The rooms smells really bad I have an infant who wasn’t able to sleep well. The front desk are so rude terrible service.

Good experience , better than I expected since I read many reviews before and I have to say that most of them were wrong because the property was in a very good condition, rooms renovated and everything was good, pool also renovated and clean. Very good for the price

I chose Rio for a staycation because it was in a convenient location(less than 10 min from my house) they had Mini Golf I can take my kids, restaurants I wanted to try and also 3 large pools. I chose to stay in a room with a strip view. When we arrived, I had some issues with express check in kiosk but the front desk was there to support and it was quick to check in after. We arrived to our room and it was a large size so I was happy about the space and view however, the AC unit was on 60 degrees with a high fan and it was so warm in our room even through our 2 night stay. The only time it was cool in the room was late night early morning. I also didn’t really like the smell of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, it was mint and eucalyptus. Another fail was this might be the first hotel room I’ve checked into that didn’t have a coffee machine. Also there was no convenient stores like most hotels have. They had a vending machine for cake before you rode the elevator to your room and that was nice but the time we wanted to purchase it didn’t work so another fail. The sheets and blankets I found had rips, the couch in the room was old and not so clean to sit. Other than that, I would visit hotel to do more of Mini Golf and try some of the restaurants but maybe not rent a room unless they do some remodeling. Read less

Visited only for one night during Microsoft chaos. I purchased room one week before trip for renovated area but received an old room (similar to Austin Powers decor). The elevator is slow and squeaky. I will not stay here again. Youtube, TripAdvisor and other reviews not what you should expect. Only positive feedback- free parking.
