Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great hotel for LVCC events

The hotel is very convenient with easy access to the Vegas Loop underground Tesla-based service to / from the LVCC and between LVCC halls. My room was well appointed but a bit smaller than some of the higher-end hotels in LV. There are tons of food options though many of the food court places were closed. As a HH Gold member, I received a food credit to use at the Dawg House sports bar / restaurant which had a decent breakfast and lunch selection. There is a Starbucks on site. A big plus for me was the fitness center, which for the east coasters, was open at 5 AM. It is quite large and though crowded, I was able to find enough free machines to get in a good workout. I would definitely stay here again for a conference, but probably wouldn't if going to LV for vacation as it's a bit far away from the strip and isn't close to the monorail. Read less

Our 40th anniversary trip was great! The hotel has 3500 rooms. Our room was on the 53rd floor with an amazing view of the Vegas strip. The room was very clean and even smelled fresh. No in-room coffee maker though (I suspect they want you to use the many food places surrounding the casino.) My only gripe was having to go to the ground floor to get… Read more

No in-room coffee maker though (I suspect they want you to use the many food places surrounding the casino.) My only gripe was having to go to the ground floor to get a cup of coffee for the room. Otherwise, we were impressed with the constant cleaning that was going on. We stayed 3 nights and I was surprised they cleaned and restocked our room each day. Most places only do this on request. The clean environment was important to me. We ate "casual", though they had a number of high end dining options. Our casual dining prices were reasonable for eating in a Resort. I would definitely go back here if We visit Vegas again. Read less

After reading these reviews I was pretty nervous. My stay was actually WONDERFUL! We checked in at 440pm and had an upgraded room free of charge. The room was clean, nice and cool, with a gorgeous view. The lobby smells fabulous and the casino is not smoky at all. We ate at Brezza which was one of my favorite meals I've had in Vegas in years. I am not sure I would stay here all the time because it is so far down on the strip but this is very convenient if you are going to a show here. Highly recommend. Read less

This is where I begin by saying I've stayed at Hilton properties all over the world, and we are Hilton Diamond Members. But this place takes the cake for horrible service. This is where I begin by saying I've stayed at Hilton properties all over the world, and we are Hilton Diamond Members. But this place takes the cake for horrible service. Our room was a basic business-traveler type with a small room, dominated by the bed, and a bathroom with shower. It was clean and bed comfy. However, at some point I realized that every channel on the TV was getting pixelated due to poor stream (I guess) from the service provider. So if you're going to download a movie, it's not something you're going to be able to watch. Then I remembered I had this issue once in the past staying here. So I called "0" from my room, hoping to switch, and an AI chatbot took my grievance, transferred my call to a voicemail box that said, no one was available and I should call Monday through Friday between 9 and 5. So I try again, same result, and then I call Guest Services, and someone is sent up who tells me that all of the TV's are that way, and it is what it is. So okay. Then later that night, my wife arrives and she notes hey, this fridge in our room is like really loud. The fan is whining the whole time. So I call down to see if it can be unplugged. (It's all canned beverages). But it cannot, but someone will come up to our rescue. No one does come up to our rescue. To me it was mostly just loud white noise, but it was an issue for my wife, because it's a noise that is like eight feet from your sleeping head. So the main thing the room offers is a quiet room with a TV, but it just fails. First world problems, I know, but this was our experience. Read less
