We booked 12 rooms 3 months prior for my niece wedding. Being a Hilton Honors member I decided to stay for the entire week there. I was told by hotel staff that they are separate from Hilton and do not recognize them for guest use. So, our TV went out for an entire night, they finally had to power off the entire room (took over 2 hours) the next morning. Our refrigerator would not cool, they had to replace that. The safe would not open, showed an error code and "low battery indicator, so they replaced that. The very next morning the replacement safe would not open again, we had to wait for maintenance to come to open up the safe. My wallet with license and keys were in there resulting in me missing my tee time. There were other issues around the resort that were below par, but the time we lost calling for these issues took considerable time away from our vacation and was an posed an extreme disposition on us as we had to be in the room for these issues. After waiting for over 30 minutes a manager finally appeared from the office, she had the complaint already as I had to inform 3 others before her and she asked again. She pointed out to me several times that World Resorts was the most expensive and greatest hotel in the world and simply offered me a got damn late checkout (that had no value, absolutely none) I had so many places i could of stayed, we did not use their casino, the food places we dined were terrible and the hot jacuzzi was cooler than the pool. You really don't want to stay here, you will be so disappointed. Read less

My stay at this hotel was deeply frustrating. Despite it being my first time checking in with Gold status, I wasn’t acknowledged or offered any explanation of the perks. In fact, I even had to ask where the elevators were after check-in. The room was dirty, with visible grime and hair in the bathroom. Despite numerous attempts to contact the frontdesk and housekeeping, I couldn’t get through to anyone, and the Hotels AI concierge failed to help. It felt like no one was available to provide assistance, leaving me feeling completely alone throughout my stay. When checkout came, I spoke to John, who didn’t ask how my stay was or if there was anything else he could do for me. I asked about luggage storage, and he simply said, “It’s outside.” When I requested clarification, he repeated, “Outside,” without offering any further help. The lack of traditional services, like room service or being able to ask a human for assistance, made the hotel feel cold and impersonal. For the entire stay, I was left to deal with issues on my own, which made the experience far from welcoming. Read less

I am a Vegas local. I went to the Resorts World on Oct. 1st, 2024 exactly at 10:13am. I wanted to get a reprint of my Genting Rewards Card but the kiosk said that I had more than one account. I am a Vegas local. I went to the Resorts World on Oct. 1st, 2024 exactly at 10:13am. I wanted to get a reprint of my Genting Rewards Card but the kiosk said that I had more than one account. So I approached the cashier's cage. There was no one in line so I went to the only window open on the far left. I asked for a reprint and right off the bat, she didn't bother to greet me or even acknowledge me. She silently took my ID and proceeded to print my card. The whole process did not take any more than a few minutes. But when a hospitality establishment like a Vegas hotel employee doesn't even bother to make you feel welcomed, you don't really feel like going back there again. And this wasn't the first time. I remember the black lady. She was rude and distant last time and she is still same way. Get a different job or something! I wish I looked at her name tag but didn't even want to stick around. Resorts World, you have to retrain many of your employees for they are rude and disrespectful. What a shame for a property that took billions to build! Why is so hard for the management to remind their employees to just to be friendly and hospitable? The hosts are the same cocky individuals. I couldn't kd play and lose thousands of dollars and can't even get a room because it is impossible to get a hold of a casino host. Perhaps, they ONLY want whales to come and play there. Well, that is how you drive your business down to the ground. Read less

Very disappointed by the level of customer service provided in all departments from check in to staff throughout the resort. We were checked into the wrong room, then had to wait until late in the evening to relocate rooms. It would have been nice if the hotel offered assistance to move us, but nothing. In terms of location, the hotel is not located conveniently on the strip, it's quite a distance from the main area of the strip . The pool closes at 6pm, which is very early in my opinion. There is no outside garden area to sit and enjoy a coffee or work if you choose to do so. Overall we felt like a number, there was no effort to make the stay special, if you don't have high expectations this hotel should be fine, but if you are looking for a great stay I would go somewhere else.
