The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

Also we were charged a resort fee of $204.08 and did not use any of the facilities note also that the state of Nevada deems these forced fees as an illegal practice. Read less

I don’t normally write reviews. But because I’m thinking this is such a “classy” looking hotel I figured it would be a much better experience. When we first arrived my husband needed to rent an electric scooter from the bell desk because he has a prosthetic leg so I attempted to stand in the heat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to even approach me. When someone finally did he told me what the total and deposit would be I agreed I attempted to put my card info he said it didn’t work because of his tablet service so try again so I did . This happened 4 times. After doing this in 108 degrees weather and my husband and 3 kids standing and waiting for me I said nvm forget it I’ll rent from a company outside of Paris on google because he said his service was down at the moment. My card was never charged at that moment . I walked away without a scooter my husband had to hop to the room which is a very long walk. I wake up next morning and see 4 charges from them and took the deposit and money out of my account . So all along it was working when he told me it wasn’t.. we had already rented a scooter from a different company so I didn’t get one from Paris . When I tried to call to speak To someone to help me refund me I was transferred 4 different times having to explain to 4 different people all telling me they can’t help me and they don’t see a wheelchair rental and I’m telling them I have the receipts and money off my account . Then they transfer me to bell desk manager I’m assuming. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. He was so rude. When he would ask me a question I would try to explain and then say ok let me talk and say something I don’t need u to tel me all of that and then would say don’t interrupt him when I was just responding to a question and he said I am just needing all the information to get to the bottom and I said I am trying to give u all the information but u will not allow me to sit because you won’t let me explain the situation . He accused me of lying pretty much because he said you know what I’m going o find out if you really got a scooter from us or not and I said I didn’t sir that’s why I’m calling because I tried and your employee said it wasn’t working and I tried 4 different times didn’t work but woke up to all the charges .. he said you need to talk to front desk AGAIN. So I was transferred again. Explained to whoever answered for front desk again. This point I’m in tears and frustrated. She tried telling me it was my room reservation receipt which it wasn’t because I had separate receipt for that and it says medical equipment on it front desk Paris and says for the wheelchair they wouldn’t allow me to email them the receipts she said it’s just a hold I said there shouldn’t be a hold for something I never rented from you guys . She then hung up.. when we also arrived to the pool both days there was never any towels available. Read less

Check in - easy. Go to Horseshoe - Versailles Tower. The Horseshoe entrance is easy for taxis to get to and there was no queue. Just state that you were told to check in there. Housekeeping - they cleaned the bathroom and made the beds every day, changed towels every other day. Spacious rooms, lovely new curtains, large bathroom and shower. Water pressure not great but got the job done. Top tip - top dial is rain shower or hand held. Bottom dial is temperature and PULL IT OUT to turn shower on(it took me ages to figure this out!) No coffee or tea making facilities but a very good fridge. Lots of plug and USB points. TV and lots of lamps. Great air conditioning that was reasonably quiet. The lifts were plentiful and very quick- no issues at all. Pool is open 9am-5pm. It’s ok. Nothing special. Free loungers or you can pay for a cabana. Free pool towels. Drinks v expensive but most things are expensive in Vegas. $10 for a tomato juice $15 for beer inc tax and tip. Tips for drinks is 10% even though the receipt suggests 18% +. The base of the bed was a bit tatty and the carpets were ready for replacing but the service, central strip location and price for a 2 x Queen room were excellent. It is not as tired as some of the reviews suggest. We were in the Bordeaux tower which is the in Paris and paid £815 for 7 nights plus resort fee at $364 Read less

It's a shame many have written bad or less than great reviews for the property. We always have a great suite, great service, and great everything. We go 1-2 times a year and never have any issues. Our room is always clean and everyone helpful and nice to deal with. Love Paris.

Long lines. Didn’t receive a joint room as requested but didn’t want to wait in line again. Not enough employees working. Not enough towels, when asking a room cleaner, she wouldn’t give us any. Dirty windows so the view of the pool was disappointing.
