There are many reasons why Conrad Las Vegas has received a low rating from many people. I’m giving it one star for the following reasons. 1) I received a complimentary upgrade but was charged for the upgrade. If I didn’t double check before checking out, I would have responsible for an extra $150! 2) don’t expect the front desk person to… Read more

And the food is grossed and the prices are outrageous. For your health, please skip it! 4) I l expect the damn wifi to work anywhere in the room when I’m being charging $51 resort fee (included tax). But no, the wifi only works at one corner of the room. Read less

We saw a super elaborate production of Katy Perry in concert. Nowhere else on the strip do they have a 100% plant based 5 star fine dining restaurant. It was annoying having… Read more

It was annoying having to pretty much leave the grounds to catch an Uber, but it seems to be like this at all of the resorts are the same… also, the casino is not as Smokey as some of the others. We stayed at the 54th floor of Conrad in Las Vegas. Their bathroom was spacious and clean. Bedroom was spacious too and the bed was just right for a good night sleep. Their restaurants and food court serve ordinary food.

Overall the hotel was alright. But I would not come back. I could not sleep well for 2nights. The mini-fridge was very loud. The fan in the fridge makes loud noise. If you don’t mind noise in the room, it is ok. Carefully designed and the room is spacious than other hotel rooms.

We said no Ok we got the keys no explanation We asked her to add my name to to the room since my friend booked it - she didn’t tell us which elevator to use - the hotel only accept credit card - she did not add my name to the room I think receptionist should explain to the guest about the hotel , but her they only give u the key . And when you go to buy coffee in the morning and ask to add it yo the room you find out your name was not added to the room. So you have to walk all the way back to your room without coffee. Read less
