Really enjoyed the quaint, clean, vintage cabins; very well maintained. Service was perfect, staff was very friendly. We’re so glad we found this place. We will definitely return in the fall and next summer when we plan our annual family North Conway summer vacation!

This was a last-minute booking. The website photos (including the breakfast) looked lovely. My husband and I were given the room at the front of the house, facing White Mountain Highway. The room is large and two reasonably comfortable chairs for sitting were a plus. The bed was comfortable and there were enough towels. Road noise did not bother us, but the morning sun (the room faces east) coming in through broken slats in the blinds, did. The decor was dated, even dowdy. All of this was tolerable for one night. The breakfast "buffet," however, was not. Breakfast is in the basement of a barn and hard to find. Someone who could not climb stairs would have a hard time getting there. When we walked in the door, a man who looked as though he was there to seat people simply told us to "grab a table wherever you can find one," which we did. The breakfast buffet was covered dishes of scrambled eggs, greasy-looking potatoes, bacon and sausage, and dried-out pancakes and french toast. There were thermos containers of regular coffee (no decaf) and the only visible dairy products to put in it were small containers of half and half. I need to eat a low-fat diet so I asked for milk at the bar and was handed a plastic jug of whole milk from the refrigerator to pour into my coffee cup. The only fruit product available was orange juice. Based on the room alone I might have given 3 stars, but the breakfast brought it way down. Definitely not worth the expense in a town so focused on tourism. Read less

My wife, two kids and I have visited North Conway every two years, five times now. This was the best accommodation we have had. The Saco River right outside our window was an unexpected bonus. Clean, well-located and safe, with great service all around. We will be back for sure.
