If you are used to the Hilton service and hospitality, do not stay here. The food and grocery is over priced, quality of accommodations is low and the service is frustrating. We brought out kids and were given a one room suite which put the kids on a couch bed, Ouch! When I requested a comforter (rather than the brown blanket) they said there were none available. My two teenagers had to share a blanket. Secondly when I asked for fresh towels after two days, they took all our towels and left 1 bath towel and three hand towels. The marketplace has candy for $5 and a small cheese pizza for $18. Food was not worth the price and we had to truck in 115 degree heat to go to an ABC store to pick up essentials. Lastly, I did a timeshare presentation. The agreement was they could give me a presentation for my room rate. I went, listened, and was very respectful. After the presentation I said No Thanks. The two sales people preceded to called me dense and said I was just not understanding what he was saying, when I said no I do understand but I am saying no. He said it wasn’t getting through my skull. I have never been so insulted. I am a Diamond member so I stay in Hiltons around the world. If you want the Hilton experience, stay far away from this hotel. Go to the Resort World-Conrad. Read less

Nice location and friendly staff. Great if you don’t want the loud and congested casino environment. Suites are nice with kitchen and washer/ dryer to save a lot of $$ from eating out each meal. They do not make up the rooms each day but will gladly empty trash and bring fresh towels.

Wow just wow tbh when I walked in I didn't realize I had such a setup. Also because I rented from a owner I had received tons of discounts from restaurants and the spa, the spa was the big hit for me I had the steam room and relaxed room all to myself to enjoy the simplicity of not thinking about anything in this hotel they also have a cafe/pizzeria on the lower floor so it's great for a late night drunk meal before you call it a night I would definitely recommend this place for couples solos and family also the couch slides out to a bed for the children. Our room smells like sewage. We are on the 32nd floor and we arrived late last night. The smell got worse and worse until this morning it’s horrible. Also there was ranch left in the fridge from the last guests, stains on the bathroom walls by the toilets that are able to be wiped off, and finishes that are so old it’s embarrassing. Obviously we didn’t get the room we booked, and also get to enjoy the musty SEWER smell coming from the main bath! Save your health and sanity…. Paris would be so embarrassed to have her name on this. Gross! Read less

I appreciated a place that accommodates families with children ❤️. This wasn't our first time here, and isn't our last.
