We went to Vegas in March to get married, and treated ourselves to one of the best hotels in Vegas! The hotel itself is amazing! HOWEVER, their cleaning staff are thieves!! On our 2nd day of being there I could not get into the room safe to obtain my cash.

It's a luxury experience - although I have 3 complaints to note and will add them at the end of this review. The Palazzo is aesthetically pleasing, and my suite had an amazing view of The Sphere. I felt safe and appreciate security by the elevators and the required guest key swipe before proceeding past security. The restaurants were nice. I liked the food overall. I dined at Canaletto, SushiSamba, Zeppola Cafe, and enjoyed gelato at Cocolini and another ice cream shoppe nearby. Also, enjoyed the massive candy shoppe. The gondola experience is a nice touch, but definitely too short of a ride for the inflated cost. The pipe in my bathroom burst and that was a huge inconvenience. The staff could appear more friendly. They're dry and some are short in their delivery which translates to rude. Read less

Don't do the Prestige package - it's not worth it. We did't get any of the amenities they had and it was expensive and changed by the day. The Casino smells like smoke and the concierge was useless. The only thing nice is Canyon Rance spa. No water in the rooms, no coffee in the rooms and $150 charge if you put your own water in the minibar. … Read more

After having to cancel our planned anniversary trip in 2020 we finally rescheduled in 2023. After conversations with travel agent they persuaded us to change our original planned hotel and go for The Palazzo instead, so pleased we did. Room was much bigger than we expected, with the advantage of the separate seating area. We were on floor 38 and facing The Strip and so had great views both during the day and at night. Being linked to The Venetian means that it is easy to get lost!, there are plenty of shops and walkways to explore, not to mention the indoor Gondolas. So many restaurants to choose from but we only actually used The Grand Lux Cafe for breakfast most days, then eating elsewhere in Las Vegas for the rest of the day as we explored around the city. We found the staff very friendly and also were helped by the concierge desk staff a couple of times, who again were very helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here, we knew this was a little more expensive than some other hotels but as it was for an anniversary trip and we were travelling from the UK, we felt it would be worth it. As we found out, it was even better than we anticipated. Read less
