Will have to report the charge as fraudulent. Not what I expected from the Hilton brand. Read less

Terrible, diisinterested price gougers. Staff in the hotel do the bare minimum, and often less. Resort fee is an absolute joke - $45 per room per night for nothing you don't already have, or have to pay an exorbitant amount to get a discount off (5% off a Cabana, with an $800 MINIMUM food and drink spend). Resort fee is an absolute joke - $45 per room per night for nothing you don't already have, or have to pay an exorbitant amount to get a discount off (5% off a Cabana, with an $800 MINIMUM food and drink spend). And their follow-up is also poor - don't expect to get anything other than the bare minimum if you complain and ask them to do something about this - refunds for stuff they promised you in the first place, but no hint of apology or acceptance that the fee might be exorbitant. Please go anywhere else - only by doing that do you have some hope of getting these ridiculous fees removed, and for the staff to improve their attitude Having said that, the staff on the casino floor and in the restaurants were excellent (but the restaurants were pricey - $15 + tip for 1 beer). They could teach a thing or a hundred to the hotel staff, and particularly the management Read less

I came here with my mom for our annual getaway... it was our first and last time we will stay here. I called the hotel to confirm if they had a room available for early check in before I arrived. The person on the phone confirmed they did. So I came and the first thing I arrive to is a line of like 30+ people and not enough front desk staff to really move the line along. After finally making it to a front desk agent, the lady tries nickel and diming me by charging me an early check in fee which the telephone agent did not say would be charged to me. In addition to that, what was even more infuriating was that she claimed I was down for a "partial" strip view room when I booked a full strip view room and had the email to prove it. She would not check me into the full strip view room she had available at that moment and which I booked unless I agreed to pay another hefty per night fee. She would not accept my email even though it clearly stated deluxe strip view. Big surprise. I asked for her manager and this young and inexperienced guy without much customer service mindset comes out and sticks to his position firmly that he was unwilling to accommodate me without paying a fee. So since I was with family and did not want to fight on my vacation, I reluctantly ask him to text me when the room is ready. He said he would expedite it. Couple hours later, I don't hear anything, so I call and have to argue with a SECOND manager. They finally give me a room. The room had sucky lighting and was very difficult to figure out where the switches were. Very poorly designed. Zero outlets on the night stand except one for the clock. It was bizarre the bathroom had more outlets than the night stand. I don't know who designed these rooms, but it was seriously crappy. The products in the bathroom were terrible, I'm glad we brought our own stuff. The only three things we liked... the bed was fine, the room was next to the elevator and the room did have a tiny mini fridge. The resort fee is a rip off. They didn't even provide waters in the room, we had to ask for them at the desk. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Read less

Property was newer but is a really long walk to get to the hotel once in the building Large casino area with super tight slots ( as is the rule everywhere in Las Vegas) staff is friendly and room was comfortable. Received housekeeping service daily which was nice

My room faced the strip which was great, but the lattice of lights over the window slightly hindered the view. Location is better now that the Fontainbleu opened across the street. And as always, it is an easy walk to the Fashion mall shopping center across from the Wynn. The food court at Resorts World is the best in Las Vegas. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are large by any standard, except for those in Las Vegas, where they are only average size. Housekeeping did their job as expected. The gym was quite nice, but for some reason the pool closed at 4 p.m. I would prefer they stayed open until 5 as the ambient temperature was 70 degrees. This is a good value hotel, especially on weekends when prices in Las Vegas can become stratospheric. Read less
