Decided to try something new with my family by staying at a different hotel in Las Vegas. The main reason I stayed at HHCLV was because of the full kitchen. It was a great way for me to save money with a family of four. Upon checking in, timeshare staff did attempt to speak with me about presentation, but I gave them a stern but respectful "I'm not interested, no thank you" Needless to say, I wasn't bothered about it anymore. Room: The room was spacious. I had the 1-bedroom suite with sofa bed. It was defiantly enough space for my family and I. The room was clean, housekeeping came only one day out our stay which I didn't mind. The view was of the pool and the new Speer Ball concert hall. Pool: The pool was warm, which was a huge plus for my kids. The only issue was the jacuzzi. It was very small. I say only about 5 adults could fit. We enjoyed pickle ball and the basketball courts. Food: The establishment has a store, which serves food from the grill as well as any items you probably forgot to bring. I brought my own liquor from home. I would stay again if the price was decent. it can get very expensive to stay at the property. Read less

I own 4 Hgv properties, I am also a Hilton diamond member. I cannot believe the serious lack of attention to details for something that should be the standard of any hotel or time share either as a paying public or owner. What am I talking about?? Body wash, shampoo, conditioner all 3 completely empty ,zero, nada. I came back from a function at 11pm to shower and nothing in the container were filled. Since every hotel did away with the mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash no one checks the bottles. I blame the maids but more I blame the head housekeeper, where is your commitment to customer satisfaction for such a small yet important details. I have been in the hotel industry for over 25 years and our hotel had a room inspector to check that everything was up to par. Hotel GM or property manager where are your standards?? I will be very surprised to get a reply not of the standard BS that I read in all the replies “ oh, sorry we did not meet your expectations and we will advise the proper channels” Utter BS on management of part Read less

"The last thing we want to do is give a bad first impression" said the timeshare salesman we were frogmarched over to immediately after checking in. Well, they failed spectacularly at that. "The last thing we want to do is give a bad first impression" said the timeshare salesman we were frogmarched over to immediately after checking in. Well, they failed spectacularly at that. Five hours in the car. Children acting up. They sensed that our guard may be down and we could be seduced in to buying a $20k timeshare we will never use on the promise of some half price show tickets. Not today, my friend. Not today. I would rather pay double for theater tickets than sit through a 90 minute sales pitch for something I ultimately do not want. I suggest anyone considering this do a quick google search for "how do I sell a timeshare" before proceeding... However, politely (but insistently) decline to go to the meeting - they will leave you alone once you say no - and enjoy a fantastic, modern, clean resort, walking distance from Circus and Fontainebleau, with a great pool and a relaxed atmosphere. It maybe reflects how nice this hotel is that even this experience did little to ruin our trip. It is a lovely place to stay and the location is amazing. The hotel has a small poolside restaurant but a well stocked store which sells hot food, Starbucks coffee as well as beer, snacks etc. Rooms are spacious, well maintained. Parking is easy (if slightly pricy) but it is easy to get Ubers from to pretty much anywhere on the strip. It's the perfect space for families and a welcome escape from the 'delights' of Vegas. I'd stay again quite happily Read less

Pros: Nice, spacious suite for business and families. Cons: Poor customer service and lack of follow through with staff and management. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. No refund available for the stay since we booked through a third party website. The tv not connecting or working properly was not a big deal. Even though we had informed the front desk via text then stopped by the front desk to let them to it was okay to send someone up to fix the issue. However, the annoying, loud noise from the continuous running water from the toilet throughout our entire stay was awful. We informed the front desk a couple times during our stay and was told someone would come up and take a look. No one ever showed up. We even sent a video via text to front desk. We had to turn the water off and on ourselves to be able to even sleep. The noise was awful. During checkout, we asked for management to reach out to us due to the customer service during our stay. We did not hear from anyone. I have left multiple requests for someone to contact us about our stay. We finally received an email from Sharday (front desk manager) just apologizing about the tv. Nothing about the noise we had to deal with and the experience we had. We expected better at a Hilton. We normally have a great experience. Except at this location. It is located at the end of the strip and with awful customer service like this. We would not recommend to anyone. Read less

We stayed at this property for 3 nights . It was a long research finding a family friendly property and the only reason we booked this property was the room size and distance from the strip. Its far from the strip , quiet and not loud. The rest was very dissapointing Our room was old , dark brown furniture, old carpet ,and with view to the parking space , first look and we wanted to leave. Check in was crowded , Lobby design not convinient for the long queue. Feels like checking in at the airport. After checking in you swifly get attacked by a sales promotion lady trying to get you to book extra packages. The room size was ok for a family of four but as mentioned the room was very outdated. An embarrasement to name it Hilton. We didnt have a Grand vacation , as the pool is overcrowded with not enough sun beds. The worst is the breakfast idea , of a very simple fast food concept named the Market place with rude spanish speaking attendants who insist on a tip on every purchase you make . The Deli has no price list on the items making you to shop blindly. This is more a conference hotel than a resort . Would not recommend this hotel Read less
