We stay at Hilton hotels and this is the nicest Hampton we have visited. During vacations, we like the space of a suite but the other Hamptons suites are one room. The design of this hotel must be new as they had 2 rooms which accommodates separate sleep cycles. The water park is a nice plus even for us Boomers. The hot tub worked well and was limited to adults. We were in town for skiing and the hotel was a perfect base camp. The only drawback which is the same one for all Hamptons and other hotels at this price point. It's a complaint I hate to make because it's a freebie, the breakfast. It serves the purpose but any of the egg products have a real mass produced look, feel, taste. Not even salsa to help make them palatable. Other than the food, the dining areas are always nice with good coffee 24/7, great cookies, and games/books. Its in the heart of town but in the woods. Our room overlooked a pine forest. Read less

Corporate inflexibility led to us booking another hotel even though we had already paid for a hotel room here. Our travel were booked weeks in advance all at hilton properties. Asking for a refund to not stay at a substandard room was not granted.

The rugs are beat in the halls and especially the elevators. The room was clean but also needs work. The bathroom shelves are pealing and discolored from water spotting. Internet is very poor, just used my phone instead.

Another great Hampton. Best parts were the pool and free breakfast. We didn't have our kids with us this time but still tried out the big water slides and hot tub. Breakfast had some extra items that are not usually included with the standard Hampton selection, such as bonus waffle flavors (banana and blueberry), juiced greens, hard boiled eggs in the shell, and two kinds of smoothie. The room was great, we went for the larger single room. It had mini fridge, microwave, and wet bar which I always look for when traveling. Now two very nitpicky things which I only noticed because I stay at so many Hamptons for work and they are generally excellent... first, only one of the bedside tables had outlets. I had to move the table to plug in my stuff. Second, our room had a door connecting to the neighboring room and a lot of noise leaked through. First from a group of ski bros, then a family on the last day. Neither group seemed to be doing anything other than talking at normal volumes, so I wonder if maybe there just wasn't a good seal on the connecting door. Not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again! Read less

Popcorn kernels. Used tissues. Alcohol nips. All left over from previous guests. Obviously was not cleaned properly. Asked for a deep clean on day 1 - they offered and when we came back to our room it looked the same. Awful.
