Visited Virgin hotels Las Vegas in July, we had an enjoyable time! The Ruby tower rooms were lovely, we had an enjoyable few issues with room. However these were sorted in the end. Lots of great food establishments and thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies. Overall great hotel and will definitely visit again when in Vegas

BEFORE BOOKING AN 8 DAY STAY WITH VIRGIN HOTEL LAS VEGAS , WE ASKED 4 SEPARATE TIMES IF ALL THE HOT TUBS AND POOLS WERE OPERATING, AND 4 TIMES THEY LIED. THEY RUINED OUR VACATION, FORCING US TO GO TO OUTSIDE HOT TUBS IN VEGAS. THE RECEIPT SAYS RESORT FEES OF 51..O2 , BUT THEY DID NO PROVIDE WHAT THEY ADVERTISED AND SAID WITH LIES.

We had a fantastic stay at the Virgin hotel in Vegas. We booked directly with Virgin holidays which was fab, resort fee was waived which saved a lot of money. Our room was in the Ruby Tower, a gorgeous HUGE suite that overlooked the pool and great views of the Sphere. We was slightly disappointed that some of the restaurants were closed during our stay but this was last November so I’m sure they will all be open now. The pizza place was cool for a late night snack! The casino was a nice size, not overly busy and we could avoid it to get to our room. The strip is about a 20/25 min walk away which didn’t really bother us but when we couldn’t be bothered to walk we got an UBER or LYFT for a good price. Would we stay again? Absolutely, we’ve booked again for next October! Read less
