the entryway and elevator lobby as I left for work. Any requests—whether for extra pillows or light bulb replacements—were handled efficiently through text messaging with the front desk, which I found to be a convenient and quick way to resolve any issues. **Cons:** The check-in process can be slow, and being on the Strip, traffic can sometimes be challenging when getting in and out of the hotel. However, this is somewhat expected given the location, and it wasn’t as big of an issue as I initially thought. Occasionally, I noticed a few over-served patrons coming from the pool area, which was more of a minor annoyance than anything. One drawback was the inability to stream from my phone to the TV. While the TV had some apps available, Hulu and Netflix were not accessible, though YouTube was. The cable TV options were okay, but for longer stays, having streaming access would have been a plus. There was also occasional street noise at night from vehicles, but it was relatively quiet overall considering the location. **Conclusion:** Overall, I was highly impressed with my stay. The service was excellent, and the hotel’s cleanliness was top-notch, far exceeding my expectations. While there were a few minor inconveniences, they didn’t detract much from my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel, especially for short stays, or even longer ones if the Strip location isn’t an issue. Read less

The hotel was very nice as well as the staff. The check in progress was very quick. Had a couple of concerns, but they were immediately addressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Not a lot of amenities, but still a nice hotel to get away.

This is a lovely hotel in excellent condition with friendly staff and well equipped rooms. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very modern and clean. It was actually a two bedroom with a lock off but worked well for us. Two of the rooms had en suite bathrooms and the other had a bathroom across the hall. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washer dryer. We had daily maid service. The pool area is a reasonable size with lots of loungers and there is also a games room and gym. Bottled water is free to guests collected from the marketplace daily. The hotel is at the north end of the strip and doesn’t have a casino but that suited us. You can easily walk or taxi to the rest of the strip when required. The parking is free for self parking in a multi storey indoor garage. We checked in early without any issues. They have a timeshare tour if you want to take it but we were not pressured in to it and didn’t attend. Don’t stay here if you want to be right in the heart of the action but it worked well for us. I think the high quality of accommodation at a reasonable cost is the key selling point. Read less
