This new casino is nicely decorated inside with high ceiling and bright interior. The highlight of the casino is the Asian inspired food hall that has several different places to eat. The food is unique and very reasonably priced compared to others on the strip. The egg noodle brisket is very flavorful and tender brisket meat. The chicken curry has a good flavor but extremely salty to the taste. The clay pot chicken rice was excellent with plenty of a variety of items such as Chinese sausages, mushrooms, and chickens. The buffets don’t look too great. They don’t have the Aria or Bellagio or Ceasar quality or variety. No celebrity chef owned restaurants. The casino floor is roomy with plenty of space to walk around. It has some of the newest technology slot machines, but lack many of the older classic. There are not a lot of slot machines compared to MGM or the Wynn. It lacks variety. Oddly no Monopoly machine or the gold fish machine. The sport betting area is small. The shopping area is limited with many empty shops. Might be due to this being a very new place and Covid-19. Currently they have free parking. There are eight EV charging stations on the third flood at a very slow rate of 6kw. It is of no name brand. It is free but crazy slow. Always no matter the time, occupied by Tesla that seems to never move. It is not using ChargePoint. Making it difficult to check of it is available. No Tesla dedicated plus. Recommend they incorporate ChargePoint chargers and provide more spaces of them. Maybe make a deal with Tesla to add SuperCharger? This casino lacks the sin in the sin city. No glamorous girls waking around that you typically see at other casinos on the strip. No vibe of people shouting of joy around the gambling tables. It lacks the garden or attractions like Bellagio garden or Caesars sculptures or Paris tower. Nothing to attract tourists to want to come for sightseeing. The exterior is a pinkish red hue that stand tall over looking the old circus circus casino. But it is boring, like Mandalay Bay exterior. No exterior features like New York Casino or Shops to attract the eyes. The rooms are above average. Very roomy but not the suite size you find in the Venetian. Comfortable bed and good view of the LV Strip. DO NOT, absolutely DO NOT, get the strip view. While they are nice, the club below play music until 3:00am. We were on the 50th floor and it was absolutely horrific. The city view, sadly also has music issue due to the convention hall below. But hopefully they don’t play all night. The noise Windows isolation isn’t too great. It is unfortunate for a nicely constructed resorts. Overall it is a nice casino with the center piece being the unique food hall. It does have the Tesla Loop entrance and convenient access to the Las Vegas convention center. Due to Covid and lack of staffs, certain attentiveness are lacking. Such as shampoo bottle being empty, slow room service, and lack of casino personnel walking around. This casino has potential due to the location and size. It just need to improve and continue to expand by adding something to attract tourists. Nothing for kids, except for that fact it is next door to circus circus. What would be awesome is for them to do the attraction walkway similar to the Linq Casino or an outdoor shopping/food entertainment connecting to the resort. Maybe an underground tunnel food venue shopping walkway from the resort to the Las Vegas convention center. This would definitely attract attendees to stay at the resort and other tourists. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great hotel, horrible staffing

Oct 16, 2021 KelGamma Los Angeles, California

The check in was horribly long.. not enough staff to accommodate all of the people checking in. I had a lost item and filed a lost and found report over a week ago and have called multiple times a day since I filed my claim and no one can seem to help me. It’s incredibly appalling to me.. the lack of service.

The room is perfect. The pickup spots for uber are terrible. Confusing, unrealistic spot. The staff for taking care of luggage are not nice enough. A staff at front desk is not reliable. I did pre check in and paid for everything and he said my left luggage at front would be delivered to my room when I was back which was not true and I needed to do checking again and carried my bags by myself. So, the process of pre check in / pre check in are needed to be improved. Read less
