After 30 years of welcoming guests under the name of Bally's, the hotel has been renovated and we're ready to introduce you to Horseshoe Las Vegas! With all the famous amenities, but spruced up to give that extra bit of glamour, you're sure to find everything you need here - from shops to restaurants, and plenty of bars and shows. There’s the casino too of course, with its traditional reels, video poker, slots machines and roulette tables but, if Lady Luck and you have been flirting too much, head on over to the oversized poolside — it’s rocking. And yes, we do mean literally, with DJ music, private cabanas and plenty of shaded areas thanks to the palm trees! Being in the centre of the strip is great for enjoying all that Vegas has to offer, and it's also great when it comes to hotel room views too - choose between High Roller views, looking out on the South of the Strip, or our personal favourite, the fountain view. Whichever room you pick here, you're sure to have a blast.

DONT STAY THERE!

Worst hotel ever - horrible and extremely rude customer service. Dirty and run down. Dont stay there!
The staff will NOT help you in any way what so ever. It happened to us on several occasions.
The staff at the reception takes 1. price in being
obnoxiously rude. It seems like they hate their job and their guests. Horrible experience.

I have over the years traveled to 100+ countries and stayed at 1000+ hotels, so I have a lot of hotels to compare with.
Just dont stay there....

Paid an early check in fee of $51 & room was dirty.. hair was still in the shower looked like someone had just finished taking a shower.. floors had something spilt on them that was left from previous person so floors were not mopped..
At 4am the alarm went off the most annoying alarm ive ever heard in my life & they said there was no emergency then it went off again at 6am & they said there was no emergency.
Also the food in the hotel was terrible I've never wasted so much food until now.
To be such a high rated hotel it definitely didn't seem like it and for my first visit ever to vegas was not pleased.
Hate to say it enjoyed the experience to an extent but this will be my first and last time!

It's super nice and centrally located ont the strip, I can't wait to go back!!! You just cross the drop off area and you have access to a bunch of buget-friendly bars and restraunts. There is even a CVS right next door in case you forgot anything.
Nice stay

Room very clean. Fresh smell in hallways though rugs were stained. Bed comfortable, but too soft for me. Pool was never open the week we went, which we were looking forward to. Hotel use some updating, but overall it was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Be human!

Strategic location, price consistent with the category, spacious room and bathroom. However, we encountered severe difficulties at both check-in and check-out, which were managed by artificial intelligence. Long queues formed, resulting in lengthy waiting times. When it was my turn, the machine failed to read my passport: I had to join another long queue with other unfortunate guests at a human-staffed counter, where the problem was resolved. This happened both upon arrival (exhausted) and at departure (we missed the bus and had to take an expensive taxi). I did not expect such impersonal treatment from a hotel of this calibre.
