The staff were super helpful and charming! They couldn’t offer us a king size bed on arrival so they gave us two queens which meant more space with a higher room overlooking NYC. Great location with a 15min walk to Time Square, 5min walk to the Empire State Building and plenty of great reasonably priced restaurants/pizzerias close by. I would… Read more

We stayed here for a few nights and the hotel is in a great location with Macy’s, Penn Station and Times Square all within walking distance. The rooms are clean and a decent size for New York City. The staff we’re really friendly and happy to offer help and advice when we needed it. The only downsides were the prices in the hotel, for example a bottle or Sprite was $3 which I think is excessive. The other issue was that there were some renovation works being carried out during our stay so at times the lobby was filled with beds and some mornings we could hear drilling. I understand sometimes works need to be done but perhaps they could have advise the workers no drilling or banking until after midday. However, we got a good deal and I would stay here again for the location and room sizes. Read less

When you are greeted with a thanks for being a Hilton honors member right off the bat this to me is important to me. Rooms were recently updated. Keurig in the room as well as a fridge and microwave. Pretty good size also. The hotel is located on a street lined with flower shops. Walk outside and you think it’s a florist shop. Everything is within walking distance including subway. Staff is pleasant and cheerful. I’d stay here again for sure! Read less

This hotel was quite nice, however, there were a few things that make it not five star. Noise: If you are on the street, it is very noisy. This is the flower district and it all starts around five a.m. If you are a light sleeper, do not have a room on the street side. Front desk: I tried to call my room around 11:15 pm and there was no answer… Read more

This is the flower district and it all starts around five a.m. If you are a light sleeper, do not have a room on the street side. Front desk: I tried to call my room around 11:15 pm and there was no answer from the hotel desk. Not everyone has cell phones, so if this was an emergency, that was not acceptable. Pros: Clean, comfortable, and updated with good beds. Bathroom faucet did not have good water pressure. Little trickle to wash up with. Big pro: Close to Vamoose bus stop, many wonderful restaurants and good for Madison Square Garden. Read less
