We upgraded from the king room to the Atelier suite for an extra $75 which ended up being a genuine steal as that room is excellent. Very well-appointed and comfortable. Probably the best air conditioning unit we've ever had in a hotel room in Vegas and we've pretty much seen them all. They need to work a little with the front-desk staff - the folks working there at check-in seemed rather disinterested in our presence to the point that we had to ask them if we were in the right place for check-in. The gym is well-equipped with much cardio and strength training options with a separate yoga room. As noted overall a great experience and this hotel now is on our short list for future staycations. Welcoming atmosphere, lovely boutique feel. I am a Vegas local and this was my first stay at NoMad. Absolutely love the hotel and the vibe is exudes. The staff are friendly, the room was on point, the pool was chill. What else could one ask for-

Good experience…with some recommendations (May 8-14, 2022). First the good - Very appealing property. Well kept. Unique. The floors are nicely decorated and clean. Our room, the Nomad Suite, was beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a North Madison, NY apartment (go figure). Very different room than any other we’ve stayed in while visiting Vegas. Let’s talk about “the tub”. When my wife and I looked at this property online we avoided it simply because the room photos looked “weird”. The tub, next to the bed, has become famous in online reviews. We love soaking tubs….just not right next to the bed. Our room had the tub in a separate area and was very enjoyable. The shower was nice, but my wife indicated that the lack of a seat or step of sorts made shaving a bit difficult. Location - Excellent! This property is perfectly located. Close to NYNY, T-Mobile arena and the Aria. Location is a huge plus for Park MGM / NoMad. Porter service - Our porter was awesome and went beyond the call of duty. Welcoming, friendly and attentive while trying to make us feel at home. He succeeded. Second are the recommendations. The doorman was present, but not engaged (on multiple occasions). Would have appreciated actual door “service” vs. just their presence standing outside. On the three different occasions we were coming out to an awaiting limo (going to dinner at another property), we had to open both set of doors. We actually had to go meet the limo drivers ourselves While the doormen partook in deep conversation. Sounds snobby….I know. However, part of the “NoMad appeal” is the NY-esq property with doormen out front, etc. Additionally, for the “upscale” sub-hotel of Park MGM you’d expect more. So, I recommend NoMad educate their employees on the actual “NoMad differentiation” they claim to provide. House keeping was wonderful and thorough. They were excellent and friendly. I very much dislike going down a hallway, however, weaving around the cleaning carts. Again, it sounds snobby, but the NoMad is the “niche hotel” at Park MGM. I.e. the “top four floors”. The other “niche hotels” (SkyLofts for example) have the carts brought inside the room while service is taking place. Recommendation - identify as a niche hotel or a standard hotel. If “niche” is the goal then get the carts out of the hallway. Final words - More positives than negatives. My “criticisms” above are more recommendations for awareness. Will they keep us from going back? Absolutely not. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan on going back next trip. “Boutique Hotel” EXPERIENCE is lacking, but the hotel/property is appealing. I don’t think NoMad realizes its own potential, but they have a good foundation to build upon. Read less

Very quiet and clean hotel. Loved the no smoking. Attracts the right kind of people for us, but the room has very little space to unpack your bag. No dressers. Very central to all hotels and great issuing the free tram between hotels
