This was my first time staying at the New York, New York and I truly enjoyed all aspects. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic and the choice of eateries were plentiful. I will definitely visit again on the near future.

Pick a different hotel! It took us forever to check in. They had two people in a small area for all the people lined up. They were wanting people to check in using a kiosk but no one could get them to work. They also charged another $50. per day for a resort fee that wasn't included in the original price. There was no seating anywhere for guests to sit. When we arrived in the room which was an upgraded room with 2 queens and a view...we discovered it had no refrigerator, no microwave and no coffee maker. I checked on getting a refrigerator and it was $25. extra per day, but none were available at that time. I didn't even ask about the coffee maker or microwave at that point. It had an old fashioned bath tub that you had to step up to get into (with no safety mat or safety non slip strips). So it was very slippery while showering. The room was very dark with our beds hard as a rock with a slope. We chose this hotel because it had a Cirque show as their venue. I had stayed here a few times before and it was an amazing hotel and I had nothing but good memories of it. They just closed the Tropicana and Mirage...it looks like this one could be next. What an awful experience and to think I have several more days to stay here really sucks. Read less

Average hotel in Las Vegas for budget conscious travellers. Had issues with room quality and check in … we arrived quite late in the evening and it still took forever to get our room.

Rooms outdated,a/c didn't cool, restaurant area was a nice atmosphere. Didn't feel as safe, noticing an antipry lock on the room door. Was very easy to self check in
