We had an incredible family vacation out there! We never had to leave the resort. Everything we needed with great options for all - including our child. We can't wait go back for some R&R - great food - world class spa - and exceptional restaurants!

Unfortunately there were two very negative interactions with staff that left us a bitter taste and we believe they must be a better training offered by the hotel management. Read less

We almost always stay in the Palazzo tower when we come to Las Vegas because we absolutely love it! In a town where customer service is king, this property wears the crown. It starts with the front desk. We are always greeted by the cheerful staff and the check-in process is always smooth. They are perceptive - whether you are tired from a long travel day, need some water, and just want to get to the room, or are leisurely checking in, they seem to adapt to your situation and mood. All of the suites are the same and it doesn't really matter much where you are located, although if you ask for a different suite, the staff will look and try to accommodate a room change request. And you don't have to walk a mile to get to the elevators! The suites are quiet, clean and comfortable. We always sleep well, no matter the time of day. One of the best things is the lighting! So many hotel rooms are dark, but there are lots of different lighting options to make the room as dark or lighted as you want it. Housekeeping are conscientious and friendly. Services seem to go until about 3:30. It's Vegas, after all, and it's pretty great to sleep late, head out of the room at 1:30 and still get it serviced. The casino floor is excellent - not too large and not too small. It is very clean; the people doing the cleaning are like ninjas! There are ample cocktail waitresses who are always pleasant and chipper. We never find ourselves waiting for a drink - tipping well helps. Dining options are plentiful. It is nice to be able to get a more casual meal at Grand Luxe Cafe among all of the fine dining restaurants on the property. Sugarcane is our go-to, though. Donutique has also become a staple. Once or twice a trip, we grab a donut in the evening and it's great to eat it the following morning as we get going. The location is ideal for us - away from the ruckus and hustle and bustle of center strip, but a pretty easy walk to The Linq. We did walk to Bellagio...the far side of a reasonable walk. There are just three small things that could be improved to make Palazzo "perfect-er": 1. Towels: They are very small, not soft, and don't match the overall comfort and luxury of the suite. 2. Television: It reverts to the hotel home page after some time. Many guests may like to sleep with the TV on, and it stinks when you wake up in the middle of the night with the bright light and no sound. I rely on the TV being on, especially to drown out my tinnitus and the morning traffic. 3. Refrigerator: It is not usable - it's just a minibar. It's not as important as #s 1 & 2 above. It's easy to work around - warm water and red wine, and you can always fill a sink with ice if you want to bring up a couple cold beers or seltzers. Something like a small fridge - even under the sink in the bathroom, would be a welcome addition. Every time we leave Palazzo, we are always planning for the next visit. Can't wait until the next one! Read less
