We enjoyed our stay at The Palazzo in Las Vegas. The check-in went very smoothly. The front desk lady was very friendly. She gave us an upgrade to a room with a view of the strip for our honeymoon. Very much appreciated! Our room was very nice and very spacious. A very good large bed, a nice lounge, 3 televisions (1 in front of the bed, 1 in the lounge and 1 in the bathroom) and a very spacious bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet. A pleasant room to stay in. Small downside: the bathroom had not been cleaned properly upon our arrival. There were some hairs from previous guests in the shower and toilet. On the second day, housekeeping found the hair and got rid of it. The Palazzo is a huge hotel where you will definitely not be bored. We spent about two hours at the pool and that was also very enjoyable. There are many restaurants at The Palazzo and The Venetian (often more expensive though). The check-out went very smoothly. There are 3 unmanned kiosks in the lobby where you just need to fill in your name and room number and the check-out is processed. At 1 minute everything was done. Very easy. We can definitely recommend The Palazzo for a visit to Las Vegas! Read less

Easy parking garage access and easy check in - great rooms - unfortunately the experience at the Casino Bar was horrible. Empty tables/charis on a Thursday night. We were told if sitting at a table it was a $50 minimum per chair - we agreed to this and some folks sat and some stood - we were buying drinks/spending money however the waitress kept giving us a hard time (along with slow/horrible service) We finally paid our bill and left, never have I seen a place treat paying customers so bad - will never spend a dime ther again. We love staying at the Palazzo, the rooms are big and nice, and is one of the few hotels that you are in and out really quick so we always choose to stay here. I We love staying at the Palazzo, the rooms are big and nice, and is one of the few hotels that you are in and out really quick so we always choose to stay here. Well this time around I’m nursing a baby and needed a refrigerator to store the breast milk I was pumping everyday. I called before even making the reservation and was told to ask for a medical fridge at check-in. I was provided one, but it was tiny. I expressed my concerned as soon as I saw it and before I signed the agreement, but I was told that was the only size the hotel has (it had a total space for 4 bags for milk) for a 4 day stay that’s not enough. I was told by the lady who delivered the fridge that they can only take one per room and if it didn’t fit I had space in the minibar to put stuff there. I did used that space and fit 2 breast milk bags. We honestly do love the palazzo and Venetian but wanted to share for moms that are planning to visit to know ahead of time and not end up with an upsetting visit like we had. Read less

Pros: location, amenities, food options, entertainment options, casino, Tao Beach, Tao nightclub, the Electra lounge, room size, view, easy check-in checkout process (mobile key - checked in from the airport, and room was waiting for me when I arrived. Walked directly to the room upon arrival). Spacious King Suite/high floor/with strip view).… Read more

If I had to list one it would be the absence of microwaves in the rooms… or possibly having to pay to rent a mini fridge. Not deal breakers though. There is a Walgreens next door ans you could always go buy a small cooler if needed to keep drinks cold. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Expected Better At The Palazzo

Aug 12, 2022 eltayeb2022 Toronto, Canada

Over priced for what the hotel offers. The room was nice and big but I was really disappointed that there was no coffee machine or Nespresso machine in the room and had to wait half hour at Starbucks for my morning coffee. I will not be staying at the Palazzo again.
