Our room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant food was okay but the staff was so great with our daughter. The outdoor pools and playground were amazing. For young families it is such a huge plus! I have already been recommending this place to friends and co-workers! Thank you so much for a great weekend! Read less

Hotel central to North Conway, although everything is massively spread out, so need to get in the car! good for the White Mountains but the area isn't great. On the plus side, it is right next to the shopping outlets, so you can get coffee and there are a few restaurants if needed. Room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but not noisy. On the plus side, it is right next to the shopping outlets, so you can get coffee and there are a few restaurants if needed. Room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but not noisy. Could do with a new air con system, very loud, but we found that to be the same in other hotels on our trip. This is the ONLY hotel out of 10 we stayed in in New England that actually had their out door pool open in May! So they do have to get some points for that! It was well heated and has fire pit to the side and a really warm jacuzzi! Do not eat here! The breakfast was the worst we have ever had and could not be eaten, it was just very bad quality food swimming in oil. Really was terrible. In hindsight, we should have sent it back but would have been pointless as it is just how they make it. Drinks can only be consumed in the bar area fyi, and not taken up to your room! Perks were that there was an indoor and outdoor pool, we could do laundry there, and the rooms were big and comfortable. Downsides were the food, the decor and the outdated/tired facilities. Was the best of a mediocre bunch of hotels in the area to be frank. Read less

Stayed here for a long weekend get away. Location is great as right out the back door is the outlet mall, a few restaurants, steps from the main street. Decor is very woodsy. Fountain area had a pair of Canadian Geese with goslings in tow, living there. Free coffee in lobby, friendly staff. Recommended all sorts of things to do in the area. did the Kanamungus loop one day, stopping to take in the scenery & views. Many families with children that would stop in the morning to take pics with the bear statues in the lobby. All smiles. Read less

A group of 9 of us recently had a girls night out in North Conway. This hotel was fantastic! From the super clean and well stocked rooms to the outdoor hot tub😉. The staff was very accommodating, the evening restaurant had good quality pub fare and beverages which made relaxing all that much easier. Thank you North Conway Grand Hotel!

We checked in a little early, and the man at the desk (I believe his name was St. John/Sinjin) was very accommodating. I had a few special requests, and he gave us an ideal room. Fourth floor, away from noisy areas, and with a partial view of the mountains. Our king size bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. Bathroom was modern and well equipped, and it was dead quiet during our stay. Can't comment on the food because we ate elsewhere in town. This hotel has it all, a good choice for families with young children as well as couples. Read less
