Where to start: While the pictures make this place look amazing I also expected an amazing experience which is the opposite of what I got for my one night stay. The worst part was the breakfast “in a bag” that is not specified on the website. I had called the night before and asked if the hot breakfast was included for the $402/per night cost. I was told a “breakfast buffet”. The breakfast in a bag was not explained upon arrival and found out the next morning which were pre packed and included a banana, muffin, and danish. If I wanted a pre packaged meal I could have went to Walmart and picked up pre packaged food. I explained this was not relied to me or on their website... the women credited me $20, because that was the cost of the breakfast buffet (but currently not offered or included). I advised I would have booked somewhere else had I been informed. No breakfast but served dinner at the same place, in the same room, sounds like taking the cheap way out. The room was okay. The bathrooms were not as “ lavish“ as they described them to be. The two pools were extremely crowded at 9:30-10:30pm. There were also ants crawling all over the floor in the women’s sauna inside the locker room. I expected more from such a “grand” hotel. I asked for a bottle of water with milk which appeared to be an issue, for my breakfast “one cold beverage choice” even though their website claims to have seasonal snacks (which weren’t available) and fruit infused water (also not available). Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return for $402 per night. Read less
