Summary: bad value, wildly overpriced for the basic hotel and subpar guest services. Stayed with my husband in a king room for two nights for our anniversary. Will not return. You should stay here if: You want to pay luxury prices for mediocre rooms, common spaces, bathrooms, etc. There is nothing unique or welcoming about this hotel Or you like hearing “no”! Here’s a list of all the things the hotel couldn’t help me with: - No, no one could help me find a dinner reservation. - No, no champagne could be sent to the room. - No, the fitness center could not be scheduled or used due to Covid— not even one family group at a time. - no, they would not provide a fitness voucher or comp for a day pass to a local center. - No, they could not bring up the breakfast bags.(Doggie bags are the free breakfast, btw, so don’t hope for anything hot.) - No, there was no way to watch a movie from the room, you’ll have to borrow a DVD from the lobby, and no we can’t bring one up. So, my recommend is to stay elsewhere, unless you want to pay a premium for mediocrity and a dismissal of your guest requests. Read less

Have stayed in this hotel many times before. Pre-Covid, it was a good value for the price. Now, not quite. The good: Room was clean and bed was comfortable as before. Outdoor hot tub was nice in particular. Wifi works, which is important. Not good: -- Breakfast was really substandard. Unhealthy too. All sweet and a bit yucky if you're not the kind who eat sweets first thing in the morning! That said, pre-covid, breakfast wasn't included anyway. So I'd just assume breakfast is not included again. It's easy enough to buy stuff from the supermarket the night before. While I'm at it, I might as well prepare my own lunch too. :-( -- Restaurant not open! That's the biggie for me. It's winter, it's dark by 5pm. Do I want to go out in the dark to eat? Not exactly. That's WHY I CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. The on-premise restaurant! OK, I get the Covid related change. But other places had continued service with reduced capacity. The many times I stayed here before, the restaurant was never busy at dinner time. There would have been plenty of space to social distance if my experience last year was any indication! -- Snack food for take out only ! So there's no dine-in at the restaurant. Fine, I'll gladly have meals in my room! Nope, there's only sandwiches and salads for take out!!! I understand it's challenging time we're in. But to be pragmatic, without the food options, this hotel isn't quite up to standard of stand-alone hotel as a base for the area. If I have to go out for breakfast and dinner, North Conway has many other no-name motels that cost less. Yes, the clean room and comfy bed is nice. But those aren't enough to bring me back. Oh one more thing, there're automated hand sanitizer dispenser on each floor. But none of them worked while I was there. Read less

I cannot count how many times we have stayed in this hotel. It's become our home away from home when we visit North Conway, which is quite frequently!! This time we got to see it at Christmas and it was decorated just beatifully. The location of this hotel is my favorite!! Both pools and jacuzzi's were open and although it was fun to go outside and see the snow on deck with steam rising from the heated pool, it was a bit too cold for us. But there were quite a few that didn't mind. The complimentary bagged breakfasts aren't quite as amazing as the breakfast available during "normal" times but my kids like it and I appreciate the gesture and offer. You get a decent bag of breakfast goodies plus a beverage of choice (non alcoholic of course). Service was great and we look forward to our next visit soon!!! Read less

This hotel was excellent for my friends and I. We were taken care of greatly and the rooms were spectacular. The pool and hot tub were used several times to soothe ourselves from the tough skiing days. Also, the staff made sure to supply a quick breakfast to grab which was very helpful. Will be staying here again.

We love this hotel. Staff are nice and very helpful, beds are comfy, and we love how close the hotel to the outlet shops. The pool and hot tub sooth our achy old bones, so we're in it twice a day! Ordinarily, there is a great breakfast buffet but, with Covid, they offer a "grab and go" that is actually quite sufficient (if you need something more substantial there are 2 great breakfast places nearby - Peaches and Priscilla's).
