576 suites on 38 floors in 3 buildings with 5 lifts per tower. All with air-conditioning, 42" flat-screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access, iHome clock radio, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated seating area, and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. 

Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Delights (gourmet delicatessen, open for all day dining). Starbucks®. The Lounge (bar). Additional restaurants and bars at MGM Grand. 

Live shows, DJ sets, and performances at MGM Grand including Cirque du Soleil.

Heated pool complex within each tower (seasonal). Poolside cabanas*. Two 24-hour fitness centre's. Additional facilities at MGM Grand including: Wet Republic, Grand pool complex, spa*, Topgolf*, and a casino.

Complimentary WiFi access (included in resort fee). Complimentary valet parking (self-parking is available at MGM Grand). Concierge. 

This hotel has a resort fee of $42 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

We enjoy the private apartments, clean, slightly off the strip, nice walk to pools and casino. Our new fave place and a giant jacuzzi tub to boot!

Upon arrival, we requested a high room and were given a penthouse floor (36) suite. Our view was amazing. We have stayed at MGM grand many times, and decided to try the Signature towers. We booked a strip view balcony suite. Upon arrival, we requested a high room and were given a penthouse floor (36) suite. Our view was amazing. We could see the whole strip from NY NY to the strat including the sphere, which was really cool. We had a kitchenette, so we went an bought groceries for breakfasts and snacks. It was really nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view and adult beverages. Staying at the Signature allows you access to the MGM pool complex, which we really enjoy the lazy river. It is a bit of a walk to the MGM, but it is indoors and there are some moving walkways too. We will be staying again soon! Read less

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel before! Beware of this establishment!! I booked the hotel for 4 nights through priceline and everything was great. We arrived at the hotel, checked in and stayed for 1 night. At 6:55pm the second day the hotel called me and said the credit card they had on file for me was declined and that I needed to come down to sort it out. No problem....I went down to the front desk (and spent a total of an hour and a half) working with an employee to figure out the issue. This person was not able to solve the problem and I asked twice to please speak with a manager. Finally a manager came over to talk to me. He was extremely rude and was not trying to work with me or my wife at all. We tried my card again and they said it was declined. I knew this was not true as I had just used the card and it was fine. I called the credit card company while I was standing at the front desk and the credit card company assured me the card had no problems at all as there were no holds, etc. I explained this to the manager and he looked at me and said "Well, this is your word against mine!" and refused to try anything else. I then tried another credit card and my wife tried a credit card and all of them were declined. My wife also made a call and was assured there was no problems with her card either. We politely asked the manager what are our options...and he said in a very snotty way "You need to provide me with a valid credit card!". No empathy or concern on his part at all. He was very spiteful and demanding and offered no other solution. We were locked out of our hotel room as they had deactivated our keys so I said to the manager, "Please let me in my room so I can pack, I'm getting out of here!" so he called security to escort us upstairs to get our belongings and escorted us off the property!! I've never been so humiliated in all my life. Where is the customer service? To make matters even worse I got charged for the room for that night. They said since it was after 3pm they could no longer rent the room to another guest, but they didn't call me until 6:55pm (well after 3pm) to tell me this! I will NEVER stay at this property again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away as well. This behavior is completely unacceptable! Read less

Asked for a late check out per one of the Elite benefits but was told they had availability just not for free. $30 for 1pm or $60 for 3pm. On checkin waited for a high floor for hours only to find others in my group were given penthouse suites after my arrival and without Marriott status. So no complimentary upgrade. Hotel needs updated but the service was great and the room was clean. Great bed linens. Would stay there again. Read less

We have stayed at The Signature many times and this time was one of the best ever! The front desk staff was excellent, as well as the security team and bell porters. The people working at Essentials and Delights were great too! The room was spacious and exactly what we needed...and very comfortable. We felt very safe in this area and frequently saw security guards in the lobby and hallways, which was comforting. We enjoyed our manicures at the MGM spa and the Lazy River at the MGM pools, which is another perk of staying at The Signature. Overall it was fantastic! Can't wait to go back:) Read less
