The LINQ Hotel + Experience

The Strip, Las Vegas

Virgin rating

The hotel

Well-connected, the name lets slip the hotel’s ‘link’ to extra food, fun and frivolity. The guestrooms are hip and high-tech, but you won’t be there much with the LINQ’s endless diversions. The centrepiece is the High Roller – the world’s tallest observation wheel, at 550-ft high it takes 30 minutes to do the full loop. You’re also ‘linked’ to an exclusive shopping, entertainment and dining promenade. And, of course, the all-essential Vegas casino. Over 21s can enjoy the pool, with nightly swims twice a week, Champagne Sundays and pool deck misting. Then there are the other decadences: the Brooklyn Bowl, a massive bowling and live music venue, and endless dining and drinking establishments, including 24-hour Hash House A Go Go, whose colossal portions featured on ‘Man v Food’.

We arrived at the Linq Sunday evening for 3 nights. When we got there we did the self check in which said our room wasn’t ready this was at 9:30pm at night! We asked for assistance and they came straight away and had a room ready for us within seconds as you’d expect at that time of night. We were on the 17th floor in district 3. Having gotten to our room we were very happy with what we saw. Two very big double beds, a very nice bathroom iron/safe/tv etc and more. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. That A/C unit was also very good and worked warm and freezing. The location was great, right in the centre with the promenade running down the side with a range of bars and restaurants and some shops. We ate there a couple times and also went in the high roller wheel which was a great experience. All the staff were friendly and the casino was so relaxing you could sit there all night (if winning) 😂. It’s a 10/10 from us, we wish we were back already and would and will definitely be returning! Great hotel accommodations for a great price. Rooms are clean and efficient, only drawback is no fridge or microwave. The Promenade is a hidden gem with restaurants and such at your disposal off the strip. Good location in relationship to the other “big” casinos and Hash House a Go Go in the hotel is the best!

Everything you walk in it smells like a dirty ashtray. Our bathroom in our room smelled like urine. Body wash dispenser was missing. Very dirty room. We ate at one of the restaurants and an employee chased me down to tell me I couldn't use the bathroom because I wasn't a patron. I told him we just ate and no apology, he just walked away. At checkin, it seemed like we went to the very farthest room in the hotel to walkin to a dirty room. Had to go all the way back with luggage. They did rectify this. I do agree with other posts about housekeeping. One day we had 1 bed made and dirty towels taken. No clean towels left, trash was left. We received partial housekeeping 1 day out of 4. If u like this area, I would try the flamingo. Read less

The automated check-in was broken. The staff tried the terminals multiple times and failed. They took our IDs and disappeared only to come back and try the terminals again that failed again. Some of my party had to ask for their IDs back because they didn't give them back. Then we were told they didn't have our rooms so we had to take what they… Read more

This all took at least an hour and we were in front of the line! I will never stay here again. I will make sure to tell anyone planning to go to Vegas to never stay here. Read less

The WORST place on planet earth! Hotel is a DUMP. Room smelled and had numerous holes and marks on the walls... soap dispenser did not work. Hallway was noisy all night long... AC System sucks... no coffee machine in room. System double booked and charged me twice. Customer service gave me the run around and would not issue a refund. Will never… Read more

Will never stay at another Ceasars property ever again. They have lost this customer for life as well as his family and his businesses travel bookings! Treated better at a Motel 6 vs. this trash!
