The hotel

Treasure Island, known as 'TI', is the high energy, sophisticated resort on The Strip. It offers first class entertainment with Cirque du Soleil®'s stunning Mystère, consistently voted one of the best shows in Las Vegas. Centre of The Strip, opposite the fantastic Fashion Show Mall. Transfer time from Las Vegas airport: 11 minutes.

2,884 rooms on 36 floors in 1 building with 20 lifts. All with air-conditioning, 42" LCD TV with pay-per-view movies, digital clock radio with alarm and USB charging point, complimentary WiFi access, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, and mini-fridge. 

Deluxe Rooms feature 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Strip View Rooms offer views of famed Las Vegas Strip, the Volcano at The Mirage, and/or the tropical pool, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Petite Suites are larger in size with a lounge sofa and seating area, two bathrooms, a large whirlpool tub, and one king-size bed or two queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Tower Suites are extra spacious and feature a foyer, lounge and dining area, two bathrooms, a large whirlpool tub, and one king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Trip was for 2 nights. There was a long queue at check in and when husband got to the front, he needed my passport and I was sitting down and was didn’t even give him a chance to call me, I was sitting near and she called next. There was a long queue at check in and when husband got to the front, he needed my passport and I was sitting down and was didn’t even give him a chance to call me, I was sitting near and she called next. So I chanced the self check in and it worked. Gave option for upgrade but as we were only 2 nights, and out all the time, we didn’t see the point. We were on 31st floor overlooking the mountains. Room was grand. No complaints. Hotel is old but is popular. Free parking was fantastic. Swimming pool was lovely also. Check your card going in and no food or drink. They supply towels at pool and drinks are expensive. Got text messages on arrival and I could check out this way. They charged me for upgrade which we didn’t take but all by text they refunded it straight away so very impressed with this service. CVS also on site which is another bonus. Location excellent. We had a good time at Treasure Island, but we encountered an issue during check-in. Despite informing the staff that I had two kids and a pregnant wife, we were assigned a smoking room because they claimed there were no non-smoking rooms available. Upon entering the room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke and had to request a non-smoking room from the manager. After a brief wait, we were finally given a non-smoking room. Not sure what the problem was with the first receptionist, but he had an issue. Read less

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The positive was the view of the strip from our room on 35th floor. The negatives were the unbelievably long wait in line to check in as there were only a handful of staff and at least 100 people in line. Same thing when we checked out. My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The positive was the view of the strip from our room on 35th floor. The negatives were the unbelievably long wait in line to check in as there were only a handful of staff and at least 100 people in line. Same thing when we checked out. One member of staff at the desk even though there were about 10 checkout stations. We waited 30 minutes and the same guest was still at the desk being checked out. We had a flight to catch and there were 8 guests in front of us so in the end we just left without validating our member points or checking out officially. It seems there are lots of casino staff but hardly any customer service staff and the security staff at the elevators were rarely there. We will choose another hotel next time. Read less

Wifi wasnt working on the first night. We reported it 3 times and they didnt fix it till the next day. The safe in the room was not working either. These services were bad considering the fees are very high for them. Everything else was okay……..

Our room did not have running water in the sink, toilet, nor shower. Currently on a very long hold with the front desk for a resolution.
