576 suites on 38 floors in 3 buildings with 5 lifts per tower. All with air-conditioning, 42" flat-screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access, iHome clock radio, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated seating area, and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. 

Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Delights (gourmet delicatessen, open for all day dining). Starbucks®. The Lounge (bar). Additional restaurants and bars at MGM Grand. 

Live shows, DJ sets, and performances at MGM Grand including Cirque du Soleil.

Heated pool complex within each tower (seasonal). Poolside cabanas*. Two 24-hour fitness centre's. Additional facilities at MGM Grand including: Wet Republic, Grand pool complex, spa*, Topgolf*, and a casino.

Complimentary WiFi access (included in resort fee). Complimentary valet parking (self-parking is available at MGM Grand). Concierge. 

This hotel has a resort fee of $42 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

This property only offers valet parking. Which should be a plus. I called the property before going to Vegas to make sure that their valet will not be a problem. This property only offers valet parking. Which should be a plus. I called the property before going to Vegas to make sure that their valet will not be a problem. They said they have no problems with the valet and that we would not have to park at MGM Grand. When we came back from dinner on a Saturday night they told us that the valet is full and that we have to park at MGM and walk over which is an extra 30 mins for us. Which is not what we were told. And they also charge us a resort fee when the wifi never worked in the room and the ice machine was broken on our floor. There is no pool on the property - not sure why we are paying the resort fee for. I would skep this hotel and look for another. Read less

I knew The Signature had beautiful, balcony rooms. I had no idea that the quality was this good. The beds were amazing to sleep on. I loved stepping out on the balcony in morning and before going to bed. The rooms were very quiet. The shower and whirlpool tub were such a treat after all the shows and gambling in Vegas. I loved the location next to the MGM Grand with a connecting walk way. The pool was pleasant, but there are more families at the venue, so I think it was great if you had kids. Read less

The MGM SIGNATURE is a beautiful hotel with ultra spacious rooms and fancy bathrooms but there are reasons for not giving it a full 5 rating. 1) We checked in at the peak hour and there was only one person at the reception desk (Tower 3). Needless to say that it was a time consuming process. At times there was nobody at the reception and one had… Read more
The MGM SIGNATURE is a beautiful hotel with ultra spacious rooms and fancy bathrooms but there are reasons for not giving it a full 5 rating. 1) We checked in at the peak hour and there was only one person at the reception desk (Tower 3). Needless to say that it was a time consuming process. At times there was nobody at the reception and one had to proceed to tower 2 if needed. 2) Besides the regular soap, shampoo, lotion - everything else is on demand - including soft slippers and shower caps. Easier said than done - guest services NEVER answer the phone! There is no other option but to go and stand in the reception queue to inform them. 3) Getting to the Strip is a good 10-15 minutes walk through the MGM GRAND (much more happening place) and even the tour buses are available at a considerable walking distance. A battery operated cart could be provided between the 2 hotels. All in all, I will still recommend the hotel for it's comfortable rooms. Read less
