In the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire. Adjacent to the Settlers Green Outlet Village. 5-minute drive to Cranmore, 45 minutes to Loon, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods and 1 hour to Cannon. Driving time from Boston Logan International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes.

200 modern and comfortable rooms on 4 floors with 3 lifts. All with air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, mini-microwave, iron and board, hairdryer and safe. Standard Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The hotel was great. It is very family friendly but can be used for couple getaways as well! The spa was wonderful and all the staff are super friendly.

I have stayed here for the past 3 years for April vacation with my grandkids and had a very good experience. The fact that they chose to do maintenance on indoor pool on April school vacation was very upsetting. For some reason the staff weren't as friendly and service wasn't as good

Indoor pool was closed 1 1/2 days of our two days stay… We were not told this when we made reservations… Heat/AC unit in our room did not work properly… The fan in our bathroom did not work

Won’t be back. Poole and jacuzzis were horrendous, green and brown with scum and bandaids. The hotel and the rooms are wall to wall carpets and smell musty due to people being careless walking around soaking wet. Theres no circulation or fan vents in the bathrooms the whole entire room steams up after 5 min in the shower. Curfew/noise is not… Read more

Was not enjoyable. One positive is the location is key and right in the center of everything the outlets are a rock throw away. But we won’t be back, would rather spend my money else where. Read less
