The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

We stayed in a room that was $600 a night, no perks, no tea & coffee in the room and you have to pay $50 per person to use the sun loungers near the pool. You literally have to pay to breathe in this hotel. The staff are non existent and when you do eventually come across one, they could not care less about what you have to say. No managers around to deal with any complaints just an all round sh*t show. When we approached a staff member at reception and explained our concerns for the non existent services we get for being a guest in their hotel, he responded with ‘that’s vegas’ absolutely not an appropriate response. The dealers in the casino act like they are being held against their will they are that miserable and rude. We have been to vegas multiple times in the past and this experience has ruined it for us all. PARIS HOTEL sort your sh*t out how you are still in business is beyond me. Appalling Read less

My partner and I booked the Paris Las Vegas late last year, and became a little unsettled in the build up to the trip having read some negative reviews on TripAdvisor - particularly the check-in and check-out lines which we did witness at peak times of the day. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 2pm after an early flight from the UK and there was no queue at check-in, however there was a $25 early check-in fee that we were happy to pay, as this is standard for the majority of hotels around the world. We were asked to pay the resort fee which was approximately $450 for 9 nights along with a $300 refundable security deposit. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, although I will also say, quite coy when it came to disclosing the amounts payable and I had to ask directly how much we would be charged before making the payment. Our room was a standard king located on the 7th floor and there were no issues using the elevators as mentioned by other customers who stated there were long lines. Whilst a little tired looking, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was huge, the air con was fantastic and we had plenty of space to put away our clothes and toiletries. One thing to note is that despite the resort fee, you can only connect two devices to the wi-fi without incurring additional costs which I felt was pretty outrageous, and I’m glad my partner spotted that whilst connecting as we were not told during check-in. Housekeeping was great, the staff did a wonderful job and did not disturb when the sign was on the door. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, although there were no parasols unless you wanted to pay extra for daybeds or cabanas so we couldn’t sit out in the sun after a swim, and the cocktails were $35 each and we found the bar staff unfriendly and bored considering it was vegas and people wanted to party. The resort itself is fun with a great vibe, however very pricey with lots of additional costs... We anticipated the resort fee but don’t feel we got any additional amenities or better service for paying it. One good tip is that it is is connected to the Horseshoe so we got some great cheap eats by simply walking 5 minutes to their food hall and bringing some snacks and light bites back to our room. I told the person at the desk this was unacceptable since I had reserved a room and had a confirmation number. After entering my room it did smell like pet urine. Other than that it was fairly clean. Be aware your reservation and confirmation means you may get a room but it may not be what you had planned for. Read less
