Just came back from a fabulous three-night stay. We had booked a flight/hotel package through Expedia a few months ago. I wanted to give this hotel 4.5 stars but there wasn't the option. I am docking half a star for the far location from the centre of the strip, lack of towel bars, and a visibly dirty robe in the closet. Checking in: When we arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm on a Saturday, there was no one in line ahead of us. We were immediately checked in and were upgraded to a (limited) strip view on the 20th floor. Room: We got a king sized bed room. It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean, modern, and spacious, with plenty of spots to charge our devices. We were perfectly happy. The bathroom was very modern. The full sized shower had both a rain shower and a hand-held shower head; unfortunately, the water pressure from the rain shower was minimal and did not remove the suds from my hair. Amenities were full sized and attached to the counter and shower (soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel). Strangely, there was only one towel bar on the shower door, and two hooks on the bathroom door. There was no room to hang two bath towels, two face towels, a hand towel, and two bathrobes. As well, one of the two robes in the closet was dirty. There is a safe in a dresser drawer, and a small fridge for our use. Service: We opted not to have daily cleaning, by keeping the Do Not Disturb sign on the doorknob the entire time. A clean robe, new towels, tissues, and another body lotion (there wasn't much left in the bottle on the counter) were brought to us within a reasonable amount of time after each of the three times we called (twice we had a robo-receptionist, and once a live person). Hotel: Loved the refillable water stations everywhere. Walked to one of the two nearby Starbucks for coffee every morning. We had bought breakfast bars, sandwiches, and fruit for breakfast from the nearby Walgreens. We only ate at the food court for lunch once. Overpriced but the food was decent with generous portions. Pool: We could see the pools from our room. It was packed on Saturday and Sunday, so we went on Monday and Tuesday--super relaxing. Plenty of chairs and parasols. We also checked out the infinity pool; we found the music there way too loud, and looking at construction isn't an attractive view either. But it was cool to use that pool for several minutes, and it didn't cost extra. Location: This hotel is at the north end of the strip. We walked for about 80 minutes to get to Park MGM for a show one night. However, we had our running shoes on and it was super nice out. As long as we stopped every so often for water, it was actually a nice hike. That was the furthest south we went. On the other days, we only walked to Fontainebleau to the north, and Mirage to the south. Because of the far location, we won't stay here again and will opt for a hotel on the centre strip. Read less

Very beautiful resort and casino. I had a very cozy room. It was quiet and clean. I couldnt ask for more. Service was also exceptionally great. I would go back any day. Also, the casino was beautiful. Very modern and well lighted. Parking was convenient.

Do not rely on Wifi in your room if you need to work. Worse, I have dealt with front desk and technical support over 6 separate calls trying to resolve. They keep going in circles (very frustrating). Searching the reviews here, it looks like WiFi has had issues since 2021. High speed broadband in a 5 star hotel should be like running water. Fix it. Read less

Great three night stay. I would definitely stay again. I’ve stayed at Venetian, Bellagio and Mandalay Bay and I think I like this property quite well in comparison. We made this reservation months ago as part of a package with the intention of seeing a Vegas Golden Nights game. I cannot understand why there have been so many negative reviews as we had a wonderful stay. Melissa and Andrea at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. We arrived early (10a) on Wednesday and while our room was not ready it gave us a chance to store bags, check out the resort and catch an early lunch at Esther’s. Our room was ready by the time we came back and we were moved to a strip view overlooking the pools. Our room was very nice (king) and the room was very clean, everything worked and smelled clean and fresh. The rooms all have a mini fridge (not coffee makers - go grab early coffee at Starbucks or Randy’s Donuts - both are just inside the casino). Housekeeping comes later in the day (midday or later) so we kept catching them as we were coming back in for downtime before dinner. They are thorough and very accommodating. We found Here Kitty Kitty (speakeasy) across the casino in one of the famous foods street eats but didn’t go. We spent one day at the pool which was really pleasant - it gets crowded Friday-Sunday so you need to get a lounger early and preferably under a tree. They do not have food all day on the pool deck so plan accordingly. The infinity pool is nice - we went on Wednesday and no issues. The hotel has plenty of water fillers so bring your bottle. We had no problems with cabs or Ubers. Much less crazy than a lot of other strip locations but you are far north. Given it is April it was a nice walk to the Venetian and we even walked to brunch at the Wicked Spoon in the Cosmopolitan but it is a hike. The only thing that I was less enamored with was that as a preferred Hilton member the meal credits are in Dawg House which is a sports bar. So better to use for lunch or dinner and get breakfast elsewhere. They have breakfast which is okay but limited. Coffee is hot and fresh though and staff is nice. Read less

This place is weird. A) they treat you like a number B) they close their pool so you cannot use it if not from 10 am until 5 pm. C) you cannot get ahold of anyone to ask about your reservation or with any questions. They do not have a person answering the phone or the chat.
