Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Paid more for an advertised room with a strip view. Was dismayed to get here and see that meant viewing a parking lot and the back of the Hilton Grand Vacation. Paid more for an advertised room with a strip view. Was dismayed to get here and see that meant viewing a parking lot and the back of the Hilton Grand Vacation. When I booked this room months ago the difference for a week between this room and standard balcony room was a little more than a couple hundred dollars, Kendall with the management team claims it’s a $15 difference per night. But this was only after she attempted to insult my intelligence and tell me the back of the Cosmopolitan was the strip. What kind of delusional inducing kool-aid is the management team drinking?!? After I told her that I was not satisfied with the outcome of our call, she rudely hung up. Will never stay at an MGM hotel again. Read less

Great way to stay in Vegas. All three towers connect to the MGM grand which makes access to the casinos and other entertainment very easy. Rooms are a bit dated with multiple hardliners for telephones but they are spacious with great views of the strip. Hotel also offers great deals which make a short or long stay affordable.

Valet closes once it gets full!! Make guest park at the paid mgm once the parking is full. Should offer free gig parking to guest if that’s the caseThe sinks were clogged. Windows are not sound proof. Resort fee is high.

MGM has three property; MGM Grand, Park MGM, and MGM Signature. Room is suite at the Signatures. My room has a balcony. The room has a coffee maker, sofa bed, microwave, stove, 55'' wall mounted TV, 2 safes, iron and iron stand like a timeshares resort. Sharerides location is a little walk to a designated location. Overalls, it a good hotel.

We stayed in tower 2 November 19th-24th. The suite was fantastic just as it has always been in the past. The parking situation however, was a total poop show. On the 20th I waited 65 minutes to turn car into valet and was told it was due to too many new guest checkins but the lobby was empty . 2 nights later the property had the gates closed and… Read more
We stayed in tower 2 November 19th-24th. The suite was fantastic just as it has always been in the past. The parking situation however, was a total poop show. On the 20th I waited 65 minutes to turn car into valet and was told it was due to too many new guest checkins but the lobby was empty . 2 nights later the property had the gates closed and was telling guests to drive over to MGM self park and pay to store your car as the garage was full. I later heard both issues were staffing related as management had recently reduced staffing but have no confirmation. We decided to leave our rental car in the garage after the 1st issue as I am disabled and cannot park at another property and walk back to Signature. Sad part is...the valet parking is why we stay at this property but as much as we love the suites, its time to part ways. I highly recommend this property if you do not have or rent a car. If you do go the car route...I cannot recommend this property. Read less
