The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

He said we were lucky as sometimes the queue is right out into the casino as they don’t have enough staff!!! Terrible response, no offer of water or a chair for older guest, manager said it was not how they operated and the queuing is normal!!! Bad start. The room was nice, water barely hot and one evening the television didn’t work, no charger in the room for devices etc! The casino and decor downstairs was great. Lack of staff made tables for food unavailable and I was very surprised how queues were normal! Read less

We really enjoyed our stay at the Paris. Restaurants were wonderful and our room was taken care of in such a thoughtful manner. The ONLY reason I didn’t give a 5 was the lack of staff at check in. There was a line way out of the door and both the kiosks an in person lines were that way. During this time, it went from 6 to 4 to 3 people checking… Read more

We waited for about 45 minutes to an hour. We did live the elevator that went straight to the 26th floor! Read less

I would not stay at Paris again. There is no concierge, just an AI “assistant” that frequently gives incorrect information. I would not stay at Paris again. There is no concierge, just an AI “assistant” that frequently gives incorrect information. The pool was closed and when I asked about alternative outdoor space, I was told there were two chairs next to the parking garage I could sit in. I couldn’t get a shower cap from housekeeping (but I could buy one!), nor a vanity kit that’s customarily offered at hotels, and they wouldn’t give me a drinking glass because it’s “dangerous.” The TV had a streaming feature (which, since I was paying $52/day for “wifi and local calls” I thought I would take advantage of) that didn’t work, and after three attempts at getting someone to service the TV, I only found out by calling the front desk that the feature (allegedly) isn’t active on the TV. Then I tried to take a bath and the water sputtered then came out black, and the sink handle broke off completely. They gave me a food and beverage credit that couldn’t even be used in half the restaurants in the hotel - just the most expensive ones. I was able to speak to a manager who was polite and sympathetic, but the buildup of issues and the nickel-and-diming was too much. It just seemed like one thing after another, none of which was satisfactorily addressed and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress on what should have been a relaxing vacation. I have only ever stayed at MGM resorts prior to this experience with Paris (a Caesars Entertainment Group resort) and after this trip, I’ll go back to MGM hotels. The customer service is far superior. Read less

My wife and I stayed at Paris Las Vegas last week. We stayed at the Versailles Tower which is the newest tower. The room is nice but lacked amenities that are expected in a 3+ or 4 star hotel. The room didn’t have a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, or a coffee maker. The shower in the bathroom doesn’t look finished. It lacked places for shampoo,… Read more

The room didn’t have a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, or a coffee maker. The shower in the bathroom doesn’t look finished. It lacked places for shampoo, hair conditioner, and soap. Maybe the other older towers have better rooms. But I don’t recommend staying at the Versailles Tower. Read less

I would rate it as 3* star hotel. Misleading description was provided on third party agent Loveholidays. Outdoor pool was closed due to delayed recustruction, though on the description it was included as available. When booked hotel: pool was the first amenity considered choosing the hotel. Coffee machine only in suites, though it also showed on description. When requested with hotel - they refused to provide kettle or coffee machine. No refrigerator an no safe deposit box in the room as per description, had to request it. 4 days in a row housekeeping did not clean the room. Phoned twice to guest relation team, did not work, until I went to reception and complained. For week of our stay bed linen was never changed. No view unless you pay for it or upgrade. On arrival agreed on upgrade for $40 per night for a suite room with a view. As appeared my upgraded room was not a suite, it was the same type of room I initially booked but with a view to Sphere. Final bill with taxes was higher ($45.35 per night) - mind the taxes! +resort fee per night per room $52.10 ( was aware of it). You are provided with WiFi for two devices and this means you can use only two devices, no swap, as you will be charged £14.99 for using third device, this will not be communicated to you, though there is free guest WiFi in the lobby, which works in the room. No logic. You have to pay to go to spa, not included. Queues at the reception all the time, many desks, but 2-3 receptionists only working. Raised a complaint to manager assistant over the phone, who partially compensated for inconveniences for housekeeping, taking off one day resort fee and two WiFi fees, as well as allowed later check out. As I wanted to enjoy my holiday, rather than finding/speaking to the hotel manager, I agreed to this compensation. Though, ideally, for 4 days of no housekeeping, I should be compensated for four days, as the service I paid for was not provided. I had to stress out calling for housekeeping, requesting toiletries and towels, cleaning dust myself as well as cleaning the bins, and taking the trush away. Shower pressure is really low - it will take time to wash. The shower head is attached to the wall and is not removable, so your hair will get wet, even if you do not plan to wash them. Therefore, take your shower cap, as hotel do not provide with shower caps, neither vanity kit. Bar staff at the Horseshoe was really rude. I played at casino, then went to the bar area to finish my drink and cigarette. The bar attender approached me and asked to leave unless I order another two drinks to stay. I said that I do not want more drinks, once I finish my cigarette I will leave. She stood next to me waiting me to leave. So disrespectful! The positive things about hotel: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, pillows. TV size great, smart tv. Luggage guys are great. Tip: do not drink coffee throughout the hotel it is disgusting! Go to Bellagio Starbucks, expect the queue though. Open at 6am - shorter queue in the morning. Read less
