We stayed here over Martin Luther King weekend and really enjoyed it. We got a suite which was nice and roomy. I wouldn't call it cozy in the room but definitely big enough to spread out and relax. The bed was VERY comfortable with plenty of pillows and we slept like babies. Also, the room gets really dark which is great if you like to sleep… Read more

The bed was VERY comfortable with plenty of pillows and we slept like babies. Also, the room gets really dark which is great if you like to sleep in. We stayed on the top floor at the end of the hall which reception told us was a good location because kids tend to run up and down the halls so it worked out great. I'd recommend bringing your own hairdryer as the one they provide it attached to the wall and not very powerful. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel so I can't speak to the food but the bar area looked nice. The location is great too. You can walk to the outlets and it's a short drive from the restaurants and some outdoor activities. It's definitely a kid-friendly and very busy place but we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Read less

Stayed here for a girls getaway weekend and it's convenient for sure, right behind the outlets. It's definitely not the most INexpensive place, but the outside hot tub & pool is nice, and there's a fire pit out there as well. LOTS of kids, including middle schoolers around so it was VERY busy in that hot tub Saturday night. Not my cup of tea,… Read more

They also have an indoor pool and hot tub but I hate chlorine smell, and outside is ALWAYS nicer. Read less

Love that you can use the outside pool in the winter which they also light the fire so is very cosy! Breakfast has a large variety, and staff are always friendly and up for a chat. Rooms are spacious & always cleaned to a high standard. The water is always hot, so you don’t have to worry about it getting cold if everyone is using it! Read less

I got a fantastic deal during the gap between busy period, TWICE. For the price, it’s absolutely a steal in terms of what it offers. So if it sounds too good to be true, take it with a grain of salt. I got a fantastic deal during the gap between busy period, TWICE. For the price, it’s absolutely a steal in terms of what it offers. So if it sounds too good to be true, take it with a grain of salt. Big, bright, pleasant room with comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and new looking towels. Those are the top priorities of any lodging establishment. This place meets the standard, WELL. TV is big and good quality. Enjoy watching New Year celebration on it. Desk and couch well used as I was “working remotely” during the holidays. Refrigerator and microwave together means I don’t have to eat out every night. Good for my wallet. That’s not to say the on-site restaurant is bad. I ate there about half of my stay. The food was good and reasonably priced, for a hotel restaurant anyway. Pools: I mean plural! Indoor and outdoor, in winter! That’s really nice!!! It’s needed though. Even when the hotel was not full, the pools were quite busy, I mean crowded. Now the quibbles. Breakfast buffet is quite expensive. Although the variety and quality is good, it was THE SAME EVERYDAY! I mean EXACTLY THE SAME ITEMS for days on end! I stayed in two separate weeks, 2-3 days each. SAME items, EVERYDAY. Service is a bit of a checkerboard. Mostly about standard. But the few times things didn’t quite work perfectly, resolution varied. Some satisfactory, some less so. If I had paid the top dollar at peak period, I probably wouldn’t be too pleased. But as I paid motel price and got hotel quality accommodation, I let it slide. Overall, it’s a good place. Read less

We always tow along a few kids, mostly teens these days and this hotel makes our life so easy. Comfortable large rooms with mini frig and microwave. The kids love the pool both inside and out. The cookies and hot cocoa are always a favorite and the buffet breakfast fills up large teenage boys for the day, with a large assortment of options. There is always yogurt and fruit for me. Of course the proximity to Cranmore and Attitash and a hundred outlets out the front door means there is something for everyone. Hotel staff are well trained and rooms and service can't be beat. See you in Feb. Read less
