Image of the Tripadvisor rating Lovely hotel but didn't get upgraded as a diamond member

Stayed here on business and asked to be upgraded as a diamond member. They moved me to a room a few doors down with the same view and pretty much the same standard room as the one booked. Also didn't receive any of our other amenities. Loved the food court, hotel rooms and convenience of it all. We may try it again but the service being a… Read more

Things were fine until we checked out and was gauged over $400 for the bloody mini bar, when we never took anything from it. When I called customer service to dispute the charge they transferred me around a few times until I was cut off then had to call back and finally was connected to a manager who was worthless. Never Ever will I go back to the… Read more

When I called customer service to dispute the charge they transferred me around a few times until I was cut off then had to call back and finally was connected to a manager who was worthless. Never Ever will I go back to the Hilton at Resort World with their hidden costs and ridiculous mini bar charges. I just wasn't worth all the hassle and there are plenty of other fine establishment in Vegas who take care of you much better at a price worth while. Don't be fooled by their marketing and read more reviews to get a clear picture how this dodgy hotel. Disappointed Customer!.. Read less

Unfortunately this has to be short, but I'll say that the room was fine. About the same as other Hiltons but not better than. The charging practices are predatory and deceptive so watch out! The technology and layout are also broken. Elevators sometimes work and sometimes do not. I think that since this was built during the pandemic it was… Read more

The technology and layout are also broken. Elevators sometimes work and sometimes do not. I think that since this was built during the pandemic it was assumed that no human beings would be in this building, and given that measuring stick my rating would have been better. Unfortunately, if you are a human like me, I would recommend you seek a better place to stay. Read less

RW wants to be one of the top venues on the LV Strip and its got potential, but some critical issues need to be addressed. 1) No key entry using the app didn't work. Hotel worker even laughed and said "maybe in 5 years". Does anyone test anything? 2) Paid for VIP Pool section, reserved seating. Early in season but nothing like Bellagio, MGM… Read more
RW wants to be one of the top venues on the LV Strip and its got potential, but some critical issues need to be addressed. 1) No key entry using the app didn't work. Hotel worker even laughed and said "maybe in 5 years". Does anyone test anything? 2) Paid for VIP Pool section, reserved seating. Early in season but nothing like Bellagio, MGM Grand, or Wynn. Took an hour for me to get my first drink, service was hit and miss. 3) Tried using their "Grub hub" app to deliver food to pool as required. Did not work, and I work in tech and know how to make things work. Bartender was not able to place a separate order direct, manager was not willing to step up or step in. Really disappointed there. 4) Room is nice, and WiFi was both fast and available throughout the hotel property. 5) Pool is nice, but not worth paying for reserved seating unless service improves. 6) Tried to provide constructive feedback about my experience so they can get better - dropped an email, no response. 7) Needs someone to actually start "testing" the guest experience. 8) "Street food" area is cool and the food is good but pricey. I hope they can fix their IT and service issues - the property does have potential. Read less

It had all the space we needed with two queen beds, a small table, dresser, fridge & large bathroom & shower. Lots of fast elevators with no waits. Pools were great. So many to choose from and lots of lounge chairs without the annoying thing that some do at other hotel with 'saving' a chair with towels. Music by the pool was a nice mix. The gym is worth a visit. I did a stretch routine using this hi-tech mirror that I could pick any kind of workout I wanted. They have Thera guns which I used after a wonderful hike at Red Rock Canyon. My daughter like the Peleton. We had a delicious lunch and breakfast at The Restaurant. Also donut and coffee at Suns Out, Bums Out and of course had to get a few drinks from Starbucks. The food court is ok but can't comment much as I only got some chicken nuggets which hit the spot. Nice casino with lots to choose from. This hotel may be a little quieter than some but that's exactly what I loved about it. Felt like a true holiday and not just a tourist attraction. I have zero complaints. Enjoy Read less
