I booked this hotel because we were traveling with family. I needed a separate living space for my son. Overall the hotel was ok. The bathrooms were nice and large. The kitchen was great. The sofa bed needed to be replaced/updated, mattress was thin, cushions showed wear and dirt. Carpet had bleach stains and dirt. Staff was good. Walk to… Read more

Check in staff very unfriendly! When booking asked for an upper floor but got 5th floor and they wanted to charge us more for an upper floor! Gate security directed us to tower 2 for check in and our room was in tower 1 and they had check in there and had to walk around with our stuff to get to our room!

We regularly visit Las Vegas and have, for years, stayed at the Signature. They are open but not really ready for guests. Employees are friendly, but completely uninformed. Beautiful functional & spacious room. Large bathroom with double sinks. Beautiful shower & separate jet tub. Refrigerator, sink, microwave, stovetop & wetbar. Our mattress was firm but still pretty comfortable. I prefer plush. Great stay.

I was incredibly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room. There was body hair and mold in our shower and a half eaten candy bar and wrapper behind the door. It took three days and three requests for housekeeping to come before problem was resolved. Management did not want to come to meet me in Tower one.
