Amid the Cronovirus we headed to North Conway for a long planned get away. The hotel was busy but not packed. Check in was quick and the room was clean. We had Room 461 a top corner one bedroom room. It was nice and quite. Had a couple of refrigorators and a microwave with small sink. Comfortable room but the bed was a bit hard. Not much give and the pillows were way to soft for us. The pool was nice and warm and the outdoor pool with fire pit was a little cooler but warm also. More people outdoors than indoors. The breakfast buffet was OK. They had all the breakfast staples both cold and hot. We also at supper at the inhouse restaurant and both had burges whith onion rings. Bergers were huge and perfecty cooded for us Medium Rare. A bit exspencive but food was good. We stay there ofter and its the same everytime. Consistant. Read less

For the price of this hotel, we were expecting more and didn't get it. Room was average in space. Reserved a king size bed, ended up with 2 queens. Was directly accross from the elevator with running yelling kids. Went to go to the sauna after skiing all day, "Out of order" on the sauna and 2 of the bathroom stalls.

We checked in and it took well over a half hour, the women must have been new because she had no idea what she was doing. The hotel's location is great but it needs an upgrade. Certain parts are starting to look very shabby. The kids loved the outdoor pool in winter so that was a big hit. I don't think we would stay again there are much nicer… Read more

This hotel was pricier this particular weekend, but overall seemed the best option as compared to others around town. Pros first... staff were all very pleasant. The dining areas are okay and there are quite a few activities for kids including pools. Cons... The online photos of the room are not what you'll see in person. The rooms are actually quite dark and dated and far overdue for an update. The bathroom is very small and there is no fan. Heating/cooling system is loud. The walls are paper thin and we heard our neighbors (who were not overly loud) from the moment they woke until they went to bed. Kids talking, yelling and running up and down the halls became a noise issues as well. Dining areas are okay, but the food is what you'd expect from a high school cafeteria. All in all... If you are looking for a family get away with pools and activities for kids, and don't mind the bustle and noise, this might be a good option. I would not recommend this hotel for a quiet getaway or if you adverse to being overrun by many children and teens in elevators, lobby, pool areas etc. Read less

We stayed here for the pools to get some swim time in. The pools did not disappoint and we loved swimming outside in the middle of Winter with snow all around. Outdoor hot tub was amazing when it wasn’t packed full. Room was clean. Movie theater downstairs was fun. Only thing we missed out on was the hot chocolate. Went for it at 4:06 but it was… Read more
