We came to NYC for Easter weekend and had rooms 907 and 908. We booked a deal on Hotels Tonight and were encouraged by the positive reviews on TripAdvisor. Unfortunately, the deal was not worth it and I do not recommend this hotel. Pros: clean room, modern furnishings, decent water pressure and channel selection on the TV Cons: NO HOUSEKEEPING DUE TO COVID-19, tiny elevators, no valet parking, strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevators at all times, only 1 set of towels provided in the room, and when we needed any toiletries or towels replenished we had to come to the lobby to retrieve them. On Sunday, we were told that the entire hotel had no towels and I couldn't give my kids a bath for over an hour and eventually I ran into a housekeeping person in the hallway who had a cart full of towels. Lobby staff were not very friendly and overall this place felt like a cheap motel. Read less

I've stayed at the Fairfield across the street before and this was much better. Microwaves and Fridge in the room, moderately spacious & clean rooms as well! The breakfast was a bit disappointing (2 hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apple, frozen tiny bagel) but everything else was up to par. They should provide frozen breakfast sandwiches that you can… Read more

Pros - Clean Room, Modern Furnished, Well Maintained, Friendly Staff Cons- Short Staffed, Extra Charge for parking, No Valet (COVID), Lousy Breakfast Option (COVID), poorly prepped room. Checking in, the one and only Staff Member was professional but being well overtaxed by phone calls and guests! Was advised when I made the reservation that the breakfast option (which I selected and was $25+ above the basic cost) that there would be a selection available but no dining room. Turned out to just be a boxed meal of 2 Boiled Eggs that were cold, a Vanilla Yogurt, an Apple and a small Bagel that we had no way to toast. I was better off going to the McD's across the street for a hot meal at a fraction of the cost. I made the reservation for 4 people, only had towels for two and had to request (get my own towels) towels for all in my group. Also, with 4 people staying in the room, only one Tea and Coffee cups to make. Got off the elevator and hit with the strong smell of marijuana. Read less

The associates at the front desk were excellent. Our room had two full beds, desk area, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (Keurig). A decent size room for Manhattan.
