Park MGM Las Vegas

The Strip, Las Vegas

Virgin rating

The hotel

The Las Vegas hotel scene’s buzzing with resorts vying for the limelight – and this Strip-side hotel’s ready to outshine them all. Reimagined and revamped, it’s super-sharp from design to dining. An outrageous tree root sculpture snakes over its lobby; and the garden influence continues with its forest green palette, the al fresco Provencal feel of its Primrose restaurant, and the elegant pool oasis, where swanky cabanas, sunken sun loungers, and poolside service evoke a South of France vibe around its three pools. Of course, Park MGM Las Vegas hasn’t forgotten its roots (or its location on that all-American mainstay, The Strip) so you also get State-side classics like Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar (where the cool crowd slink straight to the back for a seat in a secret ‘speakeasy’ lounge). No wonder the Park MGM attracts headliners like Cher, Queen, and Lady Gaga.

I’d much rather stay at a different hotel. The price was too high for this hotel to have this many issues

Room was nice but had no drawers for clothes and had no refrigerator. The TVs in all the rooms went out for two days . Also automatic blinds did not work. Although we did get a $50 food credit as a result. We only received the credit because we went to front desk about the TV ( nobody ever answers the front desk phone). Although we did get a $50 food credit as a result. We only received the credit because we went to front desk about the TV ( nobody ever answers the front desk phone). Only people in my group who brought up issue of TV received the credit. The front desk staff was very friendly as well as maintenance workers and pool staff. Drinks came very slow inside the casino. Room very spacious and clean. Read less

I have just left a long review with MGM properties about the park MGM. It is an amazing property to visit, especially for anyone who wants to consider a location where it may not be the rowdiest. There is plenty of action fun vibes going around by all those playing in the casino, going to the strip eating, it is an older crowd at this location,… Read more

There is plenty of action fun vibes going around by all those playing in the casino, going to the strip eating, it is an older crowd at this location, but doesn’t feel like one that is labeled that way. The food options were great especially at the chef truck. We only tried one location at Eataly, But definitely wanted to try more. The associate at the Sportsbook that saw me frustrated at the machine close to the concession stands was very accommodating and understanding about what I had frustrations with Regards to the MGM app. My girlfriend and I went during the middle of the week and we felt like we had the place to ourselves and still had an atmosphere filled with people who were out and about Read less

This was our first stay at Park MGM, and I wanted to share our experience. This is a quick family trip and stayed for 2 nights. We had a late breakfast at Primrose Restaurant and were disappointed with the food. We spoke to the manager, Adam, who was very attentive and took the time to address our concerns, ultimately removing the charge for the items we didn't enjoy. However, the two cashiers at the convenience store by the front desk were not friendly and both ladies had poor attitudes. After we checked out, I noticed a charge that wasn't credited to my account. When I called, I spoke with Jim, who was very pleasant and resolved the billing issue promptly. Although the majority of our experience was not pleasant, I would choose to stay at Park MGM again because of employees like Adam and Jim who truly care about their guests. Thank you Read less

I have stayed here many times. It keeps getting worse. Terrible wifi, dirty rooms and poor AC. I gave them one last try and that was the last one.
