The Palazzo was no exception - an impressive foyer leading to huge gambling hall on the ground floor surrounded by bars/clubs, shopping centre upstairs and more shops /restaurants linking the Palazzo with the Venetian Hotel (yes the one complete with gondolas and canals!). Straight off the plane with jet lag it felt rather overwhelming on the downstairs but we soon got used to it. Our double room was enormous with lounge area and massive windows looking out on the Strip (namely the Treasure island Hotel). We had one morning by the pools and there were loads to choose from so you could chase the sun! Frozen cocktails by the pool cost an arm and a leg but were a treat. Everything was super, just on a mammoth scale! Read less

While a nice property, several issues during our stay show a clear oversight from management which are not acceptable for a 5 star hotel: room service took 90min each time even for just small bites or coffee, keycards didn’t work on first day and my 70-year-old mother and I had to wait 30min for maintenance to let us in the room and another 30min… Read more

We brought up these issues during checkout and were offered a refund of the resort fees, but these amounted to only $51, which was kind of insulting given it’s a negligible amount on a $650/night room. Well located on the strip with many great dining and shopping options plus the Venetian theatre where we saw Chicago and connected to The Sphere where we saw U2. The rooms are all suites. Spacious with a nice living room area next to the bedroom. Now the negatives: The rooms are a bit dated. They had no coffee maker, no water bottles for guests or even a small Bluetooth speaker. Shower had low water pressure. And the hallways smelled unfresh. We stayed one night at the Wynn when our flight got cancelled and the room was the same cost and much nicer. Read less

Stayed four nights at the Palazzo, two as part of a Vibee U2 package, and two booked through IHG. Expensive, expensive, expensive. The rooms were nice, that is about all I can say. Front desk staff and Guest relations were useless in resolving my issue with minibar charges for items we did not use. We did not use nor even touch the minibar, yet we were charged $117 and after two disputes they refused to remove the charges. So the minibar scam is it costs $300 to get all items removed from the minibar, but if you don't do that you will be charged for items you never used. This is after paying $150 a day to get club access for the waters, breakfast, appetizers, etc. Scam scam scam. You can be sure I will never stay there again. Read less

Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Many great restaurants on site from which to choose, and the room service is prompt and food was good. We don't gamble, primarily because of the smokers in the casino, so can't comment on that. The Starbucks there is always packed, even in the middle of the night. Great access to Sphere (we saw U2). Hotel is right on the strip across from a mall with many of the major stores, plus you have easy access to the Canal Shops. About a mile walk to the main part of the strip. Wish there were more options for breakfast at Palazzo. Read less
