We stayed at a Deluxe Studio room floor 11 with strip views. The room was very spacious for two or up to four people. Small kitchenet with cutlery pots and pans for cooking, the room had a very large bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower. The room was clean and very comfortable, mattress was also very comfortable as well. The hotel offers Valet parking and it was a great feature, free to hotel guest. The tower had its own pool and hot tub with a private bar area for the pool guests. You can reserve a cabana or lounge beds if you'd like but lounge chairs were always available. Being a Signature hotel guest gets you in to the MGM Grand pool Complex which is wonderful if you want more of a party vibe. The hotel is connect to MGM hotel and casino via a private walkway. The walk from tower 2 to MGM casino is about 5-8 mins walk. This hotel is further away from the strip and there is no casino in the hotel, so if your looking for a more relaxed vegas stay without the casino chaos, smoke and noise, but still want o get some of the vegas action here and there this is your spot.

Even though The Signature at MGM is listed as a Marriott Bonvoy property on website and they have a designated check in line for Marriott Bonvoy Elite and Platinum members this property will not even acknowledge or ask for Marriott rewards number upon check in because not a Marriott Property. Was completely misled by Marriott Bonvoy as were at least another dozen Bonvoy members I observed during my 3 night stay raising the issue to front desk. I specifically booked this hotel because it was included on Marriott Bonvoy site and was close to my meeting location. Never again and I blame Marriott Bonvoy for misleading their loyal members, Do Better!!

Great hotel at a great value! Would definitely stay here again. Clean room, comfortable bed, and a huge spa tub! The balcony was lovely, but at 36 floors up, also a little scary! Great view of the Strip, though, so we just stayed away from the railing!

Great rooms, great staff and great location. The proximity to the airport was awesome for travel in and out of Las Vegas. It has everything you need on campus, so you don't need to go outside, but if you want to explore you're right next to the strip and a short walk to everything.
Construction during Formula One Race Setup (June-November)

I was not aware of the construction surrounding the property. Just be careful on timing of your stay, the street setup for Formula One Race (6 months in the making) for the Race in November. Lots of traffic to get to and from the property due to road closures and many traffic stops.
