We knew there were renovations going on yet it was a tiny disappointing with the jacuzzi and dining area lost the view but either way it was still a wonderful trip and we understand the renovation will improve for future trips. Everywhere we went had breathtaking views. Love that the pantry had drinks and snacks especially the cookies in the afternoon time. Staff were all extremely pleasant. We look forward to coming back next year. Read less

I booked this semi-last minute for April vacation with a Capital One Travel credit and deal. I paid out-of-pocket $50 total for a 2 night stay with breakfast. I knew going in that there was construction going on but figured the deal more than made up for it. The views and location are amazing. You are 5 minutes to Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, and downtown North Conway, about 10 minutes to the outlets. The included breakfast was made to order and really great. It included entrees of pancakes, french toast, waffles, omelettes, and more. There is a temporary space set up for breakfast due to the construction. My kids loved the outdoor heated pool, which really was amazingly warm. They swam 5 times in 2 days. There was a construction crew ripping out the hot tub but the jackhammering and noise did not bother my kids or the other kids in the pool. Again, we knew coming in the hot tub, breakfast room and tavern were under construction. The rooms are renovated and really beautiful with a walk-in shower, comfortable beds. Everyone we encountered for staff was super friendly and attentive. My mom, who is hard to please, would come back again. Can't wait to see it once the construction is done! Read less

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. Hotel, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room had a gorgeous view of the mountain and was decorated beautifully. The room also had a walk in shower with a rainfall shower head.
